THE tremendous impact of large models represented by ChatGPT[1]-[3]makes it necessary to con-sider the practical applications of such models[4].However,for an artificial intelligence(AI)to truly evolve,it needs to possess a physical“body”to transition from the virtual world to the real world and evolve through interaction with the real *** this context,“embodied intelligence”has sparked a new wave of research and technology,leading AI beyond the digital realm into a new paradigm that can actively act and perceive in a physical environment through tangible entities such as robots and automated devices[5].

Carbon-supported single-atom catalysts were found to suffer reversible deactivation in catalytic hydrogenation,but the mechanism is still ***,nitro compounds hydrogenation catalyzed by N-doped carbon-supported Co single atom(Co1/NC)was taken as a model to uncover the mechanism of the reversible deactivation ***1/NC exhibited moderate adsorption towards the substrate molecules(i.e.,nitro compounds or related intermediates),which could be strengthened by the confinement effect from the porous ***,substrate molecules tend to accumulate within the pore channel,especially micropores that host Co1,making it difficult for the reactants to access the active sites and finally leading to their *** situation could be even worse when the substrate molecules possess a large ***,the catalytic activity of Co1/NC could be restored via a simple thermal treatment,which could remove the adsorbates within the pore channel,hence releasing active sites that were originally inaccessible to reactants.

An improved particle filter indoor fusion positioning approach based on Wi-Fi/PDR/geomagnetic field

The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic *** this study,a novel indoor fusion positioning approach based on the improved particle filter algorithm by geomagnetic iterative matching is proposed,where Wi-Fi,PDR,and geomagnetic signals are integrated to improve indoor positioning *** important contribution is that geomagnetic iterative matching is firstly proposed based on the particle filter *** the positioning process,an iterative window and a constraint window are introduced to limit the particle generation range and the geomagnetic matching range *** position is corrected several times based on geomagnetic iterative matching in the location correction stage when the pedestrian movement is detected,which made up for the shortage of only one time of geomagnetic correction in the existing particle filter *** addition,this study also proposes a real-time step detection algorithm based on multi-threshold constraints to judge whether pedestrians are moving,which satisfies the real-time requirement of our fusion positioning *** experimental verification,the average positioning accuracy of the proposed approach reaches 1.59 m,which improves 33.2.compared with the existing particle filter fusion positioning algorithms.

Over the past two decades,immunotherapies have increasingly been considered as first-line treatments for most *** such treatment is immune checkpoint blockade(ICB),which has demonstrated promising results against various solid tumors in clinical *** antibodies(mAbs)are currently available as immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs).These ICIs target specific immune checkpoints,including cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen-4(CTLA-4)and programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1).Clinical trial results strongly support the feasibility of this immunotherapeutic ***,a substantial proportion of patients with cancer develop resistance or tolerance to treatment,owing to tumor immune evasion mechanisms that counteract the host immune ***,substantial research focus has been aimed at identifying additional ICIs or synergistic inhibitory receptors to enhance the effectiveness of anti-PD-1,anti-programmed cell death ligand 1(anti-PD-L1),and anti-CTLA-4 ***,several immune checkpoint molecular targets have been identified,such as T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains(TIGIT),mucin domain containing-3(TIM-3),lymphocyte activation gene-3(LAG-3),V-domain immunoglobulin suppressor of T cell activation(VISTA),B and T lymphocyte attenuator(BTLA),and signal-regulatory proteinα(SIRPα).Functional m Abs targeting these molecules are under ***-4,PD-1/PD-L1,and other recently discovered immune checkpoint proteins with distinct structures are at the forefront of *** review discusses these structures,as well as clinical progress in m Abs targeting these immune checkpoint molecules and their potential applications.

