＜正＞ This study introduces a network database of animal genetic resources in china based on standardized resources data from both " Chinese Animal Breed Records" and much collected animal genetic information anew;software and hardware circumstance and TBF no-structural full-text database. At the same time, we have published our website http: //***/ by Internet. Inside the website, we supply many information searching means such as full-text searching, field searching, combination searching, secondary searching and multi-databases searching, etc. Finally, it points out the future development objectives of the network database as follows: the first is how to get dynamic animal genetic information in china, the second is to realize transition of information service from current content management to future knowledge management.

Importance: Morbidity and mortality of children are important indicators of the performance of the public health system in any country. In china, the children's disease spectrum has gradually changed in recent years. However, the gender- and age-specific disease spectrum for hospitalized children under 15 years old is still unclear. Objective: To explore the gender- and age-based distribution of diseases in hospitalized children under 15 years in china. Methods: Medical records home page data for 2.16 to 2.18 were collected from 18 tertiary children's hospitals in china. The gender- and age-specific disease spectrum was analyzed, using the tenth revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10). Results: The most common diseases were those of the respiratory system (2..7% of all 2.32.42.hospitalized children). The top three diseases for boys were diseases of the respiratory system (2..6%), diseases of the digestive system (11.4%) and certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (8.6%). The top three diseases for girls were diseases of the respiratory system (2..9%), certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (10.1%), and factors influencing health status and contact with health services (9.4%).The most common diseases for children under 1 year old were certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (38.1%). For all other age groups, the most common conditions were respiratory diseases (33.8% for those aged 1–3 years, 2..2. for those aged 4–6 years, and 12.2. for those aged 7–14 years). Interpretation: This study analyzed the medical records home pages of 18 children's hospitals to provide the first overview of the disease spectrum and its gender- and age-specific distribution among children in china.

china, like most developing countries, face great challenges from its huge populations, ensuring food security have always been vital because the Chinese government that still thinks of grain as the basis of national economy and political stability. As the farming area is not increased, it is a premier solution to make the best of arable land to increase food production per unit area. However, a number of agricultural lands are not reasonable used. The rational plant programming can not only achieve the optimal use of arable land, and maximize food production and increase economic benefits, but also limit the environment problems which come from the agricultural production of depending on the chemical pesticides and fertilizers. In this study, we collect data of environmental conditions and winter wheat growth associated factors, then, by using the GIS {2. we establish spatial database of regional weather, topography, and soil conditions. With GIS-based multi-criteria evaluation （MCE）, maps of the potential distribution of main crops are established. Compared with these maps, the plant programming map is worked out. The area that should be plant common oat was 1 067 844ha, should be plant naked oat was 1 2.5 643ha, should be planted potato was 1 2.7 876ha, should be plant spring maize was 2.035 188ha, should be plant spring wheat was 747 32.ha, should be plant summer maize was 2.503 685ha and should be plant winter wheat was 1 119 2.0ha. （Some areas that are located in cross-zone may be suitable for two or more than two crops growth, that is, these crops have the same levels of suitability that was more suitable than the others.） Basing on the plant programming, local farmers are free to choose which kind of crop cultivated. The plant programming of the main food crops in china would be guide for the Government’s macro-control and farmers’ investment, then, the return of investment would be raise and the blind investment would be avoided.

近十年来,开发新型节能光源是海洋捕捞的重要研究方向之一。随着半导体技术的发展,人们希望用更节能的大功率LED灯取代传统的金属卤化物灯。本文研制了两种绿色荧光粉,Lu AG∶Ce(Lu_(2.945)Al_5O_(12.∶0.055Ce)和YGa AG∶Ce(Y_(2.96)Al_(3.4)Ga_(1.6)O_(12.∶0.04Ce),并将之与江苏博睿光电股份有限公司的商用荧光粉GM537H7D2.行了对比。用3种荧光粉封装功率为60 W的蓝光LED(芯片的发光波长为450 nm附近)COB,发现当硅胶和荧光粉LuAG∶Ce的比例为1∶0.10时,COB流明光效最高,达到12. lm/W;YGaAG∶Ce荧光粉封装COB流明光效最高可达112.lm/W。与之相比较,用商用荧光粉GM537H7D2.装最高可达12. lm/W。LuAG∶Ce荧光粉的最强发射波长在52. nm附近,且其光转化效率很高;在硅胶和荧光粉的比例为1∶0.10时,COB在430~570 nm段可输出较大的光功率,且COB整体的电光转化效率高于33.6%;430~570 nm波段的蓝绿光对鱿鱼等多种海洋经济动物最具诱集效果。因此可认为:LuAG∶Ce荧光粉非常适用于海洋捕捞业的LED大功率COB封装。

根据声景生态学对声景元素的分类,通过模糊层次综合评价法构建由地球物理声、生物声和人工声3个准则层元素和15个指标层元素组成的城市森林公园声景评价体系,并以哈尔滨国家森林公园为例,研究城市森林公园声景对人的心理感受影响。结果表明,哈尔滨城市森林公园声景总体评价结果为一般Ⅲ。在指标层中,隶属于很好Ⅴ的指标为风吹树叶声、风吹枝条声和鸟类鸣叫声;隶属于较好Ⅳ的指标为风吹落叶声和扫帚扫地声;隶属于一般Ⅲ的指标有滴水声、流水声、昆虫鸣叫声、人的脚步声、人的唱歌声和公园广播声;隶属于较差Ⅱ的指标为人的交谈声和飞机轰鸣声;隶属于很差Ⅰ的指标有车辆交通声和修建施工声。评价结果符合实际,为今后城市森林公园声景评价研究提供有效方法。
