The marvelously diverse Orchidaceae constitutes the largest family of *** genus Cymbidium in Orchidaceae is well known for its unique vegetation,floral morphology,and flower scent ***,a chromosomescale assembly of the genome of Cymbidium ensifolium(Jianlan)is *** genomic analysis showed that *** has experienced two whole-genome duplication(WGD)events,the most recent of which was shared by all orchids,while the older event was the t event shared by most *** results of MADS-box genes analysis provided support for establishing a unique gene model of orchid flower development regulation,and flower shape mutations in *** were shown to be associated with the abnormal expression of MADS-box *** most abundant floral scent components identi fied included methyl jasmonate,acacia alcohol and linalool,and the genes involved in the floral scent component network of *** were ***,the decreased expression of photosynthesis-antennae and photosynthesis metabolic pathway genes in leaves was shown to result in colorful striped leaves,while the increased expression of MADS-box genes in leaves led to perianth-like *** results provide fundamental insights into orchid evolution and diversi fication.

哺乳动物的大脑是一个由神经元、神经胶质细胞和超过1×1014个突触组成的复杂的器官。神经元是一组异质的电活性细胞，形成大脑复杂电回路的框架。然而，神经胶质细胞约占哺乳动物中枢神经系统(CNS)所有神经细胞的一半，主要分为星形胶质细胞、小胶质细胞、少突胶质细胞(OL)和少突胶质细胞前体细胞(OPC)；神经胶质细胞主要为大脑中的神经元提供营养支持。近二十年来，“三联突触”的概念引起了广泛关注，该概念强调星形胶质细胞是突触的组成部分，并在接受神经元信号后以反馈方式调节神经元活动。自此，神经胶质细胞的突触调节得到了广泛的研究和实质性的修改。本综述总结了关于神经胶质细胞(特别是小胶质细胞和OL谱系细胞)如何影响和重塑大脑突触结构和功能的最新重要发现。我们的综述强调了神经元-神经胶质细胞串扰的细胞和分子方面，并提供了有关神经元和神经胶质细胞之间的异常突触通讯如何导致神经病理学的额外信息。

中国政府层面自上而下的防震减灾管理卓有成效;但是,对于提升全社会的整体防震减灾能力而言,尚需推动基于此而又有民众与基层自下而上广泛参与的全社会治理模式。为发展这种模式积累经验,渭南市地震情景构建示范项目借助参与式行动研究范式,特别关注了中国防震减灾工作当前存在的以下2.广泛不足:一是社会民众与基层的自下而上办法薄弱,且与政府层面自上而下对策之间的相互衔接与促进不足;二是科学研究向实际减灾对策的转化不足,特别是针对自下而上办法的科学研究与应用转化不足。取得的主要进展有:1)基于广泛参与理念,通过"研究者"和"减灾实践者"、"相关者"、"当事人"2.面人员间的密切合作,共同诊断评估了渭南面临的主要地震灾害风险及隐患、共同提炼了针对性的减灾对策改进建议等,从而使情景构建所得的结果或认识更加可靠、所提对策建议更加符合当地实际需要;借助行动研究过程平台,尝试了风险评估、风险沟通和风险对策改进3大环节的无缝衔接与同步互动,促进了科学研究与实际应用的直接对接与就地转化。2.基于多尺度、多层面视角和同时为"政府"或"部门"与"基层"或"民众"两大类用户服务。在关注改进自上而下对策的同时,针对薄弱的自下而上办法,特别是就这两大对策途径间最广泛与最可持续的接口——宣传教育和家庭、学校、社区减灾,开展了大规模的专项调查分析,梳理了系列化的现今本底与改进方向。3)聚焦改善减灾宣教和促进风险沟通,编创了由"故事"引导的2.内容与形式均有显著差别的地震情景叙事读本:政府版和公众版,以期借助"故事"和艺术呈现"故事"带动人们更好地理解与应用情景构建结果和认识,借助"故事"演绎社会性灾害脆弱成分——"留守儿童家庭与贫困"之于灾害的强化与叠加效应,促进人们对地震灾害风险更加全面与深入的认识;在理性刻板科学中融入感性与人文艺术情怀,以引导共识与共鸣、改善减灾态度、培养减灾价值观,进而激发减灾行动和减灾参与意愿,特别是激励人们就相关问题进行长期思考和持续行动改善。以上3方面进展,从总体上实现了对中国防震减灾工作存在的前述2.广泛不足的有益研讨与部分弥补推动尝试。参与式渭南地震情景构建行动研究示范,对国内相关工作具有抛砖引玉的作用,也为国际同类工作积累了中国经验。

