Taking the flood resources utilization in Baicheng, jilin during 2.02.2.07 as the research background, and based on the entropy weight and multi-level & multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory, this research established a multi-level & semi-constructive index system and dynamic successive evaluation model for comprehensive benefit evaluation of regional flood resources utilization. With the year 2.02.as the base year, the analyzing results showed that there existed a close positive correlation between flood utilization volume and its benefits, comprehensive evaluation value and its comparison increment. Within the six successive evaluation years, the comprehensive benefit of 2.03.was the best, in which the benefit evaluation increment reached 82.8% whereas the year of 2.04 was the worst, in which the increment was only 18.2.. Thus the sustainability and correctness of the evaluation were verified by six years successive evaluation and increment comparison. The analyzing results showed that the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits of flood utilization were remarkable, and that the comprehensive benefit could be improved by increasing flood utilization capacity, which would promote the regional sustainable development as well. The established dynamic successive evaluation provides a stable theoretical basis and technical support for further flood utilization.

In this paper,we are concerned with the fast solvers for higher order edge finite element discretizations of Maxwell's *** present the preconditioners for the first family and second family of higher order N′ed′elec element equations,*** combining the stable decompositions of two kinds of edge finite element spaces with the abstract theory of auxiliary space preconditioning,we prove that the corresponding condition numbers of our preconditioners are uniformly bounded on quasi-uniform *** also present some numerical experiments to demonstrate the theoretical results.

The relationship between fluid density and saturation and sonic wave velocity of rock samples taken from the WXS Depression in the South china Sea was studied by an oil-water replacement experiment under simulated in-situ temperature and pressure *** kinds of low-density oils（0.691 and 0.749 g/cm^3. and two kinds of high-density oils（0.83. and 0.873.g/cm^3. were used to saturate the rock samples at different oil-saturation states,and the saturated P- and S-wave velocities were *** Gassmann＇s equation,the theoretical P- and S-wave velocities were also calculated by the fluid replacement *** the comparison of the measured values and the theoretical values, this study comes to the following conclusions.（1） With the increase of oil saturation and the decrease of water saturation,the P-wave velocity of rock samples saturated by low-density oil increases and the changing rule is in accord with the effective fluid theory;the P-wave velocity of rock samples saturated by high-density oil decreases and the changing rule goes against the theory.（{3. With the increase of oil density（namely 0.691→0.749→0.83.→0.873.g/cm^3. when oil saturation is unchanged,P-wave velocity increases gradually.（3. The S-wave velocity is always stable and is not affected by the change of oil density and *** results can be used to constrain pre-stack seismic inversion,and the variation rule of sonic wave velocity is valuable for hydrocarbon identification in the study area.

We demonstrate that the interference minima in the linear molecular harmonic spectra can be accurately predicted by a modified two-center model. Based on systematically investigating the interference minima in the linear molecular harmonic spectra by the strong-field approximation （SFA）, it is found that the locations of the harmonic minima are related not only to the nuclear distance between the two main atoms contributing to the harmonic generation, but also to the symmetry of the molecular orbital. Therefore, we modify the initial phase difference between the double wave sources in the two-center model, and predict the harmonic minimum positions consistent with those simulated by SFA.

WT5”BZ]A high-order-accurate difference scheme with unconditional stability is developed for the diffusion equation on nonuniform grids. The theoretical analysis shows that the accuracy of this scheme is between third order and fourth order, and fourth-order accuracy is achieved in the case of the same grid steps being used within the computational domain. Two numerical examples are given to demonst ate the advantages of the proposed scheme. Compared with the conventional difference scheme, more accurate numerical solution can be obtained by using the proposed scheme even with relatively larger grid sizes. It is also pointed out that the appropriate structure of the nonuniform grid can not only make the proposed scheme more practical, but lead to a solution superior to that for a uniform grid structure. Selenoprotein is biosynthesized by the incorporation of selenocysteine into proteins,where the TGA codon in the open reading frame does not act as a stop signal but is translated into *** dual functions of TGA result in mis-annotation or lack of selenoproteins in the sequenced genomes of many *** computational tools fail to correctly predict ***,we devel-oped a new method to identify selenoproteins from the genome of Anopheles gambiae *** on released genomic information,several programs were edited with PERL language to identify selenocysteine insertion sequence(SECIS)element,the coding potential of TGA codons,and cys-teine-containing homologs of selenoprotein *** results showed that 113.5 genes were termi-nated with TGA codons,918 of which contained SECIS *** search revealed that 58 genes contained Sec/Cys pairs and similar flanking regions around in-frame TGA ***,7 genes were found to fully meet requirements for selenoproteins,although they have not been anno-tated as selenoproteins in NCBI *** from their basic properties,the newly found se-lenoproteins in the genome of Anopheles gambiae are possibly related to in vivo oxidation tolerance and protein regulation in order to interfere with anopheles' vectorial capacity of *** study may also provide theoretical bases for the prevention of malaria from anopheles transmission.
