Theoretical calculations of the energy bands in nucleus 102.Zr are carried out by taking the projected shell model approach, which has reproduced the experimental data. In addition, by analyzing band-head energies, corresponding configurations of yrast band, quasi-particle rotational bands and side bands, we have worked out the microscopic formation mechanism of axially symmetric deformation bands: The low-excitation deformation bands are attributed to the high-j intruder states 1g 7/2.and 1h 11/2.in the N=4, 5 shells; the quasi-particles in the orbit v5/2.[532., v3/2.[411] and v3/2.[413] in particular play an important role in the deformation of 102.Zr.

The nuclear shapes of 187,189Tl were investigated theoretically in this work. The total routhian surface (TRS) calculations were performed for N=106 and 108 isotopes of thallium (Z=81). The single-particle energies were obtained from the deformed Woods-Saxon potential, with the Lipkin-Nogami (LN) treatment of pairing. It is found that the collective oblate rotation coexists with the high-K prolate rotation. Superdeformed prolate rotation is included in this calculation.

With the introduction of mobile Ad hoc networks (MANETs), nodes are able to participate in a dynamic network which lacks an underlying infrastructure. Before two nodes agree to interact, they must trust that each will satisfy the security and privacy requirements of the other. In this paper, using the cognition inspired method from the brain informatics (BI), we present a novel approach to improving the search efficiency and scalability of MANETs by clustering nodes based on cognitive trust mechanism. The trust relationship is formed by evaluating the level of trust using Bayesian statistic analysis, and clusters can be formed and maintained autonomously by nodes with only partial knowledge. Simulation experiments show that each node can form and join proper clusters, which improve the interaction performance of the entire network. The essence of the underlying reason is analyzed through the theory of complex networks, revealing great scalability of this method.

In this paper, an enhanced algorithm based on several elaborate harmonic grouping strategies for monaural voiced speech segregation is proposed. Main achievements of the proposed algorithm lie in three aspects. Firstly, the algorithm classifies the time-frequency (T-F) units into resolved and unresolved ones by carrier-to-envelope energy ratio, which leads to more accurate classification results than by cross-channel correlation. Secondly, resolved T-F units are grouped together according to minimum amplitude principle, which has been verified to exist in human perception, as well as the harmonic principle. Finally, "enhanced" envelope autocorrelation function is employed to detect amplitude modulation rates, which helps a lot in reducing half-frequency error in grouping of unresolved units. Systematic evaluation and comparison show that performance of separation is greatly improved by the proposed algorithm. Specifically, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is improved by 0.96 dB compared with that of previous method. Besides, our algorithm is also effective in improving the PESQ score and subjective perception score.

The geometric and electronic structures of scandium carbonitride endofullerene Sc3CN@C2. （2.=68, 78, 80, 82. and 84） and Sc（Y）NC@C76 have been systematically investigated to identify the preferred position of internal C and N atoms by density functional theory （DFT） calculations combined with statistical mechanics treatments. The CN bond orientation can generally be inferred from the molecule stability and electronic configuration. It is found that Sc3CN@C2. molecules have the most stable structure with C atom locating at the center of Sc3CN cluster. The CN bond has trivalent form of[CN]3- and connects with adjacent three Sc atoms tightly. However, in Sc（Y）NC@C76 with[NC]-, the N atom always resides in the center of the whole molecule. In addition, the stability of Sc3CN@C2. has been further compared in terms of the organization of the corresponding molecular energy level. The structural differences between Sc3CN@C2. and Sc3NC@C2. are highlighted by their respected infrared spectra.

This paper proposes an algorithm that adopts the harmonic regeneration as post-processing to improve the performance of speech enhancement using traditional Short Time Spectral Amplitude(STSA).The proposed algorithm aims to alleviate the distortion of the high harmonics of enhanced speech via the traditional STSA,and consequently improves the speech *** first detect the pitch,or fundamental frequency,of the enhanced speech via the traditional STSA,and then,divide the whole spectrum into multiple sub-bands which center on each *** that,a series of specially designed windows centered on each harmonic are applied to all the sub-bands,in order to redistribute the energy in the *** results of experiment demonstrate that the method has both theo-retical and practical basis.
