In this paper, the process of thermal conventional spinning of Ti-6Al-4V alloy complex shape shell is studied by experiment. Billet for Ti-6Al-4V alloy board is headed in the spinning process for multi-pass conventional spinning forming. With two spinning mandrel, the first is conventional spinning pre-forming and the second is conventional end forming, vacuum heat treatment after each spinning forming. As results, the mandrel preheating temperature impacts the spinning and the appropriate temperature range plays an important role in the process of spinning. With supplemental heating means and infrared thermometer measurement ensure a stable temperature. Multi-passing thermal spinning Ti-6Al-4V alloy thins the billet thickness, using the feature obtaining the wanting complex shape shell of thick bottom and thin mouth. The spinning track, the number of spinning pass, feed rate affect the billet thinning. During thermal spinning process Ti-6Al-4V alloy rebound severe. The size reduction and feed have impact on the rebound. By modifying the spinning parameters and the mandrel repair to ensure the dimensional accuracy of workpiece. Spinning workpiece has fine grain and high strength.

Wavelet analysis has applications in many ar- eas, such as signal analysis and image processing. We pro- pose a method for generating the complete circuit of Haar wavelet based MRA by factoring butterfly matrices and con- ditional perfect shuffle permutation matrices. The factoriza- tion of butterfly matrices is the essential part of the design. As a result, it is the key point to obtain the circuits of I 2. ⊕ W ⊕ I 2. ? 2. ?2. In this paper, we use a simple means to de- velop quantum circuits for this kind of matrices. Similarly, the conditional permutation matrix is implemented entirely, combined with the scheme of Fijany and Williams. The cir- cuits and the ideas adopted in the design are simple and in- telligible.

Gas hydrate drilling expeditions in the Pearl River Mouth Basin,South china Sea,have identified concentrated gas hydrates with variable ***,free gas and the coexistence of gas hydrate and free gas have been confirmed by logging,coring,and production tests in the foraminifera-rich silty sediments with complex bottom-simulating reflectors(BSRs).The broad-band processing is conducted on conventional three-dimensional(3D)seismic data to improve the image and detection accuracy of gas hydratebearing layers and delineate the saturation and thickness of gas hydrate-and free gas-bearing *** geophysical attributes extracted along the base of the gas hydrate stability zone are used to demonstrate the variable distribution and the controlling factors for the differential enrichment of gas *** inverted gas hydrate saturation at the production zone is over 40% with a thickness of 90 m,showing the interbedded distribution with different boundaries between gas hydrate-and free gas-bearing ***,the gas hydrate saturation value at the adjacent canyon is 70%,with 30-m-thick patches and linear *** lithological and fault controls on gas hydrate and free gas distributions are demonstrated by tracing each gas hydrate-bearing ***,the BSR depths based on broad-band reprocessed 3D seismic data not only exhibit variations due to small-scale topographic changes caused by seafloor sedimentation and erosion but also show the upward shift of BSR and the blocky distribution of the coexistence of gas hydrate and free gas in the Pearl River Mouth Basin.

Aluminum oxide(Al_(2.O_(3))ceramics have been widely utilized as circuit substrates owing to their exceptional *** this study,boron nitride microribbon(BNMR)/Al_(2.O_(3)composite ceramics are prepared using spark plasma sintering(SPS).This study examines the effect of varying the amount of toughened phase BNMR on the density,mechanical properties,dielectric constant,and thermal conductivity of BNMR/Al_(2.O_(3)composite ceramics while also exploring the mechanisms behind the toughening and increased thermal conductivity of the fabricated *** results showed that for a BNMR content of 5 wt%,BNMR/Al_(2.O_(3)composite ceramics displayed more enhanced characteristics than pure Al_(2.O_(3)*** particular,the relative density,hardness,fracture toughness,and bending strength were 99.95%±0.02.%,34.11±1.5 GPa,5.42.0.2. MPa·m^(1/2.,and 375±2.5 MPa,*** values represent increases of 0.76%,70%,35%,and 2.%,respectively,compared with the corresponding values for pure Al_(2.O_(3)***,during the SPS process,BNMRs are subjected to high temperatures and pressures,resulting in the bending and deformation of the Al_(2.O_(3)matrix;this leads to the formation of special thermal pathways within *** dielectric constant of the composite ceramics decreased by 2..6%,whereas the thermal conductivity increased by 45.6%compared with that of the pure Al_(2.O_(3)*** results of this study provide valuable insights into ways of enhancing the performance of Al_(2.O_(3)-based ceramic substrates by incorporating novel BNMRs as a second *** improvements are significant for potential applications in circuit substrates and related fields that require high-performance materials with improved mechanical properties and thermal conductivities.

