The coupling of washing with adsorption process can be adopted for the treatment of soils contaminated with heavy metals ***,the complex environment of soil and the competitive behavior of leaching chemicals considerably restrain adsorption capacity of adsorbent material during washing process,which demands a higher resistance of the adsorbents to *** this study,we synthesized strongly magnetic,high specific surface area(573.49 m^(2./g)UiO66 composites(i.e.,UiO66-Fe_(3.O_(4))using hydrothermal *** UiO66-Fe_(3.O_(4) was applied as an adsorbent during the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)-assisted washing process of contaminated *** incorporation of UiO66-Fe_(3.O_(4)results in rapid heavy metal removal and recovery from the soil under low concentrations of washing agent(0.001 mol/L)with reduced residual heavy metal mobility of soil after ***,UiO66-Fe_(3.O_(4)can quickly recollect by an external magnet,which offers a simple and inexpensive recovery method for heavy metals from contaminated ***,UiO66-Fe_(3.O_(4)configuration with EDTA-assisted washing process showed opportunities for heavy metals contaminated sites.

Surface functionalization of Cu-based catalysts has demonstrated promising potential for enhancing the electrochemical CO_(2.reduction reaction(CO_(2.RR)toward multi-carbon(C2.)products,primarily by suppressing the parasitic hydrogen evolution reaction and facilitating a localized CO_(2./CO concentration at the *** upon this approach,we developed surface-functionalized catalysts with exceptional activity and selectivity for electrocatalytic CO_(2.RR to C_(2.)in a neutral *** CuO nanoparticles coated with hexaethynylbenzene organic molecules(HEB-CuO NPs),a remarkable C_(2.)Faradaic efficiency of nearly 90%was achieved at an unprecedented current density of 3.0 mA cm^(-2.,and a high FE(>80%)was maintained at a wide range of current densities(100-600 mA cm^(-2.)in neutral environments using a flow ***,in a membrane electrode assembly(MEA)electrolyzer,86.14%FEC2.was achieved at a partial current density of 3.7.6 mA cm^(-2.while maintaining continuous operation for over 50 h at a current density of 2.0 mA cm^(-2..In-situ spectroscopy studies and molecular dynamics simulations reveal that reducing the coverage of coordinated K⋅H2. water increased the probability of intermediate reactants(CO)interacting with the surface,thereby promoting efficient C-C coupling and enhancing the yield of C_(2.)*** advancement offers significant potential for optimizing local micro-environments for sustainable and highly efficient C_(2.)production.

In the motion vector field adaptive search technique (MVFAST) and the predictive motion vector field adaptive search technique (PMVFAST),the size of the largest motion vector from the three adjacent blocks (left,top,top-right) is compared with the threshold to select different search *** a suitable search center and search pattern will not be selected in the adaptive search technique when the adjacent motion vectors are not coherent in local *** paper presents an efficient adaptive search *** motion vector variation degree (MVVD) is considered a reasonable factor for adaptive search *** the relationship between local motion similarity degree (LMSD) and the variation degree of motion vector (MVVD),the motion vectors are classified as three categories according to corresponding LMSD; then different proposed search schemes are adopted for motion *** experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a significant computational speedup compared with MVFAST and PMVFAST algorithms,and offers a similar,even better performance.

The inhomogeneous sinter properties in super-high bed sintering have been reported in our previous *** inves-tigate the reasons for the inhomogeneous phenomena,detailed sampling and analysis of mixed material bed and sintered bed in super-high bed sintering plant were *** results indicated that the higher porosity and thinner dendrite of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum in the upper layer as well as dense structure and higher secondary hematite content in the lower layer led to the heterogeneities of mechanical strength and reduction properties exceeding 2.%and 10%,*** the bed top downward,the basicity of mixed material decreased from 2.13.to 1.68 because the average particle size increased from 2.65 to 4.56 *** and fuels gathered in finer particles(-3.mm)of mixed material,and the-3.mm particles of mixed material generated more liquid phase than+3.mm *** heat input of super-high sintering bed was inhomogeneous due to the heat accumulation effect and unreasonable fuel *** inhomo-geneous sintering heat condition in sintering bed resulted in the different quantities and properties of liquid *** inhomogeneous quantities and properties of liquid phase that were influenced by inhomogeneous distribution of chemical composition,particle size,and heat input led to inhomogeneous mineralizing *** mineralizing condition is the key for homogeneous super-high bed sintering.

