Karst in shanxi province is representative of that in northern{2., and karst water systems discharge in the form of springs that are among the most important sources for local water supply. Since the 1950s, attenuation has been the major trend of discharge variation of most karst springs at shanxi. Based on the case study of 7 karst springs including Niangziguan, Xin’an, Guozhuang, Shentou, Jinci, Lancun, and Hongshan springs, the discharge variation process of karst springs was divided into natural fluctuation phase and anthropogenic impact phase. Discharge attenuation of the 7 karst springs was controlled mainly by climate and human activities, with their contributions being respectively about 60% and 40%. According to the dif-ference of the effect of climate and human activities for each spring, attenuation modes of spring discharge fall into three types: natural process dominated attenuation type, exploitation induced process dominated attenuation type, and mixed attenuation type. The total restored discharge variation of 7 karst springs matched well with the global air temperature change in 1956―2.00, clearly indicating the trend of global warming and aridity in the last several decades, and the analysis of discharge variation processes of karst springs can be used as a new tool for global change studies.

E-commerce is the execution of business transactio ns over the Internet. Companies conducting e-commerce can perform most of the tra nsactions which they are doing now. Most of the marketing method should coincide nt with the changes in e-commerce world. Brand ability will be depressed, but corporate identity and brand identity will be upgraded. So the enterprise should lower the cost of distribution, manufactur ing, and supplying. We can also upgrade the product value which consumer con ceded. Logistic will be core ability. The 3pl and 4pl will be used more and more often. The importance of transportation has grown with the increasing globalization as well as the growth in e-commerce. Firms should identify various transportation network design options and their relative strengths and weaknesses. They should also use methodologies for routing and scheduling deliveries in transportation network. The savings matrix and the generalized assignment methodology can be us ed to minimize the transportation cost while meeting delivery commitments to cus tomers. Information is essential to making good decisions. Information technology provid es the tools to gather information and analyze it in order to make the best deci sions. Information plays a key in every company. Information technology will be used broadly. It is a factual component on which decisions about each of the transportation, facilities, and inventory. In essence, information is the glue that holds the company to other firms, and allows it to function, making informa tion the most important firms drivers. Custom relation management, data based marketing, one to one marketing, electron ic odder system, electronic data exchange, will be used frequent. The thermal-mineral waters in Siping'an district are hydrogeologically and geochemically unique in *** occurrence is controlled by faulted structures in Precambrian *** physico-chemical properties, hydrochemical thpes ,major and minor elements ,dissolved gases and organic suboances have been characterized to describe the hydrochemical features and therapeutic effect of the thermal-mineral waters. Hydrogen, oxygen, sulfur and helium isotope compositions of the waters were measured tO explain their ages, origlm and related geochemical procee. The thermal-mineral waters have been formed as a result of the deep circulation of meteoric water in fractures and fissures of hard rocks. Miking of the thermal waters from the deep with cold groundwaters in the Quaternary sediments and the Hutuo River water takes place when the thermal waters move upward to the discharge area.

This paper established sustainable land resources evaluating indicators fit for hilly area in Sichuan Basin, Southwest of china, and evaluated the case of sustainable land {2. of Lezhi County from 1990 to 2.01. The result showed that the land resource sustainable utilization ability in Lezhi County is belong to Second level （better sustainable）. Secondly, this paper diagnosed some years obstacles of sustainable land {2. of Lezhi County from base period to goal period and compared the obstacles factors in the indicators system. There were 16 indexes orderly become major affect factor to land sustainable utilization of Lezhi county in indicator system, of which there are 8 obstacles indexes exist both in 1990 and 2.01. The value of obstacles degree of five indicators exceeded 5 in 1990, but in 2.01, only two indicators＇ values were more than 5.

This article brings forward a design and realization scheme of Web GIS in the Yellow River basin for the management of groundwater {2.s. The main goals are to manage and share data of massive-scale, to support the research of groundwater {2.s in the Yellow River basin. In this paper we point out the necessity and feasibility of building the distributed Web GIS for geographical research objects on a large scale. We put forward some solutions for the construction of this kind of system including a holistic deployment strategy in the Internet, a scheme of distributed data storage and management, a design of application structure based on three tires architecture by each province and how they collaborate with each other. It also illuminates how the application server works, and sets forth the relations among databases which work together in this system.

以山西省永济市为例 ,运用GIS技术建立了耕地资源管理信息系统。该系统采用MapGis管理空间数据库和属性数据库 ,FoxPro管理数据录入、应用模型分析与统计数据库 ;叠加土地利用现状图、基本农田保护区规划图和土壤图 ,形成 6 782.图斑 ,组成空间数据库的基本管理与评价单元 ,使得每个评价单元上土地利用方式一致、土壤类型一致。采用VisualC ++语言开发了层次分析、模糊综合评价等应用模型。针对永济市的实际情况 ,经过专家组研究从 6 4个耕地地力调查与质量评价指标中筛选出 15项指标进行评价。对 6 782.评价单元中的每一个评价单元 ,用 15项耕地质量评价指标计算其综合评价指数 ,并以该指数作为耕地质量评价依据。评价结果反映出该市耕地中低产田面积大、施肥结构不合理、忽视盐碱地改造和垆土地改良利用等一系列问题 ,并针对耕地的不同等级所存在的障碍因素提出了相应的建议。该系统可掌握全市耕地地力及质量状况 ,为耕地地力建设与土壤改良利用提供了依据。

辽宁省柳河上游水土流失面积1034.78km^2.部分地区年土壤侵蚀模数高达10000t/km^2.上。严重的水土流失,导致上游群众生活贫困,下游河道泥沙淤积,使柳河成为地上悬河,洪水灾害频繁。该流域自1983年被列入全国水土流失重点治理区后,十年共完成水土保持综合治理措施保存面积579.87km^2.累计治理面积占水土流失面积的79％。经过重点治理,流域输沙量减少87％,森林覆盖率由17.4％提高到34.6％,粮食总产量提高2.5倍,人均收入增加4.57倍,收到显著的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,并为组织大面积的综合治理积累了经验。