Efficient and selective glucose-to-fructose isomerization is a crucial step for production of oxygenated chemicals derived from sugars,which is usually catalyzed by base or Lewis acid heterogeneous ***,high yield and selectivity of fructose cannot be simultaneously obtained under mild conditions which hamper the scale of application compared with enzymatic ***,a Li-promoted C3N4catalyst was exploited which afforded an excellent fructose yield （40.3 wt%） and selectivity （99.5%） from glucose in water at 50~oC,attributed to the formation of stable Li–N bond to strengthen the basic sites of ***,the so-formed N6–Li–H2. active site on Li–C3N4catalyst in aqueous phase changes the local electronic structure and strengthens the deprotonation process during glucose isomerization into *** superior catalytic performance which is comparable to biological pathway suggests promising applications of lithium containing heterogeneous catalyst in biomass refinery.

Pure organic materials with persistent and efficient room-temperature phosphorescence have recently aroused great research interest due to their vast potential in *** crucial design principle for such materials is to suppress as much as possible the non-radiative decay of the triplet exciton while maintaining a moderate phosphorescent radiative ***,molecular engineering often exhibits similar regulation trends for the two ***,we propose that the quantum interference caused by aggregation can be utilized to control the phosphorescent and non-radiative decay *** systematically analyze various constructive and destructive transition pathways in aggregates with different molecular packing types and establish clear relationships between the luminescence characters and the signs of the singlet and triplet excitonic *** is shown that the decay channels can be flexibly switched on or off by regulating the packing type and excitonic *** importantly,an enhanced phosphorescent decay and a completely suppressed non-radiative decay can be simultaneously realized in the aggregate packed with inversion *** work lays the theoretical foundation for future experimental realization of quantum interference effects in phosphorescence.

Garnet is a primary mineral in skarn deposits and plays a significant role in recording copious mineralization and metallogenic *** study systematically investigates the geochemistry and geochronology of garnet and zircon in the Dafang Au-Pb-Zn-Ag deposit,which represents prominent gold mineralization in southern Hunan,*** samples with distinct zoning patterns and compositional variations were identified using various analytical techniques,including Backscattered Electron(BSE)imaging,Cathodoluminescence(CL)response,textural characterization,and analysis of rare-earth elements(REE),major contents,and trace element *** garnet was dated U-Pb dating,which yielded a lower intercept age of 161.06±1.93 *** age is older than the underlying granodiorite porphyry,which has a concordia age of 155.13±0.95 Ma determined by zircon U-Pb *** results suggest that the gold mineralization may be related to the concealed *** groups of garnet changed from depleted Al garnet to enriched Al garnet,and the rare earth element(REE)patterns of these groups were converted from light REE(LREE)-enriched and heavy REE(HREE)-depleted with positive europium(Eu)anomalies to medium REE(MREE)-enriched from core to rim *** different REE patterns of garnet in various zones may be attributed to changes in the fluid environment and late superposition *** development of distal skarn in the southern Hunan could be a significant indicator for identifying gold mineralization.

The Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas,one of the most exploited molluscs in the world,has suffered from massive mortality in recent decades,and the occurrence mechanisms have not been well *** this study,to reveal the relationship of associated microbiota to the fitness of oysters,temporal dynamics of microbiota in the gill,hemolymph,and hepatopancreas of *** during April 2.18-January 2.19 were investigated by 16 S rRNA gene *** microbiota in *** exhibited tissue heterogeneity,of which Spirochaetaceae was dominant in the gill and hemolymph while Mycoplasmataceae enriched in the ***-occurrence network demonstrated that the gill microbiota exhibited higher inter-taxon connectivity while the hemolymph microbiota had more *** richness(Chao 1 index)and diversity(Shannon index)of microbial community in each tissue showed no significant seasonal variations,except for the hepatopancreas having a higher richness in the ***,beta diversity analysis indicated a relatively stable microbiota in each tissue during the sampling period,showing relative abundance of the dominant taxa exhibiting temporal *** indicate that the microbial community in *** showed a tissue-specific stability with temporal dynamics in the composition,which might be essential for the tissue functioning and environmental adaption in *** work provides a baseline microbiota in *** and is helpful for the understanding of host-microbiota interaction in oysters.
