To develop cruise control system of an automobile with the metal pushing V-belt type CVT,the dynamic model of automobile travelling longitudinally is established, and the fuzzy controller of control system is designed. Considering uncertainty system parameter and exterior resistance disturbances, the stability of controller is investigated by simulating. The results of its simulation show that the fuzzy controller designed has practicability.

This paper introduces a kind of silicon-based dry electrode for measuring biological *** uses microneedle arrays to penetrate into the stratum corneum to reduce skin *** dry electrode requires neither skin preparation nor the electrolytic gel,is easy to use and causes no skin *** different technologies are chosen to manufacture microneedle arrays of dry *** is deep dry etching combined with isotropic wet *** other is mechanical dicing combined with chemical wet etching (including isotropic wet etching and anisotropic wet etching).Microneedle arrays are coated with metal and divided into 2. mm 2.as dry electrode *** testing shows that the impedance value of dry electrode can be comparable with that of commercial electrode in the 2. Hz-10 kHz frequency *** steady-state visual evoked potential recording and analysis prove that the dry electrode can be used to detect electroencephalography.

Corrosion resistance of ceramic substrate glazes to molten aluminum was studied in this paper. The glazes can spread slightly in aluminum alloy according to SEM examination of solidified interface between the glazes and aluminum alloy. The components of B2.3-P2.5 glazes were not detected with electron probe at the side of aluminum alloy near the interface, but the components of boron-free glaze were detected. It is shown that borophosphate glazes can resist the corrosion of molten aluminum.

A new di-function adsorbent (JN-3) was prepared by sulfhydryl modified. Comparing with Amberlite XAD-4 and NDA-150, the equilibrium adsorption for phenol on the JN-3 from aqueous solutions was tested, perfect adsorption capacity was shown. Pb2. can be also removed by JN-3 because of the chelate interaction between sulfhydryl groups and metal ions. This adsorbent could be used in removal of combine pollutants such as phenolic compounds and heavy metal ions from waste streams.

A Li-B alloy has been prepared using a pretreated amorphous B powder and pure Li ingot as starting materials by continually slow addition of B powder and intensified stirring in the process of melting. The microstructure and the discharge characteristic of the materials have been investigated- Results show that the problem of temperature control in synthesis would be modified by means of continual addition of B powder, the Li7B6 would be more finely distributed in the metal Li by means of intensified stirring. The discharge characteristic of the Li-B alloy using amorphous B as starting materials is almost the same with that of using crystalline B.

Application of Microarray-Based Method for Functional SNP Genotyping in the Risk of Gastric Carcinoma in Chinese Population

High-throughput SNP detection microarrays were used here to explore the relationship between 5, 10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene polymorphism C677T and the risk of gastric carcinoma among population in Jiangsu region,by genotyping the specimens from 170 patients with gastric carcinoma and 140 age-and sex- matched control *** products were spotted onto a 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane coated glass slide to fabricate a microarray,then interrogated by hybridization with dual-color probes (Cy3,CyS) to determine the SNP genotype of each sample,and the relation between the genotypes and the risk of gastric carcinoma was *** frequencies of C677T genotype were CC(47.9%),CT(40%),CT(12.1%) in control group and CC(35.9%),CT(45.9%),TT(18.2.) in gastric carcinoma group,*** individuals with 677CT+TT genotype group or 677TT had a 1.67-fold (95% CI:1.06-2.64) or 2.67-fold (95% CI:1.382.5.341) increased risk to develop gastric carcinoma compared with those having 677CC genotype. It was shown that the single nucleotide polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene are associated with the risk of gastric carcinoma in the Chinese population.

The effect of C content (0.014-0.39 wt pct) on the paramagnetic-antiferromagnetic transition and γ→ε martensitic transformation of Fe-2.Mn alloys has been investigated by the resistivity, dilation, tensile properties measurement and microstructure examination. The results have shown that C decreases T_N; increases the thermal expansion coefficients both above and below the T_N; increases the resistivity above the T_N and antiferromagnetic scattering resistivity below T_N. It strongly depresses the γ→ε martensitic transformation and reduces the M_s of Fe-2.Mn alloys. Moreover, it increases the lattice parameter of austenite, enhances the tensile ductility, but almost does not affect the tensile strength. With increasing C content from 0.014 to 0.19 wt pct, the yield strength of Fe-2.Mn alloy decreases obviously arising from the decreasing of preexisting ε martensite. but it increases from 0.19 to 0.39 wt pct C due to the solution hardening of C.

3-D rigid visco-plastic finite element method (FEM) is used in the analysisof metal forming processes, including strip and plate rolling, shape rolling, slab edging, specialstrip rolling. The shifted incomplete Cholesky decomposition of the stiffness matrix with thesolution of the equations for velocity increment by the conjugate gradient method is combined. Thistechnique, termed the shifted ICCG method, is then employed to solve the slab edging problem. Theperformance of this algorithm in terms of the number of iterations, friction variation, shiftedparameter psi and the results of simulation for processing parameters are analysed. Numerical testsand application of this technique verify the efficiency and stability of the shifted ICCG method inthe analysis of slab edging.
