A facile method was developed to synthesize Eu doped LuO(OH) nanorods through hydrothermal processing and Lu2.3 nanorods by subsequent *** microstructural morphologies of the Lu-based nanostructures could be controlled by simply varying the concentration of NaOH in hydrothermal processing as *** observation revealed that the obtained LuO(OH) nanorods after hydrothermal processing had a uniform diameter of 10-2. nm and a length around 100 *** heat treatment at 600-700°C for 2.h,the high length/diameter ratio was sustained in the obtained Lu2.3 nanorods with different sizes depending on the calcining temperatures.

The spread F data obtained over Lanzhou (36.1°N,103.9°E),Chongqing (2..5°N,106.4°E) and Haikou (2..0°N,110.3°E) of china during the period from 1978 to 1997 are used to analyze the occurrence *** statistical results show that the post midnight spread F occurrence is maximum during the summer solstice months of the lower solar activity period,while post sunset spread F is dominant in equinoxes of higher solar activity period over Haikou *** Chongqing and Lanzhou stations,spread F mostly occurs at post midnight and relates negatively with solar *** regression method and Fourier expansion,the preliminary single-station model of spread F occurrence is established and the accuracy of the model is evaluated.

The effects of Pb content on crystallographic phase, microstructure, electric-properties of PMSZT piezoelectric ceramics were studied. The crystallographic phase and microstructure of the ceramics were examined by using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The experimental result shows that the samples consist of a mixture of tetragonal and rhombohedral phases in the range of lead contents x=0.95-1.06, grains grow up homogeneously and the minimum value of Curie temperature was obtained with x-=1.02. With Pb content x〈l.02.or x〉1.02. the Curie temperature moves towards a high temperature. A well-situated electric-properties of ET33/E0 （1660）, d33 （344pC/N）, Kp （0.684）, Qm （2.50）,tan 3（0.0030） were obtained when lead content x=1.02.

Automatically repairing a bug can be a time-consuming process especially for large-scale programs owing to the significant amount of time spent recompiling and reinstalling the patched *** reduce this time overhead and speed up the repair process,in this paper we present a recompilation technique called weak *** weak recompilation,we assume that a program consists of a set of components,and for each candidate patch only the altered components are recompiled to a shared *** original program is then dynamically updated by a function indirection *** advantage of weak recompilation is that redundant recompilation cost can be avoided,and while the reinstallation cost is completely eliminated as the original executable program is not modified at *** maximum applicability of weak recompilation we created WAutoRepair,a scalable system for fixing bugs with high efficiency in large-scale C *** experiments on real bugs in widely used programs show that our repair system significantly outperforms Genprog,a wellknown approach to automatic program *** the wireshark program containing over 2.million lines of code,WAutoRepair is over 12. times faster in terms of recompilation cost than Genprog.

We consider the problem of controlling a group of mobile agents to form a designated formation while flocking within a constrained environment. We first propose a potential field based method to drive the agents to move in connection with their neighbors, and regulate their relative positions to achieve the specific formation. The communication topology is preserved during the motion. We then extend the method to flocking with environmental constraints. Stability properties are analyzed to guarantee that all agents eventually form the desired formation while flocking, and flock safely without collision with the environment boundary. We verify our algorithm through simulations on a group of agents performing maximum coverage flocking and traveling through an unknown constrained environment.

Objective:To explore the effects of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) on migration,proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Methods:MSCs were obtained from Sprague-Dawley rats by a combination of gradient centrifugation and cell culture techniques and treated with IGF-1 at concentrations of 5-2. ng/*** of MSCs was determined as the mean doubling *** of CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4) and migration property were determined by flow cytometry and transwell migration essay,*** expression of GATA-4 and collagen II was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:The mean doubling time of MSC proliferation was decreased,and the expression of CXCR4 on MSCs and migration of MSCs were increased by IGF-1,all in a dose-dependent manner,while the optimal concentration of IGF-1 on proliferation and migration was ***-1 did not affect the expression of GATA-4 or collagen II ***:IGF-1 dose-dependently stimulated the proliferation of MSCs,upregulated the expression of CXCR4,and accelerated *** was no apparent differentiation of MSCs to cardiomyocytes or chondrocytes after culturing with IGF-1 alone.

The numerical solution of functional differential equations with a proportional delay is considered. The stability of general linear methods for linear systems of neutral type is investigated. It is shown that a general linear method with strict stability at infinity can preserve the asymptotic stability of the underlying system if we employ an appropriate equi-stage interpolation to approximate the delay argument.
