The effects of stress components on nucleation sites and propagation directions of stress cor- rosion cracks in brass were investigated with specimens under mode Ⅱ and mode Ⅲ loadings. The results indicated that under mode Ⅱ loading,stress corrosion cracks nucleated on the site with maximum normal stress component and propagated along the plane perpendieular to the maximum normal stress,under mode Ⅲ loading,the stress corrosion crack was not evident on the 45°plane due to the general corrosion in aqueous solution with high NH_4OH concentra- tion,while stress corroded in aqueous solution with low NH_4OH concentration, numerous cracks with spacings of 10—150μm were found on the 45°plane with maximum normal stress and no stress corrosion cracks was observed on the plane with maximum shear stress.

This letter is concerned with the plane and axisymmetric stagnation-point flows and heat transfer of an electrically-conducting fluid past a stretching sheet in the presence of the thermal radiation and heat generation or absorption. The analytical solutions for the velocity distribution and dimensionless temperature profiles are obtained for the various values of the ratio of free stream velocity and stretching velocity, heat source parameter, Prandtl number, thermal radiation parameter, the suction and injection velocity parameter and magnetic parameter and dimensionality index in the series form with the help of homotopy analysis method （HAM）. Convergence of the series is explicitly dis- cussed. In addition, shear stress and heat flux at the surface are calculated.

Knowledge graph can assist in improving recommendation performance and is widely applied in various person-alized recommendation ***,existing knowledge-aware recommendation methods face challenges such as weak user-item interaction supervisory signals and noise in the knowledge *** tackle these issues,this paper proposes a neighbor information contrast-enhanced recommendation method by adding subtle noise to construct contrast views and employing contrastive learning to strengthen supervisory signals and reduce knowledge ***,first,this paper adopts heterogeneous propagation and knowledge-aware attention networks to obtain multi-order neighbor embedding of users and items,mining the high-order neighbor informa-tion of users and ***,in the neighbor information,this paper introduces weak noise following a uniform distribution to construct neighbor contrast views,effectively reducing the time overhead of view *** paper then performs contrastive learning between neighbor views to promote the uniformity of view information,adjusting the neighbor structure,and achieving the goal of reducing the knowledge noise in the knowledge ***,this paper introduces multi-task learning to mitigate the problem of weak supervisory *** validate the effectiveness of our method,experiments are conducted on theMovieLens-1M,MovieLens-2.M,Book-Crossing,and Last-FM *** results showthat compared to the best baselines,our method shows significant improvements in AUC and F1.

Band gaps of 2. phononic crystal with orthotropic cylindrical fillers embedded in the isotropic host are studied in this paper. Two kinds of periodic structures, namely, the square lattice and the triangle lattice, are considered. For anisotropic phononic crystal, band gaps not only depend on the periodic lattice but also the angle between the symmetry axis of orthotropic material and that of the periodic structure. Rotating these cylindrical fillers makes the angle changing continuously; as a result, pass bands and forbidden bands of the phononic crystal are changed. The plane wave expansion method is used to reduce the band gap problem to an eigenvalue problem. The numerical example is given for YBCO/Epoxy composites. The location and the width of band gaps are estimated for different rotating angles. The influence of anisotropy on band gaps is discussed based on numerical results.

The laser-field induced magnon amplification in a magnetic semiconductorquantum well under an external magnetic field was discussed, it is shown that when the laserfrequency is near to the electron cyclotron frequency, no matter how weaker the laser field is, themagnon amplification always occurs. In case of fixed laser frequency, the optical absorption ofmagnons obeys the definite selection rule to the laser field strength. The rate of change of magnonoccupation is calculated, and the amplification condition is given.

This paper refers to Clarke generalized gradient for a smooth composition of max-type functions of the form: f(x) = g(x, maxj∈J1 f1j(x),''', maxj∈Jm fmj(x)), where x ∈Rn, Ji, i = 1,''',m are finite index sets, g and fij,j ∈ Ji, i = 1,... )m, are continuously differentiable on Rm+n and Rn, respectively. In a previous paper) we proposed an algorithm of finding an element of Clarke generalized gradient for f, at a point. In that paper, finding an element of Clarke generalized gradient for f, at a point, is implemented by determining the compatibilities of systems of linear inequalities many times. So its computational amount is very expensive. In this paper) we will modify the algorithm to reduce the times that the compatibilities of systems of linear inequalities have to be determined.

The theorems for testing the local in one-port cellular neural/inear network (CNN) cells with four local state variables are presented. Using the theorems computes the bifurcation diagrams of the cardiac Purkinje fiber (CPE) equations Which describethe long-lasting action and pace-maker potentials of the Purkinje fiber of the heart. The computer simulation shows that periodic trajectories or convergent trajectories of the CPF Equations can be foun if the cormsponing cell Parameters are located in a positive domainbut nearby edge of chaos. In particular a heart with approximate normal frequency of heartbeat but non-normal electrocardiogram maysuddenly stop by slightly perturbing the parameters of the corresponding CPF Equations when the Paramders are located nearby the edge of chaos in the bifurcation diagrams. This research seems to interpret reasonbly the phenomena that patients with cardiac diseases might suddenly die without warning.

Based on the facts that cations and anions of molten salts and binary basic oxide solid solutions do not separate from each other as well as that the electric conductivities of mattes are greater than that of salts and basic oxide solid solutions, the calculating models of mass action concentrations for binary and ternary mattes involving eutectic have been formulated. The results of calculation agree well with the values measured;this in turn shows that the calculating models can reftect the structural characteristics of the mattes concerned.

An empirical equation of carbon solubility in Fe-Cr-C melts is regressed based on the experimental data from references. Acalculating model of mass action concentrations for these melts is formulated on the basis of the coexistence theory of metaIlic melts in-volving compound formation, the phase diagram of Cr-C system as well as thermodynamic data of Fe-Cr-C melts. According to the mod-el, the standard Gibbs free energies of formation of CrC and Cr3C2.are obtained. Satisfactory agreement between the calculated and me-asured values shows that the model can reflect the structural characteristics of Fe-Cr-C melts.
