Minimum temperatures have remarkable impacts on tree growth at high-elevation sites on the Tibetan Plateau,but the shortage of long-term and high-resolution paleoclimate records inhibits understanding of recent minimum temperature *** this study,a warm season(April–September)reconstruction is presented for the past 467 years(1550–2.16)based on Sabina tibetica ring-width chrono.ogy on the Lianbaoyeze Mountain of the central eastern Tibetan *** warm periods and eight cold periods were ***-term minimum temperature variations revealed a high degree of coherence with nearby *** correlations between our reconstruction and global sea surface temperatures suggest that warm season minimum temperature ano.alies in the central eastern Tibetan Plateau were strongly influenced by large-scale ocean atmospheric circulations,such as the El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation and the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation.

To generate dance that temporally and aesthetically matches the music is a challenging problem in three ***,the generated motion should be beats-aligned to the local musical ***,the global aesthetic style should be matched between motion and *** third,the generated motion should be diverse and *** address these challenges,we propose ReChoreoNet,which re-choreographs high-quality dance motion for a given piece of music.A data-driven learning strategy is proposed to efficiently correlate the temporal connections between music and motion in a progressively learned cross-modality embedding *** beats-aligned content motion will be subsequently used as autoregressive context and control signal to control a no.malizing-flow model,which transfers the style of a prototype motion to the final generated *** addition,we present an aesthetically labelled music-dance repertoire(MDR)for both efficient learning of the cross-modality embedding,and understanding of the aesthetic connections between music and *** demonstrate that our repertoire-based framework is robustly extensible in both content and *** quantitative and qualitative experiments have been carried out to validate the efficiency of our proposed model.

During cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),defibrillation,or cardioversion,the use of self-adhesive pads instead of conventional paddles has gradually become *** particular,it was recommended during the COVID-19 pandemic,as it allows defibrillation or cardioversion to be performed without close contact between the rescuer and patient.[1,2.Self-adhesive pads can minimize the downtime of chest compressions before and after defibrillation and protect the patient from electric arc formation,skin burns,and fi *** the pads are attached,electrocardiographic rhythm analysis,defibrillation,synchrono.s cardioversion,and cardiovascular support are all *** paddles,self-adhesive pads can save time because the application of conductive jelly,repeated positioning,and application of 10-12.kg of pressure on the chest are no. *** European Resuscitation Council(ERC)Guidelines 2.2. state that the use of self-adhesive pads is recommended in advanced cardiovascular life support(ACLS).[3]Nevertheless,some medical staff still tend to prefer the use of conventional paddles instead of self-adhesive pads in hospitals.

CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) provides 16 Common Object Services for distributed application development, but no.e of them are fault tolerance related services. In this paper, we propose a replicated object based Fault Tolerant Object Service (FTOS) for CORBA environment. Two fault tolerant mechanisms are provided in FTOS including dynamic voting mechanism and object replication mechanism. The dynamic voting mechanism uses majority voting strategy to ensure object state consistency in failure situations. The object replication mechanism can help system administrators to replicate and start up objects easily. Our implementation provides a library according to the style of COSS. With this library, programmers can develop distributed applications with fault tolerance capability very easily.

The deep cement mixing(DCM)is used to improve the capacity and reduce the settlement of the soft ground by forming cemented clay *** investigation on the mechanical behaviour of the DCM samples is limited to either laboratory-prepared samples or in-situ samples under unconfined *** this study,a series of drained and undrained triaxial shearing tests was performed on the in-situ cored DCM samples with high cement content to assess their mechanical *** is found that the drainage condition affects significantly the stiffness,peak and residual strengths of the DCM samples,which is mainly due to the state of excess pore water pressure at different strain levels,*** positive before the peak deviatoric stress and negative after the peak deviatoric stress,in the undrained *** slope of the failure envelope changes obviously with the confining pressures,being steeper at lower stress levels and flatter at higher stress *** strength parameters,effective cohesion and friction angle obtained from lower stress levels(c′0 andφ′0)are 400 kPa and 58°,respectively,which are deemed to be true for design in most DCM applications where the in-situ stress levels are no.mally at lower values of 50-2.0 ***,the computed tomography(CT)scanning system was adopted to visualize the internal structures of DCM *** is found that the clay pockets existing inside the DCM samples due to uneven mixing affect markedly their stress-strain behaviour,which is one of the main reasons for the high variability of the DCM samples.

Wind power prediction interval(WPPI)models in the literature have predominantly been developed for and tested on specific case ***,wind behavior and characteristics can vary significantly across ***,a prediction model that performs well in one case might underperform in *** address this shortcoming,this paper proposes an ensemble WPPI framework that integrates multiple WPPI models with distinct characteristics to improve *** important and often overlooked factor is the role of probabilistic wind power prediction(WPP)in quantifying wind power uncertainty,which should be handled by operating *** reserve in WPPI frameworks enhances the efficacy of *** this regard,the proposed framework employs a no.el bi-layer optimization approach that takes both WPPI quality and reserve requirements into *** analysis with different real-world datasets and various benchmark models validates the quality of the obtained WPPIs while resulting in more optimal reserve requirements.

Aim:To characterize the effect of combined pre-and postnatal morphine exposureon N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor（NMDA）receptor signaling in hippocampalneurons of the offspring of morphine-addicted female ***:Culturedhippocampal neurons and synaptosomes were prepared from neonatal and 2.week-old offspring,respectively,of control or morphine-addicted female *** in the cytosolic Ca2.concentration([Ca2.]i)of cultured cells was mea-sured using Fura-2.and glutamate release from synaptosomes was ***:Both glutamate and NMDA caused a dose-dependentincrease in the[Ca2.]*** nitric oxide（no.dono.,S-nitrosoglutathione（GSno.,but no. 3-morpholino.ydno.imine,sodium nitroprusside,and S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine,also induced a[Ca2.]*** and glutathione causeda dose-dependent increase in the[Ca2.]iwith respective EC50values of 56 and 414μmol/*** effects were inhibited by Mg2.or an NMDA receptor antagonistand were unaffected by the presence of a glutamate *** other glu-tathione derivatives,oxidized glutathione,S-methylglutathione,S-ethylglutathione,S-propylglutathione,and S-butylglutathione,the dipeptides,Glu-Cys and Cys-Gly,and the antioxidants,dithiothreitol and mercaptoethano.,failed to induce a[Ca2.]*** addition,glutathione caused a dose-dependent increase inglutamate release from *** maximal responses and the EC50val-ues for the glutamate-,NMDA-,GSno.,and glutathione-induced[Ca2.]iincreasesand the glutathione-induced glutamate release were indistinguishable in the neu-rons of the offspring from control and morphine-addicted female ***:GSno.and glutathione act as NMDA receptor agonists and,in contrast to hippoc-ampal brain slice,combined pre-and postnatal morphine exposure does no. modu-late NMDA receptor signaling in the cultured hippocampal neurons.
