The high renewable penetrated power system has severe frequency regulation *** resources can provide frequency regulation services but are limited by com-munication time *** paper proposes a communication resources allocation model to reduce communication time delay in frequency regulation *** device resources and wireless spectrum resources are allocated to distributed resources when they participate in frequency *** reveal impact of communication resources allocation on time delay reduction and frequency regulation ***,we study communication resources allocation solution in high renewable energy penetrated power *** provide a case study based on the HRP-38 *** show communication time delay decreases distributed resources'ability to provide frequency regulation *** the other hand,allocating more communication resources to distributed resources'communica-tion services improves their frequency regulation *** power systems with renewable energy penetration above 70%,required communications resources are about five times as many as 30%renewable energy penetrated power systems to keep frequency performance the *** Terms-Communication resources allocation,commun-ication time delay,distributed resource,frequency regulation,high renewable energy penetrated power system.

The gain tilt of the erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) and the nonlinear distortion in an AM-VSB CATV optical fiber transmission system with a cascade of EDFAs are analyzed. It demonstrates that the nonlinear distortion induced by the light source and the EDFA would be counteracted each other to a certain degree as long as the EDFA has a negative gain tilt. As a result, an optimal EDFA negative gain tilt is suggested as a solution to selfcomensation of the nonlinear distortion.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)attract widespread attention in heterogeneous catalysis due to their maximum atomic utilization efficiency and unique physical and chemical ***,their applications in chemical sensing keep huge potential but remain ***,a Ni-N_(4)-C SAC was synthesized for the trace detection of dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA).The Ni-N_(4)-C SAC exhibited superior sensing performance compared to the Ni *** detection range for DA and UA were 0.05–75μM and 5–90μM with detection limits of 0.02. and 0.82.M,*** functional theory(DFT)computations indicate that Ni-N_(4)-C has a lower reaction barrier during electrochemical process,indicating that the atomic Ni sites possess higher intrinsic activity than Ni ***,DA and UA show strong potential dependency on the Ni-N_(4)-C catalyst,indicating its applicability for their concurrent *** work extends the application of SACs in chemical sensing.

In order to classify packet, we propose a novel IP classification based the non-collision hash and jumping table trie-tree (NHJTTT) algorithm, which is based on noncollision hash Trie-tree and Lakshman and Stiliadis proposing a 2.dimensional classification algorithm (LS algorithm). The core of algorithm consists of two parts: structure the non-collision hash function, which is constructed mainly based on destination/source port and protocol type field so that the hash function can avoid space explosion problem; introduce jumping table Trie-tree based LS algorithm in order to reduce time complexity. The test results show that the classification rate of NHJTTT algorithm is up to 1 million packets per second and the maximum memory consumed is 9 MB for 10 000 rules. Chaos synchronization of Chen chaotic system for parameters unknown isdiscussed in this paper using a scalar output. Using the concept of conditional Lyapunov exponents,the negativity of all Lyapunov exponents shows the synchronization of transmitter systems withreceiver systems even though system parametes are not known to receiver systems.

Survivability for multi-domain optical networks is becoming a key parameter due to expanding network. In order to provide the shared-path-protected lightpath in multi-domain optical mesh networks, we propose a protection solution, called GSLSSP. A new source egress gateway selecting mechanism is adopted in this solution. For each connection request, this mechanism can enable the source node to select a better egress gateway node to the destination domain and compute one inter-domain working path near the optimal path with the cooperating of this gateway node, under scalability and domain privacy constraint of multi-domain networks. And then one intra-domain link-disjoint local segment-backup path for each working-segment path is computed out in each single-domain passed by the working path. Simulation evaluation shows that the proposed scheme can provide 100% protection ability for multiple failures. Besides, it is effective in multi-domain path protection with more efficient resource utilization, lower blocking probabilities and less inter-domain cost than other schemes.

The most commonly used parameters selection method for support vector machines (SVM) is cross-validation, which needs a long- time complicated calculation. In this paper, a novel regularization parameter and a kernel parameter tuning approach of SVM are pre- sented based on quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm (QEA). QEA with quantum chromosome and quantum mutation has better global search capacity. The parameters of least squares support vector machines (LS-SVM) can be adjusted using quantum-inspired evo- lutionary optimization. Classification and function estimation are studied using LS-SVM with wavelet kernel and Gaussian kernel. The simulation results show that the proposed approach can effectively tune the parameters of LS-SVM, and the improved LS-SVM with wavelet kernel can provide better precision.

Effects of compressing and remelting in SIMA processing on semi-solid structure evolution of an Al-Zn wrought alloy

Structure evolution of an Al-Zn wrought alloy in remelting processing in thestrain induced melt activated (SIMA) serai-solid procedure was observed, and effects of factors, theremelting temperature, the holding time, and the compression strain, on structures and grain sizesof the alloy were investigated. The results show that (1) the proper temperature of remelting is inthe range of 610 to 615℃; (2. the grain size in specimen with greater compression strain is smallerthan that with smaller compression strain in condition of the same remelting temperature andholding time, and the grain size in local area with great local equivalent strain is smaller thanthat with small one; (3) liquid occurs in form of cluster in matrix during remelting and itsquantity increases with remelting time increasing; liquid in specimen with great compression strainoccurs earlier than that with small one, and quantity of liquid in the center of specimen withgreater local equivalent strain is greater than that in the two ends of it; (4) distortion energyafter deforming in matrix of the alloy is the significant factor to activate melting of matrix atlocal area with great local equivalent strain.
