A new approach based on potential control was firstly used for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the model protein. The self-assembly monolayer (SAM) was prepared with 2.aminoethanethiol (AET) on the gold electrode. The charge on HRP was adjusted by means of the acidity of the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for dissolving the HRP. The in-fluence of electric potential on HRP immobilization was investigated by means of colorimetric immunoassay of enzyme-substrate interaction (CIESI) using an automatic plate reader. The HRP modified electrodes were characterized with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) as well as atomic force microscope (AFM) on template-stripped gold surface. The potential for maximum immobilization of HRP was near the zero charge potential. The result indicates that controlled potential can affect the course of HRP immobilization without the loss of enzymic activity. It is of great significance for the control of biomolecular self-assembly and the intrinsic electric device.

The phylogeny of Ptychostomum was first undertaken based on analysis of the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)region of the nuclear ribosomal(nr)DNA and by combining data from nrDNA ITS and chloroplast DNA rps4 *** parsimony,maximum likelihood,and Bayesian analyses all support the conclusion that the reinstated genus Ptychostomum is not *** funkii(Schw(a|¨)gr.)*** (≡Bryum funkii Schw(a|¨)gr.)is placed within a clade containing the type species of Bryum,*** Hedw. The remaining members of Ptychostomum investigated in the present study constitute another well-supported clade. The double loop network(DLN)is a circulant digraph with n nodes and outdegree *** is an important topological structure of computer interconnection networks and has been widely used in the designing of local area networks and distributed *** the number n of nodes,how to construct a DLN which has minimum diameter?This problem has attracted great attention.A related and longtime unsolved problem is:for any given non-negative integer k,is there an infinite family of k-tight optimal DLN?In this paper,two main results are obtained:(1)for any k≥0,the infinite families of k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed,where the number n(k,e,c)of their nodes is a polynomial of degree 2.in e with integral coefficients containing a parameter c.(2.for any k≥0, an infinite family of singular k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed.

With the social development and higher education reform, students of Anhui PE University have the complex ideas. They brought new management challenges, the traditional management concepts, methods and systems that were not suited to the current student management. To explore new method of management, this paper does a research through literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics, comparative analysis and other methods for some students in physical education of 5 Anhui universities. This paper highlights "people-oriented" advancing with the times. In this paper, people-oriented management principles and details of the management combination with management are analyzed and summarized.

The effect of surface structure and coating on tribological properties of 45^# carbon steel disc was analyzed. A Nd：YAG laser was used to generate rnicrodirnples on steel surfaces. Dimples with diameter of 150 rn and depth of 50 rn were distributed in an orbicular array on disc surface. Then the alloying element Mo was sputtered to 45# carbon steel disc surface by means of double glow plasma technology. Diffusion Mo alloying layer with 30min thickness and high hardness up to 0.02. was formed on the disc surface. Tribological experiments of three types samples （smooth, texturing and texturing＋alloying） were conducted with a pin-on-disc tribometer. It is found that the dimpled-samples are most effective for reducing friction in comparison with smooth steel surthces, improving the lubricating state from boundary to hydrodynamic region.

An experiment of producing high density polyethylene (HDPE) nano-composite filled with 4wt.% talc was presented. Acting as filler and a reinforcing agent in the HDPE, talc powder, sized at around 5 μm, was surface-treated with aluminum diethylene glycol dinitrate coupling agent before adding to the HDPE. Analyses of the reinforced HDPE nano-composite show significant improvement in its mechanical properties including, tensile strength (>2. MPa), break elongation (2. MPa), and friction coefficients<0.11. The results demonstrate that, after surface-treated, talc can be used as a promising filling material and a reinforcing agent in making HDPE nano-composite.

Analysis of space shifting of geodetic center of china and the West,reveals that the china's geodetic center has been in coincidence with its political center. Furthermore the development of the maps in Europe was controlled by developmat of economy. Thereupon, maps in china and the West were developing in their own ways, and thus formed two different cartographic *** china has a splendid cartogrphic history, it has not yet got many great breakthroughs. The reasons are as follows : 1. The theory of round earth has never occupied the ruling place, instead, the theory of flat earth took the dominant position. Thus the geodetic frameworks of china are not scientific. 2. Owing to the trammels of the theory that china is the whole earth, the Chinese geodetic workers have been limited in china's area. 3. Exchange between the East and the Weat is too late. The Chinese geodetic workers took a long time to accept the West geodetic technology. on the contrary, the West has absorbed the geodetic technology and results of china. 4. china's anciat gcodotic workers usually stopped after getting a little knowledge of a subject. They should have made great breakthroughs in geodetic area. Nevertheless, they failed.
