Solid backfilling mining technology, which decreases the height of fissure zone and caving zone, and alleviates the subsidence, is a new technology for farmland conservation. Based on the situation analysis of farmland destruction in mining area, three ways for farmland protection were proposed. In order to improve the feasibility of this technology, the limited filling materials should be used to increase resources recovery ratio, and then the surplus materials could be backfilled into goaf. An index, namely farmland conservation ability, was put forward to optimize the ways for farmland conservation. At last, the Wanbei coal mine was taken as a case for farmland conservation. It was shown that 32.0 t dull coal was substituted and 52.hm2.farmland was conserved by solid backfilling mining in this coal mine.

We discuss the evolution of object oriented software development process based on software pattern. For developing mature software framework and component, we advocate to elicit and incorporate software patterns for ensuing quality and reusability of software frameworks. On the analysis base of requirement specification for business application domain, we present analysis method and basic role model of software framework. We also elicit analysis pattern of framework architecture, and design basic role classes and their structure.

For simulating low Mach number reactive flows, a simple and coupled lattice Boltzmann (CLB) scheme is proposed, by which the fluid density can bear significant changes. Different from the existing hybrid lattice Boltzmann (HLB) scheme and non-coupled lattice Boltzmann (NCLB) scheme, this scheme is strictly lattice Boltzmann style and the fluid density couples directly with the temperature. Because it has got rid of the constraint of traditional thought in lattice Boltzmann scheme,on the basis of the equality among the particle speed c, the time step △t and the lattice grid spacing △x held, both c and △t can be adjusted in this scheme according to a "characteristic temperature" instead of the local temperature. The whole algorithm becomes more stable and efficient besides inheriting the intrinsically outstanding strong points of conventional lattice Boltz-mann scheme. In this scheme, we also take into account different molecular weights of species, so it is more suitable for simulating actual low Mach number reactive flows than previous work. In this paper, we simulated a so-called "counter-flow" premixed propane-air flame, and the results got by our scheme are much better than that obtained by NCLB. And the more important thing is that the exploration in this work has offered a kind of brand-new train of thought for building other novel lattice Boltzmann scheme in the future.

Toughening Modification of Unsaturated Polyester Resin Using HDI Trimer

HDI trimer was firstly used to improve the mechanical properties of hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated polyester （UP）. Mechanical properties measurements performed on the cured materials demonstrate a distinct improvement in intensity and toughness in the presence of HDI trimer and shows the change trends of increase and then decrease. The morphological analysis of the fracture surfaces shows that the micro-phase separated structures appear in modified UPR systems and changed from dendritric, dimple and to cystiform structures with the increase of HDI trimer content. The presence of the cystiform structures made the modified UPR systems present the best properties.

Photocatalytic Degradation of Rhodamine B Dye with High Purity Anatase Nano-TiO_2.Synthesized by a Hydrothermal Method

High purity anatase nano-TiO2.powders with high photocatalytic activity were prepared by a hydrothermal synthesis method. X-ray diffraction （XRD）, field emission transmission electron microscopy （FETEM）, ultraviolet-visible （UV-Vis） light absorption spectrum and photoluminescence （PL） spectrum were adopted to characterize the catalyst. Effects of temperature, time and sol concentration of hydrothermal synthesis on particle size and phases were investigated. Photocatalytic activities in the degradation of Rhodamine B Dye were studied. The experimental results indicated that photocatalytic activity of the nano-TiO2.powers was much higher than that of P2. （Degussa）.

Flame retardant epoxy resins were prepared by a simple mixed method using ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxy hydrate （AACHH） as a halogen-free flame retardant. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscope and limiting oxygen index（LOI） experiments. Effects of AACHH content on LOI of epoxy resins/AACHH composite and flame retardant mechanism were investigated and discussed. Results show that AACHH exhibites excellent flame-retardant properties in epoxy resin（EP）. When the content of AACHH was 47.4%, the LOI of EP reached 32.2.. Moreover, the initial and terminal decomposition temperature of EP increased by 48 ℃ and 40 ℃, respectively. The flame retarded mechanism of AACHH is due to the synergic flame retardant effects of diluting, cooling, decomposition resisting and obstructing.

Experimental study on fire smoke movement in a multi-floor and multi-room building

Fire smoke movement of multi-floor and multi-room (MFMR) fire was studied at the model test building in state {1. {2. of Fire Science (SKLFS). The ingredient, temperature, air pressure difference and air velocity of smoke were measured and analyzed. Meanwhile, the hazard of smoke ingredient to exposed occupants was analyzed based on the national standard, Occupational Exposure Limit for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace (GBZ2.2.02.. The experimental results showed that the maximum temperature difference in MFMR fire was located along the vertical height from the fire source. With the spreading and diffusion of smoke, the temperature of smoke layer would tend to be no difference. In the fire of woodpile and kerosene, the main smoke ingredients such as SO 2., CO and CO 2.would first exceed human’s average physiological limit, while smoke ingredients such as NO and NO 2.would come behind. Because of the higher fluctuation range and frequency of air pressure difference of smoke in multi-layer building fire, the fire smoke would spread around everywhere of the passageway and made the human evacuation more difficult.

A series of novel metal halide-stabilized linear phosphazene derivatives were synthesized. The friction-reducing and antiwear abilities of the resulting products as the lubricants for a steel-on-steel contact were comparatively investigated on an Optimol SRV oscillating friction and wear tester. The morphology of the worn steel surface was observed on a scanning electron microscope, while the chemical states of some typical elements on the worn steel surface were examined by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that both the side branch structures and central metals influenced the friction-reducing and antiwear behaviors of the synthetic derivatives as the lubricants, which was related to the different adsorption activities of the organic compounds composed of different organic ingredients and metallic ions on a nascent metal surface. All the synthetic lubricants except for the iron (III) derivative showed increased antiwear abilities with increasing metallic ionic radius. A protective layer originated from the tribochemical reaction together with the adsorbed boundary lubricating layer containing organic fluorine compounds, nitrogen oxide, and Fe 3 (PO 4 ) {1.plays an important role in improving the friction and wear behavior of the steel-on-steel system.

Numerical simulation of the influences of sinker weight on the deformation and load of net of gravity sea cage in uniform flow

A numerical model for determining fishing net configuration and load is developed, based on the lumped masses method. The model is used to analyze the influences on the net of gravity sea cage by different sinker weights in uniform flow. The net of gravity sea cage is simulated under different current velocities and sinker weights. In order to verify the validity of the numerical results, model test results made by Lader and Enerhaug are cited and compared with the numerical ones. The results of numerical simulation agree well with the experimental ones and the agreement is within an error range of 1.% under different velocities and sinker weights. The numerical results indicate that increasing the sinker weight can effectively reduce the net deformation, but the total drag force on the net will increase accordingly. Results will give references for better knowledge of the hydrodynamic behavior of gravity sea cage.
