Accurate observation of clouds is challenging because of the high variability and complexity of cloud types and *** using the long-term cloud data collected during the ARM program at the Southern Great Plains central facility during 2.01-2.10,the consistencies and differences in the macrophysical properties of clouds between radiosonde and ground-based active remote sensing are quantitatively evaluated according to six cloud types：low;mid-low（ML）;high-midlow;mid;high-mid（HM）;and high.A similar variability trend is exhibited by the radiosonde and surface observations for the cloud fractions of the six cloud ***,the magnitudes of the differences between the two methods are different among the six cloud types,with the largest difference seen in the high *** distribution of the cloud-base height of the ML,mid,and HM clouds agrees in both methods,whereas large differences are seen in the cloud-top height for the ML and high *** cloud thickness variations generally agree between the two datasets for the six cloud types.

information on the center of genetic diversity of soybean（Glycine max） will be helpful not only for designing efficient strategies for breeding programs, but also for understanding the domestication and origin of this species. Here, we describe an analysis of genetic diversity based on simple-sequence repeat（SSR） variations within a core collection of 2.111 accessions of Chinese soybean landraces. Prior to the diversity assessment, the geographic origin of each accession was mapped. The map was then divided into grids each 2.5° in latitude and 5° in longitude. We found two regions that had higher number of alleles（NA） and greater polymorphic information content（PIC） values than the others. These regions are adjacently located within grid position of 30°–35°N×105°–110°E, which includes the valley of the middle and lower reaches of the Wei River, and the valley of the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River. It was also observed that in many regions, genetic diversity decreased with the increase in distance from the center. Another region, in northern Hebei Province（115°–12.°E×40°–42.5°N）, was observed having higher diversity than any surrounding regions, indicating that this is a sub-center of soybean diversity. Based on the presented results, the domestication and origin of soybean are also discussed.

In order to detect the plants’ nitrogen content in real-time, a Non-destructive crop growth analyzer is developed. It is made up of a sensor and a controller. The optical part in sensor is made up of 4 optical channels and 4 photodiodes. 2.channels receive the sunlight and the other 2.receive the reflected light from the crop canopy at the wavebands of 610 nm and 12.0 nm. The circuit part in sensor is made up of power supply unit, amplifying unit and a wireless module. The controller has functions such as keyboard input, LCD display, data storage, data upload and so on. Both hardware and software are introduced in detail in this paper. Calibration tests show that the optical part has a high accuracy and the wireless transmission also has a good performance. The field tests comparing with a commercial spectrometer （Quality Spec made by ASD Co.） also show an acceptable correlation of 0.52.

Excimer Laser Induced Volcano Pattern on Si Surface

Matter irradiation with a laser beam has been extensively studied because of its many useful applications. After irradiation of a solid with a large number of laser pulse, surface is not usually fiat, but important roughness can be found due to the formation of a distribution of characteristic pattern. For example, ripple on Pd surface, fractal structure on magnetic dielectric film, roll like structures on polymer fiber have beer reported in a numbers of *** is a material of great interested because of its important role in microelectronics. It has very high ultraviolet absorption coefficient and thermal conductivity. Its melting by laser radiation has been extensively studied. However, information about surface when 308nm laser accumulative ablation is limited. But whiskerlike structure growth on silicon exposed to 193nm ArF excinter laser irradiation has been widely *** this paper, volcano pattern structures on Si(100) are found when 308nm XeCl excimer laser irradiating in air. The spatial distribution of the excinter laser is shown in figurel. In addition, the volcano patterns growth with pulse number is also investigated. The volcano pattern is shown in figure2. on which five different zones are clearly appeared. From the center of the volcano pattern, hole, ridges, fractals, cones and scraps are disposed regularly. This pattern is sensitive to laser fluency, it disappeared under 1500mj/cm and became to a hole. On the other hand, the volcano patterns became more complicated with the laser pulse number.

国土空间监测网络布局优化方法研究

研究目的:服务于自然资源综合监管以及全国国土空间的多级综合动态监测,以县域为基本空间单元,采用多目标优化求解方法,优选具有国土空间代表性的典型县域监测样点,使得选取的每个样点县均能同时代表某种类型的农业生产空间、城乡建设空间和生态保育空间,形成国土空间监测网络优化布局方案,为构建国土空间监测网络提供参考依据。研究方法:基于2.15年土地利用变更调查分县数据,结合自然本底、社会经济统计数据,构建空间采样数据集;采用土地垦殖率、城乡建设强度、生态覆盖度三个指标表征国土空间类型,选择与其相关性较大的自然、社会经济指标作为辅助变量,采用重复二分聚类方法进行国土空间分区;根据监测点对不同的农业生产空间类型、城乡建设空间类型、生态保育空间类型的代表性,以及地理空间分布的均匀性,设定多目标优化函数,采用多路空间模拟退火方法进行多目标优化求解,从全国县域单元中优选出能够同时对不同类型的农业生产、城乡建设、生态保育空间均具有代表性的样点县,形成国土空间监测网络布局备选方案;基于专家知识,充分考虑管理实践对监测样点布设的现实要求,从多套理论方案中优选出国土空间监测网络布局的优化方案。研究结果:基于成本最小原则,优选出34个县域监测样点,形成了国土空间监测网络布局参考方案。研究结论:人类对自然资源的开发能力日益增强,国土空间格局正在发生剧烈演变。为动态获取国土空间变化信息,掌握国土空间演变规律,及时制定国土空间优化调控策略,优化国土空间开发格局,亟需加快构建覆盖全国的国土空间多级综合监测网络。本文面向全国国土空间监测网络建设优选出的34个县域监测样点,能够以最少的样本数量实现对主要国土空间类型的全面覆盖,可为全国国土空间监测网络优化布局提供参考。同时,研究提出的国土空间分区和监测样点优化布局方法可为重点区域国土空间监测网络构建提供借鉴。
