Water distribution extracted from mining subsidence area using Kriging interpolation algorithm

By comprehensively analyzing the data of geology and mining, Kriging algorithm was introduced to analyze the thematic information of geological data, to rapidly extract mining parameters for predicting mining subsidence, and to effectively integrate geomorphology and predict information. As a result, the change information of water body is successfully detected from the prediction of surface subsidence due to mining activity. Analysis shows that the elevation of farmland in the west side of water body will be lower than ever, and the west part farmland will be submerged. However, there is no evidence for impacting the villages. All the information provides a reference for efficiently assessing environmental impact due to mining activity, which can help to govern the subsidence of the area reasonably.

In order to know the maximum mining ground deformation of arbitrary surface point, directions of the maximum surface tilt, curvature,horizontal displacement and horizontal deformation caused by multi-working faces were deduced based on probability integral method. The distribution forms of surface deformations in all direction φ∈[0, 2.] were obtained and also equations of maximum deformations were given based on calculation of mining ground deformation in direction φ. A mining subsidence analysis system was developed with VB6.0. The system implements the probability integral mining subsidence prediction with direct integration method, and it can avoid errors of arbitrary shaped working face subdivision of traditional method, and accuracy of mining subsidence prediction can be improved with the direct integral method. The system implements the contour chart and profile chart and also data analysis automation by manipulation of the SURFER kernel function and it complements the defect of existing subsidence prediction software. Calculation of maximum deformations caused by multi-working faces mining in a coal mine of Xuzhou, china was shown as application example. engineering application indicates that maximum deformation of mining ground surface can be calculated and analyzed by the system. The research provides a theoretical basis and calculation tool for mining subsidence prediction and analysis.

Based on specific geology and mining conditions of certain coal working face in china, a series of numerical models under different unconsolidated layers thickness were respectively established by employing FLAC3D. The relationship between the unconsolidated layers thickness and surface movement laws was studied. Maximum surface subsidence, Maximum horizontal displacement and surface subsidence degree were obtained. Contours of surface subsidence/horizontal displacement and curves were drawn. Some laws of surface subsidence/horizontal displacement were analyzed. The role of the unconsolidated layers in surface subsidence was revealed. It is significant to predict surface subsidence of thick unconsolidated layers for coal mine and take effective measures to control surface subsidence.

Suitability evaluation plays an important role in land reclamation because the choice of evaluation methods affects the accuracy and objectivity of the suitability evaluation results. Furthermore, it influences the decision-making related to land reclamation. An improved method, which is called limit comprehensive conditions method, was developed after different suitability evaluation methods were studied. Based on this method, the reclaimed land of the Gaoqiao bauxite mining area was evaluated. The Gaoqiao mining area was divided into seven evaluation units that were evaluated respectively by selecting evaluation factors and establishing grade standards. The results show that the proposed method is more applicable and easier to handle. Moreover, its evaluation results are more scientific compared with the traditional evaluation methods. The improved method can be beneficial to the rapid monitoring and the effective management of reclaimed land in the opencast mine area.

A new method was put forward to make up the three-dimensional deposit model, and the spatiotemporal models of open-pit with temporal dynamics were also studied combined with the corrected models of multilevel ground states so as to bring the three-dimensional open-pit model at different time and its model serial formed from the evolvement into the management of temporal dimension in order to realize the spatial three-dimension and temporal dynamic for the mining management in open-pits,which makes this model easy to query and analyze 3-D information, also help surface mining replaying and stope evolution forecasting. Finally, the time-spatial model was established to show the dynamic mining on some open-pit under the windows XP and VC++ environment.

Architecture and application of integrated spatial information service platform for digital mine

Using enterprise GIS platform, spatial databases and modern information technology, building geo-spatial information service platform of digital mine which has the features of the data exchange service, enterprise GIS services, directory services, logging services, is key technology and application infrastructure for digital mine. Based on the support of geospatial information service platform of digital mine, the professional GIS application service adapter can be developed and the application supports related to {2. application system can be realized. Using high-resolution satellite remote sensing data, the mine functional partition map and geographic grids can be divided, and the geographic grid parts, status and events of important features of the surface object were investigated and defined. The system architecture and technical characteristics of integrated spatial information service platform were analyzed firstly, which guarantee service ability of digital mine. The methods and applications of functional partition map for integrated management service platform were discussed which are the services scheme of digital mine. The application results indicated that digital mine upgrades and enhances the capability and range of mine surveying and mapping, and is of great significance for guarantee of efficient, green and intensive exploitation of mine.

煤系岩石产酸潜力的索氏淋滤实验评价

为了准确评价非均质性较强含煤岩系样品的产酸潜力,采用索氏淋滤实验方法对山西省西山煤田石炭二叠纪含煤岩系岩石样品的产酸潜力进行了评价,建立了煤系岩石产酸潜力的索氏淋滤实验评价方法.结果表明:1)淋出液pH值小于7、(Ca+Mg+Mn)/SO2.-累积摩尔比小于1的样品被评价为产酸样品,反之被评价为不产酸样品.据此将西山煤田的泥岩、砂岩和菱铁矿等3个样品评价为不产酸样品(淋出液pH>8,(Ca+Mg+Mn)/SO2.-累积摩尔比1.99～2.91),2.非均质黄铁矿样品评价为强产酸样品(淋出液pH2.-累积摩尔比0.08～0.58);2.基于淋出液SO2.-浓度计算的2.非均质黄铁矿样品产酸速率分别为177.1mM[SO2.-]/(kg.d)和2.1.8mM[SO2.-]/(kg.d);基于淋出液(Ca+Mg+Mn)浓度计算的砂岩、泥岩和非均质菱铁矿样品酸中和速率为10.73～68.77mM[Ca+Mg+Mn]/(kg.d);3)产酸样品淋出液中SO2.-离子累积质量浓度为507～1 681mg/L,Fe离子累积质量浓度为135～753mg/L;不产酸样品淋出液中SO2.-离子累积质量浓度小于140mg/L,Fe离子累积质量浓度小于1.2.g/L;4)不产酸样品淋出液的S/Fe摩尔比大于66,2.产酸非均质黄铁矿样品淋出液的S/Fe摩尔比为0.95～3.2.5)样品淋滤过程中产生了赤铁矿、石膏和硬石膏等次生矿物相.

煤炭地下气化产气过程与气化炉体的温度分布和渗流条件密切相关。根据急倾斜煤层赋存条件和气化过程的特点,建立了急倾斜煤层地下气化数学模型。介绍了模型参数的确定方法,采用控制容积方法对模型进行了求解,并在模型实验的基础上,对计算结果进行了分析。从温度场分布来看,计算值略高于实测值,各测点相对误差基本均在10%以内。根据模拟计算结果,随着气化通道长度增加,煤气热值提高,但在还原区以后,提高的幅度减小,温度场对煤气热值产生显著影响。由于受温度的影响,在高温区,煤气组分浓度场实测值的变化梯度大于计算值。结果表明,模拟值与实验值能够较好地相吻合,说明对急倾斜煤层地下气化温度场和浓度场的数值模拟是合理的。

Autonomous relative navigation is the key technology in mining or rescuing. On the basis of mine requirement and the theories of machine vision, an autonomous relative navigation algorithm for mine agent based on quaternion was proposed. In rotation transformation, this algorithm was represented by using quaternion. Because the Jacobi matrix of this method is lower than that of Hall algorithm, the calculation efficiency is improved by using this algorithm. The results of these experiments show that the computation burden of this algorithm based on quaternion is about half that of Hall algorithm. This algorithm based on quaternion is improved as a valid way to solve the problem of mine real-time navigation.
