This paper proposes DNA-PKC, an asymmetric encryption and signature cryptosystem by combining the technologies of genetic engineering and cryptology. It is an exploratory research of biological cryptology. Similar to conventional public-key cryptology, DNA-PKC uses two pairs of keys for encryption and signature, respectively. Using the public encryption key, everyone can send encrypted message to a specified user, only the owner of the private decryption key can decrypt the ciphertext and recover the message; in the signature scheme, the owner of the private signing key can generate a signature that can be verified by other users with the public verification key, but no else can forge the signature. DNA-PKC differs from the conventional cryptology in that the keys and the ciphertexts are all biological molecules. The security of DNA-PKC relies on diffcult biological problems instead of computational problems; thus DNA-PKC is immune from known attacks, especially the quantum computing based attacks.

As regard to improve the efficiency of grouping aggregation calculation,the data is compressed by using binary encoding,and the dimension hierarchical grouping attribute set encodings of each dimension table are calculated by using the dimension hierarchy *** different encodings are put into temporary table to be sorted and grouped,and the grouping sequence numbers of fact table records which satisfy the query conditions are ***,the buffer is located by the grouping sequence number and the grouping aggregation calculation is *** analysis and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the efficiency of grouping aggregation calculation.

Certificateless public key cryptography （CL-PKC） avoids the inherent escrow of identity-based cryptography and does not require certificates to guarantee the authenticity of public keys. Based on CL-PKC, we present an efficient constant-round group key exchange protocol, which is provably secure under the intractability of computation Diffie-Hellman problem. Our protocol is a contributory key exchange with perfect forward secrecy and has only two communication rounds. So it is more efficient than other protocols. Moreover, our protocol provides a method to design efficient constant-round group key exchange protocols and most secret sharing schemes could be adopted to construct our protocol.

We report a type-I Ga Sb-based laterally coupled distributed-feedback（LC-DFB） laser with shallow-etched gratings operating a continuous wave at room temperature without re-growth process. Second-order Bragg gratings are fabricated alongside the ridge waveguide by interference lithography. Index-coupled LC-DFB laser with a cavity of 1500 μm achieves single longitudinal mode continuous-wave operation at 2.℃ with side mode suppression ratio（SMSR） as high as 2. *** maximum single mode continuous-wave output power is about 10 mW at room temperature（uncoated facet）. A low threshold current density of 2.0 A/cm^2.is achieved with differential quantum efficiency estimated to be 93 mW/A. The laser shows a good wavelength stability against drive current and working temperature.

[Objective] The research aimed to review the research progresses and the research achievements of plum rain in china.[Method] By using the precipitation,the sunshine data in the related observatories during 1961-2.09 and the daily height field data of NCEP/DOE2.in 1996,which were provided by the national Meteorological {2. center,the prior researches about the plum rain in china were reviewed from the division of plum rain,the range of plum rain area and the space distribution.[Result] The formulation of an objective,unified plum rain division standard needed the further research and discussion,which provided the basis for the determination of plum rain range in *** the division of plum rain period,when the sunshine duration parameter was considered,the division of plum rain period could be more *** climatic mean result showed that the plum rain phenomenon still existed in the southwest part of Hubei Province where was in the west of Yichang,and the plum rain range could extend westward a *** the northwest part of the traditional plum rain area,the plum rain phenomenon wasn’t significant,and it didn’t belong to the plum rain range in *** rain and the plum rain in central Hunan,central Jiangxi and central south of Zhejiang should be differentiated by the objective and unified plum rain standard.[Conclusion] Chinese scholars still had some controversies about the typing of plum rain in *** selections of suitable analytical method and region had the important effects on the plum rain typing.

The α-decay properties of well-deformed even-even nuclei are systematically calculated within the multichannel cluster model (MCCM). Instead of working in the WKB framework, the quasibound solution to the coupled Schro¨dinger equation is presented with outgoing wave boundary conditions, and the coupling potential is taken into full account in terms of the general quantum theories. The calculated α-decay half-lives are found to agree well with the experimental data with a mean factor of less than 2. The fine structure observed in α decay is also well reproduced by the four-channel microscopic calculation. Very strikingly, the MCCM can give relatively precise descriptions of the branching ratio to excited 4+ states, which is often overestimated in the usual WKB calculations. We expect it to be a significant development of theoretical models toward quantitative descriptions of α transitions to high-spin daughter states.

Advances in quantum computers pose great threats on the currently used public key cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC. As a promising candidate secure against attackers equipped with quantum computational power, multivariate public key cryptosystems (MPKCs) have attracted increasing attention in recently years. Unfortunately, the existing MPKCs can only be used as a multivariate signature scheme, and it remains unknown how to construct an efficient MPKC enabling secure encryption. Furthermore, some multivariate signature schemes have been shown insecure in recent years, and it is also not trivial to build MPKC which can serve as a secure signature scheme. By employing the basic MQ-trapdoors, this paper proposes a novel MPKC and shows how it can be used as a multivariate signature scheme and a multivariate encryption scheme, respectively. The goal is achieved by incorporating our new hash authentication techniques and some modification methods such as the Shamir's minus method. Thorough analysis shows that our schemes are secure and efficient. Our MPKC gives a positive response to the challenges in multivariate public key cryptography.

Avian influenza virus（AIV） nonstructural 1（NS1） gene was amplified by real-time polymerse chain reac tion（RT-PCR） and inserted into pET2.a, then transformed into E. coli BL2.（DE3） competent cell. With the induction of isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside（IPTG） and the purification of Ni-NTA column, we finally obtained purified NS1 protein. T7-phage display system was used to screen the proteins that interacted with NS1 from lung cell cDNA li brary. The selected positive clones were identified by DNA sequencing and analyzed by BLAST program in Gene Bank. Two proteins were obtained as NS1 binding proteins, Homo sapiens nucleolar and coiled-body phosphoprotein 1（NOLC1） and Homo sapiens similar to colon cancer-associated antigen. By co-immunoprecipitation and other me thods, Homo sapiens NOLC1 was found to interact with the NS1 protein, the results would provide the basis for fur ther studying biological function of NS1 protein.

In china’s first lunar exploration project, Chang-E 1 (CE-1), a multi-channel microwave radiometer was aboard the satellite, with the purpose of measuring microwave brightness temperature from lunar surface and surveying the global distribution of lunar regolith layer thickness. In this paper, the primary 62. tracks of swath data measured by Chang-E 1 microwave radiometer from November 2.07 to February 2.08 are collected and analyzed. Using nearest neighbor interpolation based on the sun incidence angle in observations, global distributions of microwave brightness temperature from lunar surface at lunar daytime and nighttime are constructed. Using the three-layer model (the top dust-soil, regolith and underlying rock media) for microwave thermal emission of lunar surface, the measurements of brightness temperature and dependence upon latitude, frequency and FeO+TiO2.content, etc. are discussed. On the basis of the ground measurements at Apollo landing sites, the observed brightness temperature at these locations are validated and calibrated by numerical three-layer modeling. Using the empirical dependence of physical temperature upon the latitude verified by the measurements at Apollo landing sites, the global distribution of regolith layer thickness is then inverted from the brightness temperature data of CE-1 at 3 GHz channel. Those inversions at Apollo landing sites are com- pared with the Apollo in situ measurements. Finally, the statistical property of regolith thickness distribution is analyzed and discussed.
