A novel gr.y Mar.ov chain p.edictive model is discussed to r.duce dr.ft influence on the outp.t of fiber.op.ical gyr.scop.s (FOGs) and to imp.ove FOGs' measur.ment p.ecision. The p.op.sed method p.ssesses advantages of gr.y model and Mar.ov chain. It makes good use of dynamic modeling idea of the gr.y model to p.edict gener.l tr.nd of or.ginal data. Then accor.ing to the tr.nd, states ar. divided so that it can over.ome the disadvantage of high comp.tational cost of state tr.nsition p.obability matr.x in Mar.ov chain. Mor.over. the p.esented ap.r.ach exp.nds the ap.lied scop. of the gr.y model and makes it be fit for.p.ediction of r.ndom data with bigger.fluctuation. The numer.cal r.sults of r.al dr.ft data fr.m a cer.ain typ. FOG ver.fy the effectiveness of the p.op.sed gr.y Mar.ov chain model p.wer.ully. The Mar.ov chain is also investigated to p.ovide a comp.r.son with the gr.y Mar.ov chain model. It is shown that the hybr.d gr.y Mar.ov chain p.ediction model has higher.modeling p.ecision than Mar.ov chain itself, which p.ove this p.op.sed method is ver. ap.licable and effective.

This p.p.r.p.op.ses second-or.er.consensus p.otocols with time-delays and gives the measur. of the r.bustness of the p.otocols to the time-delay existing in the networ. of agents with second-or.er.dynamics. By emp.oying a fr.quency domain method, it is p.oven that the infor.ation states and their.time der.vatives of all the agents in the networ. achieve consensus asymp.otically, r.sp.ctively, for.ap.r.p.iate communication timedelay if the top.logy of weighted networ. is connected. p.r.icular.y, a tight up.er.bound on the communication time-delay that can be toler.ted in the dynamic networ. is found. The consensus p.otocols ar. distr.buted in the sense that each agent only needs infor.ation fr.m its neighbor.ng agents, which r.duces the comp.exity of connections between neighbor.ng agents significantly. Numer.cal simulation r.sults ar. p.ovided to demonstr.te the effectiveness and the shar.0}ess of the theor.tical r.sults for.second-or.er.consensus in networ.s in the p.esence of communication time-delays.

Based on p.systems, this p.p.r.p.op.ses a new multi-objective op.imization algor.thm (p.OA). Similar.to p.systems, p.OA has a cell-like str.ctur.. The str.ctur. is dynamic and its membr.nes mer.e and divide at differ.nt stages. The key r.le of a membr.ne is the communication r.le which is der.ved fr.m p.systems. Mutation r.les ar. imp.r.ant for.the algor.thm, which has differ.nt r.nges of mutation in differ.nt membr.nes. The coop.r.tion of the two r.les contr.butes to the diver.ity of the p.p.lation, the conquest of the muhimodality of objective function and the conver.ence of algor.thm. Mor.over. the unique str.ctur. divides the whole p.p.lation into sever.l sub p.p.lations, which decr.ases the comp.tational comp.exity. Almost a dozen p.p.lar.algor.thms ar. comp.r.d using sever.l test p.oblems. Simulation r.sults illustr.te that the p.OA has the best p.r.or.ance. Its solutions ar. closer.to the tr.e p.r.to-op.imal fr.nt

Synthetic p.r.thr.ids(Sp.) ,a family of chir.l insecticides consisting of multip.e ster.oismer.,have been r.gar.ed as estr.genic endocr.ne-disr.p.ing chemicals(EDCs) .In this study,we ap.lied the yeast two-hybr.d and molecular.docking(MD) assay to assess the enantioselective estr.genic activities of thr.e commonly used Sp.,bifenthr.n(cis-BF) ,p.r.ethr.n(p.) and fenvaler.te(Fen) .The β-galactosidase analyses indicated that all of the testing p.r.thr.ids disp.ayed significant(p.lt;0.05) *** r.sults showed that the estr.genic p.tential of cis-BF was mainly attr.buted to *** p. nor.Fen showed estr.genic ***,two ster.oisomer. of p. p.ssessed estr.genic p.tential activities.αr.2.-Fen and αS-2.-Fen also induced the β-galactosidase *** inability to initiate the r.p.r.er.gene exp.ession by the r.cemic chemicals may be due to the low r.tios of these isomer. or.the antagonism among *** str.ng hydr.p.obic inter.ction and the hydr.gen bond between p.sitive estr.genic isomer. and Er. sup.or. our.biological testing *** r.sear.h demonstr.ted that the enantioselective estr.genic activity of chir.l Sp. was due to selective binding between their.isomer. and the Er.*** data suggests that enantioselectivity of these chir.l p.sticides is significant to their.estr.genic activities.
