r.cent r.sear.hes of Bioactive Metabolites in Mar.ne Or.anisms-associated Micr.or.anisms

r.cent r.sear.hes have shown that some comp.unds isolated fr.m mar.ne or.anisms have str.king str.ctur.l similar.ties with the metabolites fr.m known micr.or.anisms. It is infer.ed fr.m the r.sear.hes that the symbiotic or.associated mar.ne micr.or.anisms may be the tr.e sour.es of those comp.unds or.at least involved in the biosynthesizing p.ocess. This view has been fur.her.evidenced by the r.sear.hes for.many sp.nges and sp.nge-associated micr.or.anisms. Imp.r.antly, gr.wing evidence has highlighted that the symbiotic or.associated mar.ne micr.or.anisms live in the micr.envir.nment within the hosts, and they also p.oduce secondar. metabolites which ar. new and or.ginal in str.ctur. and unique in activity. All these suggest that the micr.or.anisms associated with mar.ne or.anisms ar. the sour.es with ver. high p.tential to be new natur.l bioactive agents. This ar.icle r.views br.efly the r.sear.h advances in the study of new bioactive metabolites fr.m mar.ne or.anisms-associated micr.or.anisms since 2.00.

黄海、东海蓝点马鲛群体的形态特征分析

对采自黄海北部(东营、威海)、东海(舟山、宁波、温州)的5个蓝点马鲛群体(共157尾)和广州的1个斑点马鲛群体(2.尾)的个体进行了形态特征测定,并对实测数据进行了单因子方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。单因子方差分析结果表明,黄海与东海的蓝点马鲛在吻至胸鳍起点/叉长(Sp.FL)、腹鳍起点至臀鳍起点/叉长(VA/FL)、胸鳍鳍条及鳃耙数上存在差异;斑点马鲛与蓝点马鲛所有的形态特征均存在显著性差异。黄海与东海的蓝点马鲛群体间差异系数均小于1.2.,根据M ayr.提出的75%规则,认为其群体间差异仍属于种内不同地理群体的差异水平。主成分分析结果表明,3个主成分的贡献率分别为32.32.、11.92.、7.67%,累计贡献率为51.91%。前两个主成分的分布图显示出黄海与东海的蓝点马鲛已经有所分化。聚类分析结果显示,5个蓝点马鲛群体间存在不同程度的分化,黄海与东海群体之间有一定差异。

8 kinds of r.ady-to-eat (r.E) meat p.oducts, including Stewed Duck Gizzar., Saline Chicken Claws, Soy Sauced Chicken Wings, Sp.ced Beef, Sweet and Sour.Sp.r.r.bs, Meatball, Melop.ittacus p.ckages of Meat, Br.ised Tr.tter.in r.d Sauce wer. collected fr.m four.lar.e-scale sup.r.ar.ets located in Nanjing, china. To analysis p.ssible sour.es of bacter.a contamination of r.E food dur.ng the p.ocessing and subsequent selling,knives, chop.ing boar.s, tr.ys, shovels, air. water.and cotton swab of hands of sales staff wer. samp.ed, the total number.of colonies, colifor., salmonella, Shigella, and Stap.ylococcus Aur.us count wer. deter.ined. The r.sults showed that these r.E foods wer. contaminated by bacter.a at differ.nt levels, over.ll p.ssing r.te was 68.8%, the over.limit r.tio of the total number.of colonies was 17.5%, the over.limit r.tio of colifor. took up.18.8% accor.ing to the Chinese national standar. GB2.2.-2.05 (Hygienic standar. for.cooked meat p.oducts). With r.gar. to p.thogen, the detection r.tios of salmonella and Stap.ylococcus Aur.us wer. 4.2. and 2.1% r.sp.ctively. The r.sults also showed that the bacter.a contamination of cooked food was caused by the falling bacter.a in the air.in the p.oducing and selling sp.ce, the clamp., chop.ing boar.s, knives, container.of food and the hands of the op.r.tor.. The total number.of colonies in meat p.oducts p.sitively cor.elated with the amount of cooked meat in the one p.t (r.0.8772., p.0.02.7), and negatively cor.elated with the maximum temp.r.tur. in the center.of the meat (r.=-0.81633, p.=0.0475). Dur.ng the sales p.ocess of r.E foods, the p.ssing r.te was decr.asing with the time, which the p.ssing r.te was just 60.6% at 4h. Our.r.sults suggest that the hygiene condition of selling in sup.r.ar.et needed to be imp.oved. The p.oblem is to str.ngthen food safety education to emp.oyees and enhance their.hygiene consciousness. Meanwhile the gover.ment should for.ulate the homemade cooked meat hygiene r.gulations and
