Due to concerns about carbon leakage and sectoral competitiveness,the European Union(EU)proposed implementing the carbon border adjustment mechanism(CBAM).The effectiveness and potential negative consequences of CBAM have aroused extensive *** the perspective of the economy-wide analysis,this study uses a global computable general equilibrium model to explore the rationality of CBAM from the aspects of socioeconomic impact and the effects of promoting climate ***,the potential alternative mechanism of CBAM is *** results show that CBAM can reduce the EU's gross domestic product(GDP)loss;however,the GDP loss in all other regions ***,CBAM raises household welfare losses in most regions,including the ***,although CBAM can reduce the marginal abatement cost in eight regions,it comes at the cost of greater economic ***,the economic and household welfare cost of raising emissions reduction targets in regions like the USA and Japan is substantially higher than the impact of passively accepting the CBAM;therefore,CBAM's ability to drive ambitious emission reduction initiatives may be ***,for the potential alternative mechanism,from the perspective of reducing economic cost and household welfare losses,the EU could implement domestic tax cuts in the short-term and promote global unified carbon pricing in the long-term.

E-commerce is the execution of business transactio ns over the Internet. Companies conducting e-commerce can perform most of the tra nsactions which they are doing now. Most of the marketing method should coincide nt with the changes in e-commerce world. Brand ability will be depressed, but corporate identity and brand identity will be upgraded. So the enterprise should lower the cost of distribution, manufactur ing, and supplying. We can also upgrade the product value which consumer con ceded. Logistic will be core ability. The 3pl and 4.l will be used more and more often. The importance of transportation has grown with the increasing globalization as well as the growth in e-commerce. Firms should identify various transportation network design options and their relative strengths and weaknesses. They should also use methodologies for routing and scheduling deliveries in transportation network. The savings matrix and the generalized assignment methodology can be us ed to minimize the transportation cost while meeting delivery commitments to cus tomers. Information is essential to making good decisions. Information technology provid es the tools to gather information and analyze it in order to make the best deci sions. Information plays a key in every company. Information technology will be used broadly. It is a factual component on which decisions about each of the transportation, facilities, and inventory. In essence, information is the glue that holds the company to other firms, and allows it to function, making informa tion the most important firms drivers. Traffic prediction already plays a significant role in applications like traffic planning and urban management,but it is still difficult to capture the highly non-linear and complicated spatiotemporal correlations of traffic *** well as to fulfil both long-termand short-termprediction objectives,a better representation of the temporal dependency and global spatial correlation of traffic data is *** order to do this,the Spatiotemporal Graph Neural Network(S-GNN)is proposed in this research as amethod for traffic *** S-GNN simultaneously accepts various traffic data as inputs and investigates the non-linear correlations between the *** terms of modelling,the road network is initially represented as a spatiotemporal directed graph,with the features of the samples at the time step being captured by a convolution *** order to assign varying attention weights to various adjacent area nodes of the target node,the adjacent areas information of nodes in the road network is then aggregated using a graph *** data is output using a fully connected layer at the *** findings show that S-GNN can improve short-and long-term traffic prediction accuracy to a greater extent;in comparison to the control model,the rMSE of S-GNN is reduced by about 0.571 to 9.2.8 and the MAE(Mean Absolute Error)by about 0.314.to *** experi{2.al results on two real datasets,Pe MSD7(M)and PEMS-BAY,also support this claim.

This study examines the systemic risk caused by major events in the international energy market(IEM)and proposes a management strategy to mitigate it. Using the tail-event driven network(TENET)method, this study constructed a tail-risk spillover network(TrSN) of IEM and simulated the dynamic spillover tail-risk process through the cascading failure mechanism. The study found that renewable energy markets contributed more to systemic risk during the Paris Agreement and the COVID-19pandemic, while fossil energy markets played a larger role during the russia-Ukraine conflict. This study identifies systemically important markets(SM) and critical tail-risk spillover paths as potential sources of systemic risk. The research confirms that cutting off the IEM risk spillover path can greatly reduce systemic risk and the influence of SM. This study offers insights into the management of systemic risk in IEM and provides policy recommendations to reduce the impact of shock events.

This paper addresses the planning problem of parallel DC electric springs (DCESs). DCES, a demand-side management method, realizes automatic matching of power consumption and power generation by adjusting non-critical load (NCL) and internal storage. It can offer higher power quality to critical load (CL), reduce power imbalance and relieve pressure on energy storage systems (rESs). In this paper, a planning method for parallel DCESs is proposed to maximize stability gain, economic benefits, and penetration of rESs. The planning model is a master optimization with sub-optimization to highlight the priority of objectives. Master optimization is used to improve stability of the network, and sub-optimization aims to improve economic benefit and allowable penetration of rESs. This issue is a multivariable nonlinear mixed integer problem, requiring huge calculations by using common solvers. Therefore, particle Swarm optimization (PSO) and Elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) were used to solve this model. Considering uncertainty of rESs, this paper verifies effectiveness of the proposed planning method on IEEE 33-bus system based on deterministic scenarios obtained by scenario analysis.

The rapid development of the Internet has accelerated the spread of rumors,posing challenges to social cohesion and *** address this,a multi-channel rumor propagation model incorporating individual game behavior and time delay is *** depicts individuals strategically choosing propagation channels in the rumor spread process,capturing real-world intricacies more ***,the model allowing spreaders to choose between text and video information base *** adoption hinges on benefits versus costs,with payoffs dictating strategy and the propagation process determining an individual's *** theoretical analysis of the model,the propagation threshold and equilibrium points are *** the stability of the model is further demonstrated based on routh-Hurwitz judgment and Descartes'rule of *** simulations are conducted to verify the correctness of the theoretical results and the sensitivity of the model to key *** outcomes reveal that increasing the propagation cost of spreaders can significantly curb the spread of *** contrast to the classical ISr model,rumors spread faster and more widely in the improved multi-channel rumor propagation model in this paper,which is a feature more aligned with real-world ***,the validity and predictive ability of the model are verified by using real rumor propagation data sets,indicating that the improved multi-channel rumor propagation model has good practical application and predictive value.

Environmental factors are essential input variables for susceptibility assessment models of mountain ***,the existing literature provides a limited understanding of the relative contribution of these factors to the occurrence of geohazards with a war{2. climate,posing tremendous challenges for risk management in mountainous ***'an city is susceptible to hazards because of its steep terrain,abundant precipitation and active seismic *** this regard,we utilise the GeoDetector model to extract critical environmental factors affecting the spatial patterns of mountain geohazards(i.e.,landslide,debris flow and rockfall)in Southwest *** analysis indicates that the factors with the highest explanatory power for the spatial distribution of landslides,debris flows,and rockfalls are soil property,extreme precipitation and extreme temperature,***,we revealed the synergistic effects among factors given their larger q-value than individual *** further explored the responses of mountain geohazards to climate change,including the rising temperature and precipitation,because the frequent occurrence of mountain geohazards is closely related to a war{2. *** variation in snow water equivalent caused by antecedent snowfall and snowdrifts acts as a crucial indicator for geohazards,highlighting the significance of snow and wind observations in meteorological nowcasting and disaster *** disclose the phenomenon of the geohazard hysteresis to the precipitation peak resulting from the top-down(i.e.,precipitation-runoff and surface-deep soil moisture)peak *** work is expected to enhance the precision of susceptibility assessment models and the reliability of short-term forecasts for mountain geohazards.