NaY zeolite entrapped Ru3(CO)12.cluster has been synthesized from RuCl3 ion-exchanged NaY, which is well characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopies and CO chemisorp-tion. When the Ru3+/NaY sample is heated from 2.8 K to 393 K for 2. h and for 10 h at 393 K, the sample colour changes from dark to brown-yellow. The in situ infrared spectrum exhibits absorption bands at 2.30, 2.64, 2.40, 2.17, 1990, 1953 and 192. cm-1. The bands at 2.30 cm-1 arises from the Runm+(CO)l m =1-3;n = 1 - 3; l = 1-12.. The bands at 2.64, 2.40, 2.17 and 1990 cm-1 are proposed to be associated with the Ru3(CO)12.NaY, which are close to Ru3(CO)12.crystalline. Furthermore, the Raman results provide bands at 150 and 185 cm-1, which can be attributed to Ru-Ru bonds of the sample as in the case of Ru3(CO)12.crystalline, for which the A1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to 185 cm-1 and E1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to a band at 150 cm-1, respectively. CO chemisorption of [Ru3]/NaY gives a CO/Ru ratio of 3.85, which is similar to the stoichiometry of Ru3(CO)12.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA),widely existing in different organisms,is rapidly accumulated in plants in response to environmental *** main biosynthesis and degradation pathways of GABA constitute the GABA shunt,which is tied to the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)*** transaminase(GABA-T)and succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase(SSADH)are two essential enzymes for the GABA degradation *** there are abundant studies on GABA shunt in higher plants at the physiological and genetic levels,research on its role in microalgae remains *** study aimed at exploring the function of GABA-T and SSADH genes in Isochrysis zhanjiangensis,an important diet microalga,under different *** cloned two GABA-T genes,IzGABA-T1 and IzGABA-T2.and one SSADH gene IzSSADH from Isochrysis zhanjiangensis and conducted heterologous expression *** results showed that the overexpression of IzGABA-T1 or IzGABA-T2.enhanced the survival rates of yeast transformants under heat or NaCl stress,while the overexpression of IzSSADH improved yeast tolerance to NaCl stress but had no obvious effect on heat ***,the results of quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)showed that IzGABA-T1 transcription increased in the HT(salinity 2.,35℃)and LS(salinity 15,2.℃)*** 2. h,the IzGABA-T2.transcriptions increased in the HT,LS,and HS(salinity 35,2.℃)groups,but their transcription levels decreased in all groups at 48 *** transcription increased in the LS *** results suggest that IzGABA-T1,IzGABA-T2.and IzSSADH are associated with temperature and salinity stresses and possess a certain preference for different stresses.

Previous studies have demonstrated the important role of taurine in inhibiting proliferation of myofibrob lasts（myoFb） and myocardial fibrosis. However, the underlying mechanisms are unclear. The present study was de signed to shed light on this issue through exploring the signal pathways via in vitro experiments. Angiotension II （AngII） treatment significantly increased myoFb proliferation and the levels of collagens I and III（P〈0.05）, whereas taurine, PKCα（PKC： protein kinase C） specific inhibitor L-threo-dihydro-sphingosine（D4681）, ERK1/2.inhibitor （PD98095） abrogated myoFb proliferation and collagen levels（P〈0.05, P〈0.01, respectively）, and increased the G0/G1 phase rate and decreased S phase rate. Immunocytochemistry, confocal fluorescence staining and image analy sis showed that taurine could inhibit the translocation and expression of p-PKCαin membrane, and then inhibit nuc lear translocation and expression of p-ERK1/2. These results have statistically significant differences compared with those of AngII group（P〈0.01）. Western blot results also show that taurine could inhibit the protein expression of p-PKCα and p-ERK1/2. We used p-PKCα specific inhibitor D4681 in order to elucidate the relationship between p-PKCα and p-ERK1/2.in signal transduction pathways. Finally, the results show that the protein expression of p-ERK1/2.and nuclear translocation were suppressed in D4681 group.
