E-commerce is the execution of business transactio ns over the Internet. Companies conducting e-commerce can perform most of the tra nsactions which they are doing now. Most of the marketing method should coincide nt with the changes in e-commerce world. Brand ability will be depressed, but corporate identity and brand identity will be upgraded. So the enterprise should lower the cost of distribution, manufactur ing, and supplying. We can also upgrade the product value which consumer con ceded. Logistic will be core ability. The 3pl and 4pl will be used more and more often. The importance of transportation has grown with the increasing globalization as well as the growth in e-commerce. Firms should identify various transportation network design options and their relative strengths and weaknesses. They should also use methodologies for routing and scheduling deliveries in transportation network. The savings matrix and the generalized assignment methodology can be us ed to minimize the transportation cost while meeting delivery commitments to cus tomers. Information is essential to making good decisions. Information technology provid es the tools to gather information and analyze it in order to make the best deci sions. Information plays a key in every company. Information technology will be used broadly. It is a factual component on which decisions about each of the transportation, facilities, and inventory. In essence, information is the glue that holds the company to other firms, and allows it to function, making informa tion the most important firms drivers. Space-borne gravitational wave(GW)detectors can detect the merger of massive black *** early warning and localization of GW events before merging can be used to inform electromagnetic telescopes and conduct multimessenger ***,this requires real-time data transmission and analysis *** geocentric orbit of the space-borne GW detector Tian Qin makes it possible to conduct real-time data *** this study,we develop a search and localization pipeline for massive black hole binaries(MBHBs)with Tian Qin under both regular and real-time data transmission *** demonstrate that,with real-time data transmission,MBHBs can be accurately localized on the *** the approaching merger,each analysis can be finished in only 40 *** an MBHB system at a distance of 1 Gpc,if we receive data every hour,then we can pinpoint its location to within less than 1 deg^(2.on the final day before the merger.

Cancer of unknown primary(CUP)is a rare disease characterized by metastases in which the primary tumor is of unknown *** cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)tumor microenvironment of CUP is still unknown.A Chinese male was diagnosed with leptomeningeal metastases from CUP(CUP-LM)based on the following medical examination results:partial leptomeningeal enhancement by brain magnetic resonance imaging,few malignant cells of diverse morphology in CSF,and no abnormalities or lymphadenopathy by systemic examination.

A Constrained Local Neighborhood Approach for Efficient Markov Blanket Discovery in Undirected Independent Graphs

Could the EU carbon border adjustment mechanism promote climate mitigation?An economy-wide analysis

Due to concerns about carbon leakage and sectoral competitiveness,the European Union(EU)proposed implementing the carbon border adjustment mechanism(CBAM).The effectiveness and potential negative consequences of CBAM have aroused extensive *** the perspective of the economy-wide analysis,this study uses a global computable general equilibrium model to explore the rationality of CBAM from the aspects of socioeconomic impact and the effects of promoting climate ***,the potential alternative mechanism of CBAM is *** results show that CBAM can reduce the EU's gross domestic product(GDP)loss;however,the GDP loss in all other regions ***,CBAM raises household welfare losses in most regions,including the ***,although CBAM can reduce the marginal abatement cost in eight regions,it comes at the cost of greater economic ***,the economic and household welfare cost of raising emissions reduction targets in regions like the USA and Japan is substantially higher than the impact of passively accepting the CBAM;therefore,CBAM's ability to drive ambitious emission reduction initiatives may be ***,for the potential alternative mechanism,from the perspective of reducing economic cost and household welfare losses,the EU could implement domestic tax cuts in the short-term and promote global unified carbon pricing in the long-term.

Chinese plum(Prunus salicina Lindl.)originates from china and makes a large contribution to the global production of *** ***‘Wushancuili'has a green coloration and high fruit quality and is economically important in eliminating poverty and protecting ecology in the Yangtze River Three Gorges ***,rain-induced cracking(rain-cracking,literally skin cracking caused by rain)is a limitation to‘Wushancuili'fruit production and causes severe *** study reported a high-quality‘Wushancuili'genome assembly consisting of a 302.17-Mb sequence with eight pseudo-chromosomes and a contig N50 of 2..59 Mb through the combination of Illumina sequencing,Pacific Biosciences HiFiⅢsequencing,and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture {2..A total of 2.109 protein-coding genes are predicted and 54.17%of the genome is composed of repetitive sequences.‘Wushancuili'underwent a remarkable orthoselection during *** identification revealed that loss-of-function in four core MYB10 genes results in the anthocyanin deficiency and absence of red color,revealing the green coloration due to the residual high chlorophyll in fruit ***,the occurrence of cracking is assumed to be closely associated with cell wall modification and frequently rain-induced pathogen enrichment through transcriptomic *** loss of MYB10 genes might render fruit more susceptible to pathogen-mediated cracking by weakening the epidermal strength and reactive oxygen species(ROS)*** findings provided fundamental knowledge regarding fruit coloration and rain-cracking and will facilitate genetic improvement and cultivation management in Chinese plums.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

Association of preoperative antiviral treatment with incidences of post-hepatectomy liver failure in hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma
