Multiparty simultaneous quantum identity authentication with secret sharing

Two multiparty simultaneous quantum identity authentication (MSQIA) protocols based on secret sharing are presented. All the users can be authenticated by a trusted third party (TTP) simultaneously. In the first protocol,the TTP shares a random key K with all the users using quantum secret sharing. The ith share acts as the authentication key of the ith user. When it is necessary to perform MSQIA,the TTP generates a random number R secretly and sends a sequence of single photons encoded with K and R to all the users. According to his share,each user performs the corresponding unitary operations on the single photon sequence sequentially. At last,the TTP can judge whether the impersonator exists. The sec-ond protocol is a modified version with a circular structure. The two protocols can be efficiently used for MSQIA in a network. They are feasible with current technol-ogy.

The photosynthetic characterization of Populus euphratica and its response to the elevated carbon dioxide concentration ([CO2.) were analyzed based on its net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (gs), intercellular CO2.concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr), and water use effciency (WUE) at different groundwater depths measured by a portable gas exchange system (LI-6400) in the lower reaches of the Tarim River. The results showed that the elevation of [CO2. decreased the gs, and increased the Pn, Ci and WUE of P. euphratica. However, the effects of the elevated [CO2. on gs, Pn, Ci and WUE varied considerably with groundwater depth. The response of photosynthesis to rising [CO2. was stronger at the greater groundwater depth (more than 6 m) than that at the shallower groundwater depth (less than 6 m). The critical groundwater depth required to maintain the normal survival of P. euphratica was less than 6 m. When the groundwater depth increased to more than 6 m, P. euphratica encountered moderate water stress, and the plant suffered severe water stress when the groundwater depth increased to more than 7 m.

Amperometric biosensor applied to the determination of high concentration lactate in serum and whole blood was *** biosensor was constructed by gold electrode modified with nanoplatinum *** oxidase （E.C.1.***.3.2. was immobilized at platinized activated gold electrode which was used for the determination of high concentration lactate at low potential （+0.2.V）.The linear calibration graphs were obtained from 1 to 2. mmol·L~ （-1） lactate in serum and from 0.9 to 13.2.mmol.L~ （-1） lactate in whole *** correlation coefficients were 0.99 and 0.97,respectively at a steady-state response time of 50 s.

Sika deer (Cervus nippon) is a cervid endemic to mainland and insular Asia and endan-gered. We analyzed variation in the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region for four subspecies to understand the genetic diversity, population structure and evolutionary history in china. 3.5 bp were se-quenced and eight haplotypes were identified based on 2. variable sites among the populations. Sika deer in china showed lower genetic diversity, sug-gesting a small effective population size due to habi-tat fragmentation, a low number of founder individu-als, or the narrow breeding program. AMOVA analy-sis indicated that there was significant genetic subdi-vision among the four populations, but no correlation between the genetic and geographic distance. Phy-logenetic analyses also revealed that {2. sika deer may be divided into three genetic clades, but the genetic structure among {2. populations was inconsistent with subspecies designations and pre-sent geographic distribution. Including the sequence data of Japanese sika deer, the results indicated that {2. populations were more closely related to Southern Japanese populations than to the Northern Japanese one, and the Taiwan population was closer to populations of Northeastern china and Sichuan than to those of Southern china.

Denitrification Losses and N_2. Emissions from Nitrogen Fertilizer Applied to a Vegetable Field

A field experiment was conducted on chinese cabbage （Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis （Lour.） Olsson） in a Nanjing suburb in 2.03. The experiment included 4 treatments in a randomized complete block design with 3.replicates： zero chemical fertilizer N （CK）; urea at rates of 3.0 kg N ha^-1 （U3.0） and 600 kg N ha^-1 （U600）, both as basal and two topdressings; and polymer-coated urea at a rate of 180 kg N ha^-1 （PCU180） as a basal application. The acetylene inhibition technique was used to measure denitrification （N2.＋ N2.） from intact soil cores and N2. emissions in the absence of acetylene. Results showed that compared to （3. total denitrification losses were significantly greater （P ≤ 0.05） in the PCU180, U3.0, and U600 treatments,while N2. emissions in the U3.0 and U600 treatments were significantly higher （P ≤ 0.05） than （3.. In the U3.0 and U600 treatments peaks of denitrification and N2. emission were usually observed after N application. In the polymer-coated urea treatment （PCU180） during the period 2. to 40 days after transplanting, higher denitrification rates and N2. fluxes occurred. Compared with urea, polymer-coated urea did not show any effect on reducing denitrification losses and N2. emissions in terms of percentage of applied N. As temperature gradually decreased from transplanting to harvest, denitrification rates and N2. emissions tended to decrease. A significant （P ≤0.01） positive correlation occurred between denitrification （r = 0.872. or N2. emission （r = 0.781） flux densities and soil temperature in the CK treatment with a stable nitrate content during the whole growing season.

Environmental Soil Phosphorus Testing and Phosphorus Release in Taihu Lake,china

A microtiter plate assay (MPA) for soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) was applied to samples in overlying water and pore water as well as in three forms of environmental soil test phosphorus (P) types: water soluble phosphorus (WSP),diluted calcium chloride extractable phosphorus (PCaCl2., and Olsen-P in the sediments of Taihu Lake, china, where potential P release in response to pH was analyzed. MPA for rapid P analysis was shown to be promising when applied on samples of natural water and sediment extracts. Concentrations of WSP and PCaCl2.in the sediments were much lower than those of Olsen-P. Olsen-P levels in the littoral sediments along the north coast of Meiliang Bay in Taihu Lake (80to 140 mg kg-1) were much higher than those in the mouth of the bay (less than 50 mg kg-1). The risk of P release in the mouth area of Meiliang Bay was lower than that in the north littoral zone with a risk of sediment P release induced by pH increases.
