The title compound (Ⅰ) has been synthesized by the reaction of [RuCl2.PPh3)3], closo-[B10H10]2. and PhCH(OH)COOH in (CH3)2.HOH solution. The re-action gave two main products Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Crystals of the title compound (Ⅰ) suitable fora single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis were recrystailized from n-pentane/CH2.l2.so-lution. Its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The crystal of{(PPh3)2.uB10 H8 [(CH3)2.HO]2. (Ⅰ) is monoclinic, space group P2./n, Mr =860. 01, with a= 12. 92.(2., b= 2.. 672.6), c= 14. 090(4) A, β=93. 2.(2.°, V=4305 A3, Dc= 1. 32. g/cm3, Z= 4, λ(MoKα) =0. 71073A, μ=4. 6 cm-1, F(000) =1776, R = 0. 059, Rw = 0. 075, S = 2. 62. The cluster structure is based on a closoeleven-vertex {RuB10 } polyhedron skeleton with two replacing isopropoxy and twoPPh3 groups.

Human papillomavirus 58 (HPV58) is one type of HPV with high risk of causing cervical cancer. Unusually high prevalence of HPV58 has been reported in Asia, Africa and some other areas. However, due to the scattered distribution of global data, in addition to the lack of data of some HPV58 high-incidence nations and regions, like china's Mainland, a comprehensive analysis of the global geographical distribution of HPV58 remains blank so far. In this study, HPV58 from the human cervical cancer tissue was detected in china's Mainland, and 14 new HPV58-E6/L1 gene sequences were obtained. Moreover, phylogeographic analysis has been conducted combining the HPV58 sequences that have been deposited in GenBank since 1985. The study result shows that the sequences detected from the shanghai, Jiangsu and Sichuan areas are homologous with those found in the past from Hong Kong and Xi'an, china, as well as Japan and other Southeast Asian areas. Furthermore, Western Africa is considered to be the "root" source of the HPV58 variant, while china's Mainland and Southeast Asia are "transit points" and the new sources of HPV58 after receiving the isolates from the "root" source; like HPV16 and HPV18, the HPV58 might also be one of the major HPV types associated with the development and spread of cervical cancer.

This paper reports the study of ancient potteries unearthed from the Guangfulin site in shanghai. From the external features of these potteries, archeologists can classify them into two different cultural types: Liangzhu culture (local culture) and a new culture which might be derived elsewhere, but they can not recognize whether they were produced in the same place. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) were used to measure the chemical compositions of the samples and the results were analyzed using multivariate statistics. We found that the two methods can complement each other and their database can be mutually referenced in the study of ancient potteries. Experimental results show that the compositions of the potteries from the two cultural types are different, which means that the materials for ancient potteries of new culture originate from elsewhere. This supports the archaeologists’ speculation that a group of ancient people migrated to shanghai from some other places 4000 years ago.

In this paper, a problem of stabilizing a period-T orbit in discrete Chaotic m degree polynomial dynamical systems is studied. The aim is to present a new method for determining the neighborhood of a period-T point in which the system remains stable when subjected to a linear feedback control. A theorem on the existence of neighborhood is rigorously proved using idea from functional analysis and polar coordinate *** ways of implementing the obtained theorem in the Henon map are proposed. Thevalidity of this method is shown by numerical simulation.

NMR microscopy has received great attention from various fields of research, especially material science by its possibility to study materials directly without destruction. Although this technique is almost limited to the detection of fluids constricted in solid samples, such as water in biological systems, solvent diffused in a polymer material^1 and liquid saturated rock systems^2. the mechanical defects of high elastic rubbers have also been detected^3 We are extending this technique to the direct study of the effect of y-irradiation on cis 1, 4-polybutadiene (PB). This article deals with the investigation of radiation induced crosslinking of PB by NMR microscopy.

This paper presents a current-mode 6–9 GHz RF transmitter for MB-OFDM UWB systems. The proposed current-mode transmitter consists of current-mode IQ LPF, current mirror amplifier, IQ up-conversion mixer (up-mixer), differential power driver amplifier (PA) and high-speed divider with LO buffers for generating IQ LO signals. All circuits are designed to possess high linearity and wide bandwidth. The transmitter is fabricated in TSMC 0.13 μm 1P8M RF CMOS technology with a die area of 1.56 mm2. measurement results show that a maximum output power of -0.7 dBm with an LO leakage/sideband rejection ratio (LOL/SB RR) around -33/ - 35 dBc is achieved, and that this transmitter excels the traditional voltage-mode counterpart in terms of high linearity (about +1 dBm output 1-dB compression point, +10 dBm output IP3 in average) with comparable power consumption (drawing 48 mA current from 1.2.V supply).

The conformation of Kunitz domain 1 of human tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2.(hTFPI-2.KD1) has been studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, circular dichroism, and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that hTFPI-2.KD1 contained approximately 17% s-helices, 2.% β-strands, 46% random coils, 13% β-turns, and two kinds of disulfide bonds (ggg and tgt) at 2.℃. The detailed conformational changes of the heated protein observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, circular dichroism and Raman spectroscopy revealed that hTFPI-2.KD1 was thermally stable. However, KD1 could form an intermediate form at high temperature, then return to its normal conformation when the temperature was lowered. Activity assays also showed that hTFPI-2.KD1 was able to keep its inhibitory activity on plasmin after being heated to 80℃ for 5min.
