The 14-3-3 proteins which regulate many cellular processes , are a family widely expressed in eukaryotic cells (Wang et al, 1996;Ferl et al., 2.02.Hermeking, 2.03). The proteins are viewed as integral components of signal transduction pathways, within a general context of signal transduction that is widely ranging and not at all limited to nervous tissue (Sehnke, et al., 2.02.. The interaction of 14-3-3 with TASK-1 or TASK-3 may promote the trafficking of the channels to the surface membrane (Rajan, et al., 2.02.. In homo sapiens seven isoforms have been identified (14-3-3 β, γ, ε, η, σ,τ/θ, and ζ) (Rosenquist, 2.03). 针对沿海牡蛎养殖模式的特点,使用WorldView-2.像为数据源,以浙江省象山港牡蛎养殖区为研究区,采用主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)、GS(Gram-Schmidt)变换、NNDiffuse Pan Sharpening、Brovey变换、小波变换(Wavelet Transform)5种融合方法对多光谱和全色影像数据进行融合,选用均值、标准差、信息熵、平均梯度、相关系数和光谱扭曲程度6种客观评价指标,对5种融合结果进行主观定性和客观定量的评价与分析。结果表明:整体上,经PCA方法融合后的遥感影像在保持空间纹理细节信息的同时,光谱信息保持较好,是WorldView-2.像进行沿海牡蛎养殖遥感应用时最适合的融合方法;GS融合效果仅次于PCA;而NNDiffuse Pan Sharpening、Wavelet变换和Brovey变换均不适合浮筏识别与提取。

通过现场实验(1,2.2.5 a)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试,并结合腐蚀形貌宏观观察,SEM,XRD及失重法对纯Cu在北京土壤环境中的腐蚀行为及机理进行了研究。结果表明:现场埋样1,2.2.5 a的纯Cu的腐蚀特征均为非均匀的全面腐蚀,腐蚀程度较轻微。随埋样时间的延长,纯Cu的腐蚀速率近乎呈线性关系减小,岛屿状腐蚀产物中的空隙等缺陷减少,其致密性有所改善。腐蚀产物均主要由Cu2.CO3)(OH)2.CuO.3H2.和CuCl组成。

In this paper, we put forward a fault diagnosis system based on multisenor and probabilistic neural networks （PNN）. The multisensor is employed as an effective direct abstracting tool for the frequency segments features of the field signal. The fault signals are dealt with by using probabilistic neural network estimating models. Simulation results show that the proposed method is featured by swiftness, accuracy and ease of practical application.

＜正＞ In monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment processes, on-line information of some essential wastewater parameters is inaccessible. In order to acquire the real time data and contribute to real time closed loop control, a soft-measuring approach applied in wastewater quality measurement is put forward based on PCA time-delay neural network. It is composed of three elements: principal components analysis, time-delay neural network and model updating, where the offline model is trained through the algorithm GABP. This model, which is of good real-time property, good stability, high precision and easy updating, can be applied to on-line predict wastewater BOD.

In 2.15, the chinese Society of Hepatology and the chinese Society of Gastroenterology published a consensus on pri-mary biliary cholangitis (PBC). In the past years, numerous clinical studies have been published in the field of PBC.
