BACKGROUND: It has shown that magnetic field can improve blood circulation, decrease blood viscosity, inhibit free radicals, affect Ca2. flow in nerve cells, control inflammatory and immunological reaction, and accelerate nerve cell regeneration. In addition, protective effect of magnetic field, which acts as an iatrophysics, on ischemic brain tissues has been understood gradually. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of rotating magnetic field (RMF) on volume of cerebral infarction, cerebral edema and metabolism of free radicals in rats after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. DEsIGN: Randomized controlled animal study. sETTING: Rehabilitation center of disabled children, Liaoniang; Department of Rehabilitation, the second Affiliated Hospital, china Medical University; Department of Rehabilitation Physiotherapy, the First Affiliated Hospital, china Medical University. MATERIALs: A total of 70 healthy Wistar rats aged 18-2. weeks of both genders were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group with 12.rats, control group with 2. rats and treatment group with 38 rats. The treatment group included 4 time points: immediate reperfusion with 6 ones, 6-hour reperfusion with 2. ones, 12.hour reperfusion with 6 ones and 18-hour reperfusion with 6 rats. Main instruments were detailed as follows: magnetic head of rotating magnetic device was 6 cm in diameter; magnetic induction intensity at the surface of magnetic head was 0.2. T in silence; the maximal magnetic induction intensity was 0.09 T at the phase of rotation; the average rotating speed was 2.00 r per minute. METHODs: The experiment was carried out in the china Medical University in March 2.03. Focal cerebral ischemic animal models were established with modified Longa’s method. Operation was the same in the sham operation, but the thread was inserted as 10 mm. Neurologic impairment was assessed with 5-rating method to screen out cases. BACKGROUND: Ⅴ secretory phospholipase A2.(sPLA2.Ⅴ) is abundant in many mammal tissues. However, it remains unknown whether sPLA2.Ⅴ causes biological or pathological response in central nervous system. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of phospholipase A2.Ⅴ (PLA2.Ⅴ) and its inhibitor (indoxam) on hippocampal neuron survival. DEsIGN: A repetitive measurement. sETTING: The Animal center of south Carolina University. MATERIALs: sprague-Dawley pregnancy day-7, 14, 2. female rats were selected; Reagents: sPLA2. Ⅴ and indoxam were obtained from the Dennis research Laboratories METHODs: The experiment was finished at the animal center in south Carolina University from January to December, 2.04. 0, 12.5, 2., 50 and 100 μg/L sPLA2.Ⅴ were added to neuron with none-MgCl2.Eagle’s medium at 37 ℃, then changed to normal neuron culture medium after 3 hours. 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 μmol/L indoxam was added at 6 hours after 100 μg/L sPLA2.Ⅴwas put to Day-2. sD rat hippocampal embryonic neurons with none-MgCl2.Eagle’s medium at 37 ℃. After 3 hours in the inhibition experiment, it was changed to normal neuron culture medium. The embryonic hippocampal neurons were primarily cultured, and the neuron survival ratio was detected with morphological method. MAIN OUTCOME MEAsUREs: survival ratio of hippocampal neurons. REsULTs: ① Effects of sPLA2.Ⅴon neuron survival: When sPLA2.Ⅴ was 0, 12.5, 2., 50 and 100 μg/L, the neuron survival ratios in embryonic neurons of day-7 sD rats were (95.3±1.1)%, (81.4±3.1)%, (74.2.2.2.%, (62.4±1.7)% and (48.9±1.6)%, those in embryonic neurons of day-14 rats were (93.2.1.4)%, (74.3±1.9)%, (68.1±1.7)%, (56.1±1.4)% and (42.5±1.1)%, and those in embryonic neurons of day-2. rats were (91.2.1.2.%, (69.4±2.1)%, (60.3±2.2.%, (49.1±1.2.% and (35.5±1.9)%. 性权利的发展过程是一个从意识到理念逐渐递进的过程,这一过程的演进受到各个时期的社会生活方式、主流的意识形态和思想观念的影响。在前现代社会,性权利观念还不能发展成为一种系统的理念,或者还只能说是一种意识或简单化的观念。现代社会成熟的市场经济、发达的民主政治、成熟的人文主义思想为性权利观念的发展提供了优越的环境,女权主义运动、性科学的发展、性革命的推进为其发展提供了助动力。2.世纪70年代以后,性权利术语和话语的提出和普遍使用标志着性权利观念日趋成熟,性权利理念日臻完备。性权利观念既是自生自发的,又是人为建构的;支撑性权利观念走向成熟的终极力量是人的物质生活条件的改变。

Forest ecosystems provide a variety of services and forest ecosystem management (FEM) is an effective approach to maximize the services. Because of the complexity of forest ecosystems, the applications of FEM can be facilitated with decision support systems (Dss) that recognize and incorporate ecological and socio-economic variables. With the rapid development of computation and information technologies, Dss have been advanced in many ways. Traditional forest management within a forestry unit in china is planned on a yearly basis. The planning itself remains primarily a verbal concept as there are no quantitative decision-support tools available to translate the concept into forest management actions. For the purposes of FEM at the management level, a forest management DFF, FOREsTAR, has been developed under a framework of geographic information system (GIs) and forest models. The paper explained the intelligent modeling mechanisms and demonstrated how the applications of FEM can be strengthened with the applications of FOREsTAR.

On the basis of brief description of current situation of old industrial bases and primary industry of liaoning Province, the paper introduces the general situation of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in liaoning Province. First, the ecological bases of agricultural zoning plan are introduced through various topographic and geomorphic types, regional climate differences and imbalanced distribution of natural resources; second, in accordance with the theory of comparative advantage, distribution of production and resource economics, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of agricultural natural resources, with the principle of fully excavating economic function of different natural resources, and in order to improve allocation efficiency of the two resources of market and {2., the formation of ecological zoning plan of agriculture in liaoning Province is analyzed; Third, according to Regional Layout Planning of Characteristic Agricultural Products of liaoning Province (2.06-2.10), the paper describes basic layout of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in liaoning Province. The policy support of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in liaoning Province is analyzed from three aspects-support policy of functional zone major in producing grain, support policy of other characteristic agriculture-ecological zone and support measures of development of agriculture-ecological zone. The paper also analyzes experiences of agricultural development of old industrial bases in ecological zoning plan: First, agriculture-ecological zoning plan is a effective way of the revitalization of old industrial bases; second, scientificity of plan is the basis of improving competitiveness of regional agriculture; Third, multi-input mechanism guiding by {2. is the key of agricultural packing effect; Fourth, integrated agricultural industrial chain is guarantee of realizing industrialization in ecological zone.

指出我国现阶段对人力资源进行会计计量还存在着一些特殊困难,主要是:企业现行的人力资源管理政策和其他政策不利于对人力资源进行会计计量,人力资源会计计量的理论与方法也没有真正被普遍掌握;领导者对人力资源缺乏了解,外界也没有对应用人力资源进行会计计量的硬性要求;人力资源会计的方法和模型还不够完善。但认为人力资源会计在我国是可行的,因为我国经济体制改革为推行人力资源会计创造了条件;人力资源会计研究为其奠定了理论基础;企业的需求是推行人力资源会计的动力,并以此为依据提出相应的解决困难方式。