To address the increasing need for detecting and validating protein biomarkers in clinical specimens,mass spectrometry(MS)-based targeted proteomic techniques,including the selected reaction monitoring(SRM),parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and massively parallel dataindependent acquisition(DIA),have been *** optimal performance,they require the fragment ion spectra of targeted peptides as prior *** this report,we describe a MS pipeline and spectral resource to support targeted proteomics studies for human tissue *** build the spectral resource,we integrated common open-source MS computational tools to assemble a freely accessible computational workflow based on *** then applied the workflow to generate DPHL,a comprehensive DIA pan-human library,from 1096 data-dependent acquisition(DDA)MS raw files for 16 types of cancer *** extensive spectral resource was then applied to a proteomic study of 17 prostate cancer(PCa)***,PRM validation was applied to a larger study of 57 PCa patients and the differential expression of three proteins in prostate tumor was *** a second application,the DPHL spectral resource was applied to a study consisting of plasma samples from 19 diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL)patients and 18 healthy control *** expressed proteins between DLBCL patients and healthy control subjects were detected by DIA-MS and confirmed by *** data demonstrate that the DPHL supports DIA and PRM MS pipelines for robust protein biomarker *** is freely accessible at https://***/page/***?id=IPX0001400000.

We report the radio observations of the eclipsing black widow pulsar J172.-0534, a 3.2. ms pulsar in orbit with a low mass companion of mass 0.02. to 0.034 M⊙. We obtain the phase-connected timing ephemeris and polarization profile of this millisecond pulsar(MSP) using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST), the Green Bank Telescope(GBT), and the Parkes Telescope. For the first time from such a system, an oscillatory polarization angle change was observed from a particular eclipse egress with partial depolarization, indicating 10-milliGauss-level reciprocating magnetic fields oscillating in a length scale of 5 ×10^(3)km(assuming an orbital inclination angle of 90°) outside the companion's magnetosphere. The dispersion measure variation observed during the ingresses and egresses shows the rapid raising of the electron density in the shock boundary between the companion's magnetosphere and the surrounding pulsar wind. We suggest that the observed oscillatory magnetic fields originate from the pulsar wind outside the companion's magnetosphere.

上转换激光具有反斯托克斯位移、单色性、较高的稳定性等特点使其在医学、投影仪、数据存储、激光头灯、激光提示器可见光通讯、显微镜以及新一代显示技术等众多领域有广泛的应用,因此受到了广泛关注。近年来,这一研究方向的基础研究和应用探索取得了长足的进步,但仍存在一些问题和瓶颈。本文主要综述了稀土掺杂氟化物多波段上转换激光的研究现状,围绕不同发射波段和不同泵浦光源两个方面,重点综述了这一研究领域近年来的进展,并对当前研究中存在的问题进行了总结和对未来发展前景进行了展望。

Despite a growing neuroimaging literature on the pathophysiology of major depressive disorder(MDD),repro-ducible findings are lacking,probably reflecting mostly small sample sizes and heterogeneity in analytic *** address these issues,the Depression Imaging REsearch ConsorTium(DIRECT)was *** REST-meta-MDD project,pooling 2.2. functional brain images processed with a standardized pipeline across all participating sites,has been the first effort from *** this review,we present an overview of the moti-vations,rationale,and principal findings of the studies so far from the REST-meta-MDD *** from the first round of analyses of the pooled repository have included alterations in functional connectivity within the default mode network,in whole-brain topological properties,in dynamic features,and in functional *** well-powered exploratory observations have also provided the basis for future longitudinal hypothesis-driven *** these fruitful explorations,DIRECT has proceeded to its second stage of data sharing that seeks to examine ethnicity in brain alterations in MDD by extending the exclusive Chinese original sample to other ethnic groups through international collaborations.A state-of-the-art,surface-based preprocessing pipeline has also been introduced to improve *** images from patients with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia will be included to identify shared and unique abnormalities across diag-nosis *** addition,large-scale longitudinal studies targeting brain network alterations following antidepressant treatment,aggregation of diffusion tensor images,and the development of functional magnetic resonance imaging-guided neuromodulation approaches are *** these endeavours,we hope to accelerate the translation of functional neuroimaging findings to clinical use,such as evaluating longitudinal effects of antidepressant medications and developing individualized
