Structure and Magnetic Properties of Ni-doped ZnO Powder

Ni-doped ZnO nanopowder （Zn0.98Ni0.2.） was synthesized by improved coprecipitation method. The average particle size of the powder was estimated to be 50 nm. The powder was then processed by thermal treatment. Samples were annealed at 1 073, 1 2.3, and 1 4.3 K, respectively. The solubility of NiO in ZnO and the lattice parameters of ZnO both increased with the temperature. The magnetic property of the doped samples was examined, and hysteresis loops were got. The results showed all the samples were ferromagnetic, while powder processed at 1 2.3 K for 4.h got a highest saturation magnetization （Ms） of 0.04.7 emu/g. Also, magnetic properties were related to the grain size of the powder.

In order to produce the hear-resistant inner layer of hot-forging die, plasma spraying and plasma re-melting and plasma spray welding were adopted. Substrate material was W6Mo5Cr4.2. including 10%, 2.%, 30% SiC ceramic powder used as coating material to obtain different Ni-based SiC alloys coating. Micro-structure and micro-hardness analysis of the coating layer were followed, as well as thermophysical properties for the coating layer were measured. The experimental results show that the coating prepared with 70% Ni60, 30% SiC powder has best properties with plasma spray welding, in which the micro-hardness can achieve 1100 HV, meanwhile can improve the thermal property of hot-forging die dramatically.

Radio Frequency plasma enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (RF CVD) using N2. SiH4.and C2.4.as the reaction sources was used to prepare amorphous ternary Si x C y N z thin films. The chemical states of the C, Si and N atoms in the films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The refractive indexn, extinction coefficientk and optical band gapE opt of the thin films were investigated by UV-visible spectrophotometer and spectroscopic ellipsometer. The results show that a complex chemical bonding network rather than a simple mixture of Si3N4. SiC, CN x and a-C etc., may exist in the ternary thin films. Then's of the films are within the range of 1. 90–2. 4., andE opt's of all samples are within the range of 2. 71–2. 86 eV.

In this paper,we study two-dimensional Riemann boundary value problems of Euler system for the isentropic and irrotational Chaplygin gas with initial data being two constant states given in two sectors respectively,where one sector is a quadrant and the other one has an acute vertex *** prove that the Riemann boundary value problem admits a global self-similar solution,if either the initial states are close,or the smaller sector is also near a *** result can be applied to solving the problem of shock reflection by a ramp.

To analyze the type of Algerian’s gallstones and put forward relative measures of prevention and treatment, The NICOLET 170SX FT-IR spectrometer was used to measure the infra-red spectrum and analyze the feature of spectrum of Algerian’s gallstones. The results shown that Algerian have cholesterol gallstones. Reasons to form Algerian’s multiple cholesterol gallstones were investigated. We have put forward five suggestions to prevent and treat cholelithiasis.

A process to fabricate a kind of novel micro-nano scaled TiO2./CuS composite fibers by electrospinning technique and chemical precipitation method was developed in the present *** microstructures and photoelectronic properties of the fibers were characterized using SEM,FT-IR,UV-vis and fluorescence *** results revealed that the TiO2.portion in the composite fibers was a mixture rutile and anatase phases while TiO2.and CuS had been fully *** fibers had smooth surface with a diameter of 50-300 *** with pure TiO2.fiber,the TiO2./CuS micro-nano-scaled composite fibers exhibited a strong absorption in the visible light region and the efficiency of photo-induced charge separation were *** composite system is of widely potential applications in the areas such as solar cells,supercapacity,photocatalysis,etc.

Abundant studies revealed that shallow intrusions of the Yanshanian epoch resulted in the mass mineralization of the Tongling region. Various evidences showed there existed a concealed magma chamber at ?10 km depth in the middle part of this region during Yanshanian epoch, from which the ore-forming magma was generated and then transported to the superficial layer. Yet the transport network and flow mechanism of the shallow ore-bearing magma, the key problem associ- ated with ore-forming process, was relatively little focused on. Integrate analysis of structural me- chanics, statistical fractal and geological facts suggested that NE trending high-angle fold-related thrust faults and the tessellated basement ones served as the main pathways for the shallow magma’s transporting, moreover, the saddle void spaces among adjacent strata in the folds upon this fault system provided the place for magma’s emplacement. So the folds in the upper part and faults in the lower part of the upper crust constituted the fluid’s transport and emplacement network. During the deformation of geologic body with multi-layer structure, the layers in the upper part tended to fold when received the jacking stress from the lower part, while the lower one inclined to fault undergoing loads of the upper part. And the producing probability of this structure assemblage was highly in- creased in the condition, such as in the Tongling area, that the mechanic rigidity of the lower layers was stronger than that of the upper ones. For the pre-existence of fluid-conducting network, the top magma with high volatile in the magma chamber transported rapidly to the superficial layer in dyking pattern, located in the void spaces of folds, filled and reconstructed them. The sudden drop of pres- sure caused the fluid unmixing from the magma and mass ore-forming elements concentration. A novel process for separation of red （Y2.3： Eu^3＋）, blue （Sr, Ca, Ba）10（PO4.6Cl2. Eu^2. and green （LaPO4. Tb^3＋, Ce^3＋） fine tricolor phosphor powders was established. First, the green phosphor was extracted and separated from three phosphor mixtures in heptane/DMF（N, N-Dimethylformamide） system using stearylamine or laurylamine （DDA） as the cationic surfactant. Then, after being treated with 99.5% ethanol, the blue and red phosphors could be separated in Heptane/DMF system in presence of 1-octanesulfonic acid sodium salt as the anionic surfactant. Satisfactory separation results have been achieved through two steps extractions with their artificial mixtures. The grades and recovery of separated products reached respectively as follows： red product was 95.3% and 90.9%, blue product was 90.0% and 95.2., and green product was 92.2. and 91.8%.

The isothermal oxidation behavior at 900–1300°C for 2. h in air of bulk Ti3AlC2.with 2.8 wt% TiC sintered by means of hot pressing was investigated in the work. The isothermal oxidation behavior generally followed a parabolic rate law. The parabolic rate constants increased from 1.39×10[10] kg[2.·m[4.·s[1] at 900°C to 5.56×10[9] kg[2.·m[4.·s[1] at 1300°C. The calculated activation energy was 136.4. kJ/mol. It was demonstrated that Ti3AlC2.had excellent oxidation resistance due to the continuous, dense; adhesive protect scales consisted of a mass of α-Al2.3; a little of TiO2./or Al2.iO5. In principle, the oxide scale was grown by the inward diffusion of O[2.; the outward diffusion of Ti[4.]; Al[3+]. The rapid outward diffusion of cations usually resulted in the formation of cracks, gaps,; holes.
