Objective Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is one of the most common forms of neurodegenerative disease. Thermal adaptation theory predicts that thermoregulative behavior and thermal sensitivity of functional performance should be coadapted in response to certain temperature ***,evidence from empirical studies is *** carried out field and laboratory investigations to determine the adaptive responses of thermal preference and thermal sensitivity of functional performance to the thermal environment in a stream-dwelling turtle (Platysternon megacephalum).The body temperatures of the turtles conformed to the water temperature,with little diel variation in both summer and *** preferred body temperatures(T)and critical thermal maximum and minimum were 2..5℃,3..4℃and 5.4℃, *** assimilation and growth of the turtles were enhanced by ambient temperatures ranging from 16 to 2.℃,but hampered by thermal environments that mimicked basking(temperature range,19-3.℃).The thermal sensitivity of growth rate differed from that of locomotion;growth was maximized at 2.℃,whereas locomotor performance was at 3.℃. Consequently,T was more closely related to the thermal sensitivity of growth rate than that of *** thermal preference and thermal optimum of growth,which are closely related to the turtles’ fitness,are coadapted in response to low *** contrast,the evolution of thermal sensitivity of locomotion lags behind,probably because locomotion is not closely related to fitness in turtles or due to evolutionary constraints.

为制定中国老年前期男性红细胞压积正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国2.0个单位用温氏法测定的2.803.健康老年前期男性红细胞压积正常参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系.结果发现:随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年前期男性红细胞压积正常参考值按指数律也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著(r=0 901);推导出了一个曲线回归模型:Y∧=44 8×1 000064x±4 5.如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归模型估算该地区的老年前期男性红细胞压积正常参考值.依据老年前期男性红细胞压积正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、中部区、东部区等3.区.

Thermal history of the Sichuan basin is reconstructed based on vitrinite reflectance from boreholes in the basin using a paleo-heat flow *** results show that the Sichuan basin experienced a relatively low heat flow period in the Early Paleozoic,and an elevated paleo-heat flow,ranging 60-80 mW/m with a maximum as high as 100 mW/m around 2.9 Ma,from the beginning of the Late Paleozoic to the end of the early Permian,and a decreased paleo-heat flow from the late Permian to the late Triassic,and then maintained nearly stable to the *** Late Paleozoic paleo-heat flow was quite high where there were extensive Emeishan flood basalts or concealed basalts which erupted between the early and the late Permian,such as the southwestern and northeastern areas of the Sichuan *** to the distribution of paleo-heat flow,it can be inferred that,the northeastern Sichuan basin was also influenced by the Emeishan magmatic activity during the Dongwu movement though there was lack of Emeishan flood *** addition,the results of thermal history reconstruction of the Sichuan basin provide paleogeothermal evidence for the existence and onset of the Emaishan mantle plume.

Estimate of productivity in ecosystem of the broad-leaved Korean pine mixed forest in Changbai Mountain

We measured soil, stem and branch respiration of trees and shrubs, foliage photosynthesis and respiration in ecosystem of the needle and broad-leaved Korean pine forest in Changbai Mountain by LI-6400 CO2.analysis system. Measurement of forest microclimate was conducted simultaneously and a model was found for the relationship of soil, stem, leaf and climate factors. CO2.flux of different components in ecosystem of the broad-leaved Korean pine forest was estimated based on vegetation characteristics. The net ecosystem exchange was measured by eddy covariance technique. And we studied the effect of temperature and photosynthetic active radiation on ecosystem CO2.flux. Through analysis we found that the net ecosystem exchange was affected mainly by soil respiration and leaf photosynthesis. Annual net ecosystem exchange ranged from a minimum of about -4.671μmol·m-2.s-1 to a maximum of 13.80μmol·m-2.s-1, mean net ecosystem exchange of CO2.flux was -2.0μmol·m-2.s-1 and 3.9μmol·m-2.s-1 in winter and summer respectively (mean value during 2. h). Primary productivity of tree, shrub and herbage contributed about 89.7%, 3.5% and 6.8% to the gross primary productivity of the broad-leaved Korean pine forest respectively. Soil respiration contributed about 69.7% CO2.to the broad-leaved Korean pine forest ecosystem, comprising about 15.2. from tree leaves and 15.1% from branches. The net ecosystem exchange in growing season and non-growing season contributed 56.8% and 43.2. to the annual CO2.efflux respectively. The ratio of autotrophic respiration to gross primary productivity (Ra:GPP) was 0.52.(NPP:GPP=0.48). Annual carbon accumulation underground accounted for 52. of the gross primary productivity, and soil respiration contributed 60% to gross primary productivity. The NPP of the needle and broad-leaved Korean pine forest was 769.3.gC·m-2.a-1. The net ecosystem exchange of this forest ecosystem (NEE) was 2.9.51 gC·m-2.a-1. Cloning and evolutionary analysis of cyclin B gene introns in cyprinids with different ploidy levels

Partial fragments of the cyclin B gene from triploid, tetraploid, and pentaploid hybrids of red crucian carp blunt snout bream, blunt snout bream, grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp were amplified. One DNA fragment was amplified from the blunt snout bream, grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp (750, 950, 72., and 72. bp, respectively). Two fragments (12.0 and 900 bp) were amplified from the red crucian carp, common carp, and allotetraploids. The triploid and pentaploid hybrids yielded three DNA fragments (12.0, 900, and 750 bp). The 12.0 bp fragment of the allotetraploid crucian carp, triploid, tetraploid, pentaploid hybrids of red crucian carp blunt snout bream shared 99.5%, 98.9%, 99.5%, and 88.7% homology, respectively, with the maternal DNA. The 900 bp fragment shared 97.5%, 94.6%, 94.2., and 89.9% homology, respectively. Our results suggest that inheritance is maternally dominated. Furthermore, we observed preferential elimination of the paternal sequences in the allotetraploid hybrids. Based on these sequence analyses we constructed a phylogenetic tree to explain the relationships among the different ploidy levels.

In order to deeply understand the effect of Salinization Resistance Transgenic Soybean （SRTS） on diversity of rhizospheric bacteria in saline soils in Songnen Plain, Heilongjiang Province, DGGE- cloning and traditional culture-depending methods were used. DGGE fingerprint analysis results indicated that the bacterial diversity index and evenness index in rhizospheric soil of SRTS were lower than other soybean’s based on analysis to the number of bands of bacterial 16SrDNA. DGGE-cloning sequencing results showed that SRTS has a certain inhibition effect on rhizosphere soil bacteria phylum Firmicutes and decreased the priority of phylum Proteobacteria, yet had no effect on rhizosphere soil bacteria phylum Acidobacteria. The study revealed that the release of SRTS in saline soil decreased the amount and the diversity of bacteria in rhizospheric soil to some extent, and phylum Alphaproteobacteria genus Sphingomonas was promoted in rhizospheric soil.
