This paper proves a corner occupying theorem for the two-dimensional integral rectangle packing problem,stating that if it is possible to orthogonally place n arbitrarily given integral rectangles into an integral rectangular container without overlapping,then we can achieve a feasible packing by successively placing a rectangle onto a bottom-left corner in the *** on this theorem,we might develop e?cient heuristic algorithms for solving the integral rectangle packing *** fact,as a vague conjecture,this theorem has been implicitly mentioned with different appearances by many people for a long time.

A wafer level bonding technique by localized induction heating has been developed and demonstrated in this paper.A suitable fabrication process scheme has also been established for the localized induction heating and *** takes only about 2. seconds to complete the bonding *** temperatures of solder loops and the central area of solder loops are above 300°C and below 70°C,*** to the solder reflow,robust and hermetic glass wafer bonding is accomplished,and the average tensile strength is 6.42.***-heated or over-heated bonding has been found to result in cracks at bonding interfaces and sputtering layer,which degrades the bonding qualities.

Copper-cadmium halide doped photochromic glass coating on plate glass has been prepared by a sol-gel process. The sample shows reversible photochromic effect. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared (IR) spectrum investigations indicate that the photochromic phase of tile coating is CuBr_xCl_(1-x), solid solution, and that the structure network of the coating is connected with the bonds of Si-O-Si, Si-O-B and Si-O-Al.

Adopting distributed control architecture is the important developmentdirection for shop floor management and control system, is also the requirement of making it agile,intelligent and concurrent. Some key problems in achieving distributed control architecture areresearched. An activity model of shop floor is presented as the requirement definition of theprototype system. The multi-agent based software architecture is constructed. How the core part inshop floor management and control system, production plan and scheduling is achieved. Thecooperation of different agents is illustrated. Finally, the implementation of the prototype systemis narrated.

Aim:To investigate the effect of the antisense otigonucleotides（ASODN）spe-cific for human telomerase RNA（hTR）on radio sensitization and proliferationinhibition in human neurogliocytoma cells（U2.1）.Methods:U2.1 cells weretransfected with hTR ASODN or nonspecific oligonucleotides（NSODN）.Beforeand after irradiation of60Co-γray,telomerase activity was assayed by telomericrepeat amplification protocol（TRAP-PCR-ELISA）,and DNA damage and repairwere examined by the comet *** classical colony assay was used to plotthe cell-survival curve,to detect the ***:hTR antisense oligo-nucleotides could downregulate the telomerase activity,increase radiation in-duced DNA damage and reduce the subsequent ***,it could in-hibit the proliferation and decrease the D0value which demonstrates ***,telomere length was unchanged over a short period ***:These findings suggest that an ASODN-based strategy may beused to develop telomerase inhibitors,which can efficiently sensitize radiotherapy.

Fluid dispensing is a method by which fluid materials(such as epoxy,adhesive,and encapsulant) are delivered in a controlled manner in electronics *** jetting,derived from inkjet technology,is a noncontact,data-driven fluid dispensing *** ideal fluid materials for packaging are usually high viscous,which is difficult to realize by traditional inkjet *** this paper,a mechanical micro-droplet jetting system for high viscosity fluid was *** consists of dispensing valve,motion stage,temperature control subsystem,pneumatic subsystem,driving circuit for solenoid valve,and system control *** of this system under various circumstances was studied by changing several parameters,including working temperature,stroke length,back pressure and drive pulse *** droplets of 0.35 mm in diameter were produced by stainless steel nozzle of 0.2.mm in diameter in the experimental study.

This paper proposes second-order consensus protocols with time-delays and gives the measure of the robustness of the protocols to the time-delay existing in the network of agents with second-order dynamics. By employing a frequency domain method, it is proven that the information states and their time derivatives of all the agents in the network achieve consensus asymptotically, respectively, for appropriate communication timedelay if the topology of weighted network is connected. Particularly, a tight upper bound on the communication time-delay that can be tolerated in the dynamic network is found. The consensus protocols are distributed in the sense that each agent only needs information from its neighboring agents, which reduces the complexity of connections between neighboring agents significantly. Numerical simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the sharpness of the theoretical results for second-order consensus in networks in the presence of communication time-delays.

In order to explore the train of thought for china’s urbanizing development and coordinated rural economic development, and to find good ways of solving rural problems through urbanization, this paper absorbs the push-and-pull forces theory and the systematic dynamic theory in the traditional population migration theories, views urbanization as a dynamic system, makes research on the push-and-pull mechanism of urbanization. The pulling power of urbanization is analyzed according to two aspects, the agglomeration effect and the radiation effect of cities. The agglomeration effect provides continuous propelling force for urbanization, and the radiation effect further accelerates the urbanization process by pushing forward the development of rural economy. Of course, the slow development of urbanization can result in the hindrance to rural economic development.

Gears alternately mesh and detach in driving process, and then workingconditions of gears are alternately changing, so they are easy to be spalled and worn. But becauseof the effect of additive gaussian measurement noises, the signal-to-noises ratio is low; theirfault features are difficult to extract. This study aims to propose an approach of gear faultsclassification, using the cumulants and support vector machines. The cumulants can eliminate theadditive gaussian noises, boost the signal-to-noises ratio. Generalisation of support vectormachines as classifier, which is employed structural risk minimisation principle, is superior tothat of conventional neural networks, which is employed traditional empirical risk minimisationprinciple. Support vector machines as the classifier, and the third and fourth order cumulants asinput, gears faults are successfully recognized. The experimental results show that the method offault classification combining cumulants with support vector machines is very effective.
