In this paper, an iterative formula for the reflection coefficient of the multi-layer thin film is deduced and the design of multi-layer thin film gires-tournois interferometer optical all pass filter(GTI-OAPF) is discussed. The group delay τm ranges from 0. 06 to 4.0 ps and the bandwidth △ω ranges from 0.068 to 0.0000079 (1015 rad/s). By changing the incident angle θ0, the multi-channel dispersion compensation may be achieved.

The non-local vacuum condensates of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) describe the distributions of quarks and gluons in the non-perturbative QCD vacuum state. Physically, this means that vacuum quarks and gluons have a nonzero mean-squared momentum in the vacuum, called virtuality. The quark virtuality is given by the ratio of the local quark-gluon mixed vacuum condensate to the quark local vacuum condensate. The gluon virtuality is expressed by gluon vacuum condensates and four-quark vacuum condensates. We study the two virtualities by solving Dyson-Schwinger Equations and calculating quark and gluon vacuum condensates. Our theoretical results for quark virtuality are in good agreement with many other theoretical model predictions such as QCD sum rules and lattice QCD calculations. Our calculation on gluon virtuality is initial and the results are quite interesting.

Multi-armed nanorods and nanobars of semiconductor selenium were simultane- ously synthesized in the light of biomineralization process through bio-membrane bi-templates of rush at room temperature. The multi-armed nanorods are 60 nm in diameter and 1.5 μm in length; the nanobars are 150 nm in diameter and 1000—1100 nm in length. The XRD pattern indicates that these nanocrystals were crystallized in the hexagonal structure with lattice constants a = 0.4.7 nm, c = 0.4.5 nm. The possible formation mechanism was investigated.

Based on the daily outgoing longwave radiation (OLR) data from National Oceanic and At- mospheric Administration (NOAA) satellites, the Cli- mate Prediction Center’s merged analysis of pre- cipitation (CMAP) data and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for At- mospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalysis dataset, the mean intraseasonal variability of the Asian summer monsoon (ASM) is investigated by using power spectrum analysis, band-pass filter, and diagnostic analyses. The processes of the onset and advance of monsoon over the southern part of Indo- china Peninsula, the east coast of Bay of Bengal, the South china Sea and the Indian subcontinent are explored. It is found that there is an abrupt change in OLR, precipitation and zonal wind during the onset and advance of the ASM. It is also indicated that the southern part of Indo{2. Peninsula and the adja- cent Andaman Sea is the region where the earliest onset of the ASM occurs in the 2.d pentad of May.

The quasi-one-dimensional nonlinear monoatomic lattice is analyzed. The kink-soliton and antikink-soliton are presented. When the interaction of the lattice is strong in the x-direction and weak in the y-direction, the two-dimensional (2.) lattice changes to a quasi-one-dimensional lattice. Taking nearest-neighbor interaction into account, the vibration equation can be transformed into the KPI, KPII and MKP equation. Considering the cubic nonlinear potential of the vibration in the lattice, the kink-soliton solution is presented. Considering the quartic nonlinear potential and the cubic interaction potential, the kink-soliton and antikink-soliton solutions are presented.

Aim:To discriminate 32.phenethyl-amines between antagonists and agonists,and predict the activities of these ***:The support vectormachine (SVM) is employed to investigate the structure-activity relationship(SAR)/quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) of phenethyl-aminesbased on molecular ***:By using the leave-one-out cross-vali-dation (LOOCV) test,1 optimal SAR and 2.optimal QSAR models for agonists andantagonists were *** accuracy of prediction for the classification ofphenethyl-amines by using the LOOCV test is 91.67%,and the accuracy of predic-tion for the classification of phenethyl-amines by using the independent test is100%;the results are better than those of the Fisher,the artificial neural network(ANN),and the K-nearest neighbor models for this real world *** RMSE(root mean square error)of antagonists' QSAR model is 0.5881,and the RMSE ofagonists' QSAR model is 0.4.79,which are better than those of the multiple linearregression,partial least squares,and ANN models for this real world ***:The SVM can be used to investigate the SAR and QSAR of phenethyl-amines and could be a promising tool in the field of SAR/QSAR research.

We study the relevance of nucleon pairs with higher spins, in addition to spin-zero and spin-two pairs (i.e., S D pairs), in low-lying states of even-even Xe nuclei. By including those higher-spin pairs in our configuration, we recalculate energy level schemes, elec trical quadrupole moments, magnetic moments and electric quadrupole transition rates, for low-lying states of even-even 12.-14.0}e nuclei. The agreement between our calculated results and the experimental data is substantially improved in comparison with previous studies.

The potential energy surfaces for the nine low-lying electronic states of SO2.have been constructed by using the multi-reference second order perturbation theory (MRPT2. with the basis set cc-pVTZ. The optimized geometries and the adiabatic excitation energies of these states are in good agreement with experiments and previous calculations. The crossings and avoided crossings dis- played in the potential energy surfaces are expounded.

Aim:The aim of the present study was to investigate the electrophysiologicalactions of cyclosporin A （CsA） and tacrolimus （FK506） on neurons in the brain,and to elucidate the relevant ***:Whole-cell current-clamprecording was made in CA1 pyramidal neurons in rat hippocampal slices;whole-cell voltage-clamp recording was made in dissociated hippocampal CA1 pyrami-dal neurons of ***:CsA （100 μmol/L） and FK506 （50 μmol/L） did notsignificantly alter the passive electrical properties of hippocampal CA 1 pyramidalneurons,but slowed down the repolarizing phase of the action ***（10-100 μmol/L） selectively inhibited the delayed rectifier K+current （IK） in aconcentration-dependent *** did not affect the kinetic properties of *** dialysis of CsA （100 μmol/L） had no effect on *** inhibition of IKby CsA （100 μmol/L） persisted under the low Ca2.conditions that blocked thebasal activity of ***:CsA exerted calcineurin-independentinhibition on the IKin rat hippocampal pyramidal *** together withour previous finding with FK506,it is conceivable that the spike broadening causedby the immunosuppressant drugs is due to direct inhibition on the IK.
