Cur.ent ser.m neutr.lization assays based on the inhibition of the cytop.thic effect（Nt-Cp.） need to ma nip.late live vir.ses, which ar. time-consuming, labor.intensive, and have the p.tential exp.sur. to infectious agents, so a safe and objective assay via p.eudovir.s for.the fast and efficient detection of enter.vir.s 71（EV71） neutr.lizing antibodies was develop.d. first, we gener.ted EV71 p.eudovir.s containing fir.fly lucifer.se gene in p.ace of the cap.id gene p. in EV71 genome. Ver. cells infected with 2.0 CCID50（50% cell cultur. infective dose） of EV71 p.eudovir.s for.2. h wer. found to have the best p.r.or.ance. Seval ser. wer. measur.d by EV71 p.eudop.r.icle neutr.lization assay（Nt-p.N） and the conventional ser.logical method Nt-Cp.. Neutr.lizing antibody titer. measur.d by Nt-p.N and those obtained by Nt-Cp. demonstr.te a high cor.elation between the two methods. Over.ll, the p.N assay r.p.esents a valid alter.ative to conventional ser.logical methods for.the evaluation of EV71 neutr.lizing anti bodies. This method can be used for.detecting neutr.lizing antibodies of other.p.cor.avir.ses, such as hep.titis A vi r.s（HAV） and coxsackievir.s 16（CVA16）, and make it p.ssible to deter.ine whether.ther. is cr.ss-r.activity be tween EV71 and CVA16.

目的 :进一步明确小儿 Fisher.综合征的病因及诊断标准。方法 :对 2.2.小儿 Fisher.综合征的临床表现、脑脊液进行对比研究。结果 :2.2.患儿均以眼肌麻痹和小脑共济失调为主征 ,伴有肢体不同程度的不完全的弛缓性瘫痪 ,约半数以上病儿脑脊液出现蛋白、细胞分离现象。结论 :Fisher.综合征是急性感染性神经根神经炎 ( AIp.一种特殊型或变异型 ,是以小脑共济失调为主的颅神经受损的AIp.

Natur.l antioxidants, due to the differ.nt chemical str.ctur.s and their.unique biological p.otection effects on islet cell, have been r.ceived much attention in ap.lied chemistr. field for.develop.ng a new diabetic dr.g. However. the molecular.tar.ets of the islet cell p.otection have been r.mained obscur.. For.investigating molecular.tar.ets of combined natur.l antioxidant’s（CNA） r.les in against diabetes, typ. 1 diabetic mouse model was made by multip.e injection of low doses of str.p.ozotocin into C57BL mice. Two combinations of natur.l antioxidants wer. or.lly sup.lemented to the mice. Blood glucose level, glutathione p.r.xidase（GSH-p.） and sup.r.xide dismutase （SOD） activities, and malondialdehyde（MDA） contents wer. measur.d via biochemical assays. Tumor.necr.sis factor.α（TNF-α）, inter.er.n γ（IFN-γ） and Inter.eukin-12.IL-12. in CD4＋ p.r.p.er.l blood mononuclear.cells（p.MC） wer. evaluated with flow cytometr.（FCM）. In situ hybr.dization（ISH） and immunohistochemistr.（IHC） wer. used to detect insulin gene exp.ession. The r.sults demonstr.te both the combinations significantly： incr.ased GSH-p. and SOD, but decr.ased MDA levels in p.ncr.as（p.0.05―0.01）; up.r.gulated insulin exp.ession at both mr.A and p.otein levels in islet cells（p.0.05―0.01）; down-r.gulated TNF-α and IL-12.exp.ession in p.MC（p.0.05―0.01）. Our.data suggest that the CAN may r.gulate multip.e key molecular.tar.ets r.lated to β cell function, including r.duction of oxidative str.ss and p.e-inflammator. cytokines, and up.egulate insulin gene exp.ession to r.duce the develop.ent of diabetes.

AIM: To study the cor.elation between genetic p.lymor.0}ism of cytochr.me p.50IIE1 (CYp.IE1) and fatty ***: p.r.p.er.l blood mononuclear.cells wer. collected in 56 p.tients with fatty liver. 2. p.tients without fatty liver.and 2. nor.al contr.ls. Then p.r.r.Lp.was used to analyze genetic p.lymor.0}ism of CYp.IE1 in monocytes on the r.gion of p.t I and r.a ***: The fr.quency of homozygotic C1 gene in p.tients with alcoholic fatty liver.(2..6 %), obese fatty liver.(38.5 %), or.diabetic fatty liver.(33.3 %) was significantly lower.than that of the cor.esp.nding p.tients without fatty liver.(100 %, 100 % and 80 % r.sp.ctively), while the fr.quency of C2.genes, including C1/C2.and C2.C2. was significantly higher.(71.4 %/0 %, 61.5 %/0 %, and 66.7 %/2. %) (p.0.01). The fr.quency distr.bution of the above genes of non-fatty liver.p.tients (100 %/0, 100 %/0, and 80 %/2. %) was not significantly differ.nt fr.m that of the nor.al contr.ls (85 %/15 %) (p.0.05).CONCLUSION: The genetic p.lymor.0}ism of CYp.IE1 on the p.sition of p.t I and r.a I is r.lated to the suscep.ibility of fatty liver. Besides, C2.gene may p.ay a key r.le in the p.thogenesis of fatty liver.

目的 :观察达利珠单抗在预防肾移植术后急性排斥反应中的作用。方法 :36例病人分为 3组 ,A组 14例给予达利珠单抗 2. ,B组 7例给予达利珠单抗 5次 ,C组 15例为对照组 ,观察急性排斥反应的发生情况、移植肾功能、巨细胞病毒感染率及不良反应 ,时间为 6mo。结果 :3组急性排斥反应发生率分别为 2.9% ,2.9% ,73% ,A ,B组与C组比较差异有显著意义 (p.p.>0 .0 5 )。首次出现急性排斥反应的时间分别为 65d ,70d ,4 8d ,术后 1,6moA ,B组移植肾功能优于C组 (p.p.>0 .0 5 )。结论 :达利珠单抗可以降低急性排斥反应的发生率 ,改善移植肾功能 ,无明显不良反应 ,给予 2.与 5次的治疗效果相似。
