Asymptotic bound on binary self-orthogonal codes

We present two constructions for binary self-orthogonal codes. It turns out that our constructions yield a constructive bound on binary self-orthogonal codes. In particular, when the in-formation rate R = 1/2. by our constructive lower bound, the relative minimum distance δ≈ 0.0595 (for GV bound, δ≈ 0.110). Moreover, we have proved that the binary self-orthogonal codes asymptotically achieve the Gilbert-Varshamov bound.

An algorithm has been developed from various exiting techniques, that provides fully automatic cycle-slip detection at the data preprocessing stage. This algorithm, called pair linear combination, operates on undifferenced or double-differenced, dual frequency carrier phase data, and requires the sampling interval is short. Test results carried out in a variety of situations including static and kinematic modes, short and long baseline situation, and low and high data rates were presented.

Motion graphs have been widely used as an effective technique in the synthesis of human *** synthesize well-formed motions,motion graphs require smooth transitions and good ***,the time and costs grow quadratically as the graph size *** this paper,we present a method to set up a hierarchical structure,called a structure *** coarse level of this graph models different motion categories and their transitions,and the fine level mainly captures different motion *** interpolation space method is used to improve the graph connectivity at the fine *** structure guides the establishment of a faster and more realistic graphical *** the building process,this structure also helps with searching the motion graph,by performing a traverse search and placing the findings into a direct look-up table or local search ***,when there is no direct link between the different motions,a navigation map is introduced to conduct an appropriate search path via a series of transition motion *** experimental results indicate that our approach could lower the computation time in construction and searching,while simultaneously providing a richer variety of motion styles.

A Novel Data Embedding Method for H.2.4 Stereo Video Codec with Joint Prediction Scheme

It is important to reduce data redundancy of stereo video in practical applications. In this paper,first,a data embedding method for stereo video（DEMSV） is investigated by embedding the encoding data into the reference frame to encode stereo video. It can use only one channel to transfer all the video data and the receiver can choose a monocular video decoder or stereo video decoder adaptively. Then,introducing the joint prediction scheme in the coding process of DEMSV,we propose a novel data embedding method for H.2.4 stereo video codec with joint prediction scheme（DEMSV-JPS） to achieve high coding efficiency. Experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain high peak signal-to-noise ratio（PSNR） and compression ratio（at least 33 dB for the test sequence） . Comparing the testing methods using JPS and without using JPS,we prove that JPS can further improve the objective and visual quality. DEMSV-JPS shows such advantages and will be suitable to applications in real-time environments of stereo-video transmission.

The effects of mineral admixtures on fluidity,mechanical and hydrational exothermic behavior were *** results show that,double adding ways,i e,fly ash and slag were added at the same time,not only improves the fluidity of fresh concrete with low W/B and compensates the lower early compressive strength of harden concrete caused by high adding amount of fly ash, but also greatly reduces the highest temperature rise, exothermic rate and total heat liberation of 3 day of binder pastes in HLPC, and postponed the arrival time of the highest temperature rise. HLPC was prepared and applied to project practice successfully.

By introducing a space-time coding scheme based on amicable orthogonality, we develop a distributed differential space-time coding scheme with the amplify-and-forward （AF） method for wireless cooperative networks. The scheme requires no knowledge of the channel state information at both transmitters and receivers, and effectively decreases the realization complexity due to no channel estimation. Moreover, it has lower decoding complexity and higher coding advantage than the existing scheme, thus avoiding the shortcoming of exponential decoding complexity of some existing schemes. According to the pairwise error probability （PEP） analysis of the system, the power allocations of source and relay terminals are jointly optimized, and as a result, the PEP is minimized, which will provide a helpful guideline for system design. Numerical calculation and simulation results show that the developed scheme is superior to the existing scheme. Moreover, the scheme with optimal power allocation yields obvious performance improvement over that with equal power allocation.
