Observations indicate that Ellerman bombs （EBs） and chromospheric microflares both occur in the lower solar atmosphere,and share many common features,such as temperature enhancements,accompanying jet-like mass motions,short life-time,and so *** strongly suggest that EBs and chromospheric microflares could both probably be induced by magnetic reconnection in the lower solar *** gravity,ionization and radiation considered,we perform two-dimensional numerical simulations of magnetic reconnection in the lower solar *** influence of different parameters,such as intensity of the magnetic field and anomalous resistivity,on the results are *** result demonstrates that the temperature increases are mainly due to the joule dissipation caused by magnetic *** spectral profiles of EBs and chromospheric microflares are calculated with the non-LTE radiative transfer theory and compared with *** is found that the typical features of the two phenomena can be qualitatively reproduced.

A new approach based on potential control was firstly used for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the model protein. The self-assembly monolayer (SAM) was prepared with 2.aminoethanethiol (AET) on the gold electrode. The charge on HRP was adjusted by means of the acidity of the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for dissolving the HRP. The in-fluence of electric potential on HRP immobilization was investigated by means of colorimetric immunoassay of enzyme-substrate interaction (CIESI) using an automatic plate reader. The HRP modified electrodes were characterized with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) as well as atomic force microscope (AFM) on template-stripped gold surface. The potential for maximum immobilization of HRP was near the zero charge potential. The result indicates that controlled potential can affect the course of HRP immobilization without the loss of enzymic activity. It is of great significance for the control of biomolecular self-assembly and the intrinsic electric device.

Anisotropic effect on the vibronic reduction factors

The reduction factors p and q defined by Ham in the Ee JT system and their relation 2.-p=1 have been well accepted and the concept of reduction factors is widely used in the studies of vibronic coupling. However, when the system is under the anisotropic conditions, the reduction factors and their relation will change accordingly. The first-order reduction factors p and q of Ee system were further studied using the method of unitary transformation here. The relation between p and q proposed by Ham was investigated under both conditions of the linear coupling and the anisotropic effects. The result demonstrated that the relation of 2.-p=1 was only correct for the linear vibronic coupling, but not correct when the anisotropic effect was considered. This result suggested that the anisotropic effect influence considerably the reduction factors, and hence the physical properties of materials. Our method could be also applied to other JT systems, especially the highly symmetric JT systems involving C60 molecules.

The Nanxiong red-bed basin and its adjacent Zhuguang granite form a distinctive basin-mountain landform in the Nanling region, South china. Research results suggest that the Zhuguang granite is a polyphase composite pluton developed on the metamorphic basement of the paleo-Tethys-paleo-Asian tectonic regime and possesses geometrical and kinematic features of hot-doming extensional tectonics at the middle-upper crustal level, which is considered as a magmatic complex that resulted from the collision-orogeny during the Indosinian Period, the subduction-consuming during the Early Yanshanian Period and the intra-continental basaltic underplating and deep-seated geodynamics during the Late Yanshanian Period. The Nanxiong basin is a Late Cretaceous-Paleogene asymmetric faulted basin that is characterized by a fault boundary on the northern side and an uncomformable boundary on the southern side, its deposit center was migrated gradually from south to north. Structural kinematic results on the basin-mountain coupled zone demonstrate that the ductile and the brittle rheological layers show a quite coincident sense of shear, implying that it is a continuous process from the ductile extensional deformation followed by locally sinistral strike-slip shear at a middle-crustal level to the brittle tensional deformation at a upper-crustal level during formation of granitic doming extensional tectonics. The Zhuguang granite and the Nanxiong faulted basin constructed a semi-graben tectonic system. Lithological and geochemical results suggest that the Late Triassic to Jurassic granitic bodies in the Zhuguang have some similar features: high SiO2. Al2.3, K2. contents, alkalinity index > 2.8, ANKC value > 1.1, LREE-enriched pattern with high REE contents, marked negative Eu anomalies, enrichment in Rb and Th, depletion in Ba and Nb, showing a K-rich and Al-rich calc-alkaline affinity, which suggest a continuous magmatic evolution from Late Triassic to Jurassic. The ground-state property of a 2.dimensional 3-electron quantum dot (QD) subjected to an external magnetic fieldB and affected by an impurity is studied. The impurity is located at thez-axis by a distanced from the plane of the dot. The evolution of the angular momentumL o and the spinS o of the ground state in accordance withB andd has been calculated, and the results are summarized and plotted in a (L o,S o) diagram. The spatial distribution of the electrons (the size and the geometric features) and the optical absorption have also been investigated. The (L o S o) diagram indicates thatL o andS o may jump whend and/orB vary. It was found that, due to the constraints arising from symmetry, each symmetric geometry is accessible only to a specific group of states having specificL o andS o.

A detailed microstructure analysis and LA-ICPMS U-Pb dating have been done for zir- cons of Weishan granite from Hunan Province, South china. The results indicate that the Weishan granite is a multistage batholith formed during the late Indosinian-early Yanshanian time. The intruded time of the late Indosinian granite is 2.1.0±1.6Ma and 2.5.7±1.9Ma (two samples), whereas that of the early Yanshanian granite is 187.4±3.5Ma and 184.5±5.1Ma (two samples). In combination with other geochronological data for Indosinian rocks of South china and the adjacent region, it is inferred that the late Indosinian granites of South china (especially Hunan Province) are probably formed under extension regime as a consequence of post-collision stress relaxation, which is a spontaneous response to intracontinental thickening attributed to the collision and extrusion of two Indosinian seams, namely Qinling-Dabie and Song Ma. Moreover, it is also deduced that the early Yanshanian granites of Hunan Province could not be directly related with the subduction of Paleo-Pacific plate towards Eurasian continent, and they are most likely derivation of the mid- or lower-crustal materials because of decompressional melting under the continuous extension setting.