The lack of effective charge transfer driving force and channel limits the electron directional migration in nanoclusters(NC)-based heterostructures,resulting in poor photocatalytic ***,a Z-scheme NC-based heterojunction(Pt1Ag2.-BTT/CoP,BTT=1,3.5-benzenetrithiol)with strong internal electric field is constructed via interfacial Co-S bond,which exhibits an absolutely superiority in photocatalytic performance with 2..89 mmol·h^(−1)·g−1 H_(2.production rate,2..77%apparent quantum yield at 42. nm,and~100%activity retention in stability,compared with Pt1Ag2.-BDT/CoP(BDT=1,3.benzenedithiol),Ag2.-BDT/CoP,and *** enhanced catalytic performance is contributed by the dual modulation strategy of inner core and outer shell of NC,wherein,the center Pt single atom doping regulates the band structure of NC to match well with CoP,builds internal electric field,and then drives photogenerated electrons steering;the accurate surface S modification promotes the formation of Co-S atomic-precise interface channel for further high-efficient Z-scheme charge directional *** work opens a new avenue for designing NC-based heterojunction with matchable band structure and valid interfacial charge transfer.

We show the essential ability of sparse signal reconstruction of different compressive sensing strategies,which include the L1 regularization,the L0 regularization(thresholding iteration algorithm and OMP algorithm),the Lq(0 2.regularization can be taken as a representative of the Lq(0 2.2.regularization always yields the sparsest solutions and when 0 2.the performance of the regularizations takes no significant *** results of this paper provide experimental evidence for our previous work.

In this study,the interactions between a Ga-based liquid metal,GaInSn,and several metal materials,including pure metals(Ni and Ti)and alloys(3.6H stainless steel(SS)and GH3.3.),at 650℃were *** aim was to evaluate the corrosion performance and select a suitable candidate material for use as a molten salt manometer diaphragm in thermal energy storage *** results indicated that the alloys(3.6H SS and GH3.3.)exhibited less corrosion than pure metals(Ni and Ti)in liquid ***-rich binary intermetallic compounds were found to form on the surfaces of all the tested metal materials exposed to liquid GaInSn,as a result of the decomposition of liquid GaInSn and its reaction with the constituent elements of the metal *** corrosion mechanism for all the tested materials exposed to liquid GaInSn was also investigated and proposed,which may aid in selecting the optimal candidate material when liquid GaInSn is used as the pressure-sensing medium.

Cement is a widely used construction material *** manufacturing contributes to anthropogenic CO_(2.emissions ***,its alkaline compounds can absorb CO_(2.from the surrounding environment and engage in a carbonation reaction,thereby functioning as a carbon *** a major cement producer and consumer,{3. has an important responsibility to rigorously investigate and accurately account for cement carbon *** study presents a comprehensive analytical model of cement carbon uptake from{2.,revealing a substantial increase in carbon uptake from 193. to 2.2.,peaking at 42..77 Mt CO_(2.(95% Confidence Interval:3.7.67-874.3. Mt CO_(2.)in *** uptake accounts for 8.10% to 45.40% of{2.’s annual land sink and 2.51% to 4.54% of the global land *** cumulative carbon uptake by cement is approximately 7.06 Gt CO_(2.(95%CI:5.2.–9.44 Gt CO_(2.)during this period,offsetting 50.7% of the total emissions(13.91 Gt CO_(2.,95%CI:12.44–17.00 Gt CO_(2.)from the cement ***,cement mortar contributed to most absorption(65.64%).From a life cycle perspective,the service stage of cement materials is the period where the largest CO_(2.sink is formed,accounting for 90.03. of the ***,the potential for carbon sequestration in cement materials and their waste is ***,the model improves the accuracy of cement carbon accounting,supporting both{2. and global carbon neutrality ***,it is crucial for{2. to achieve its carbon neutrality goals sooner by prioritizing the environmental benefits of cement materials and wastes,and accelerating the development and commercialization of CO_(2.sequestration technologies for cement and its by-products.
