In this short paper, we prove that if R is a regular local ring of unequal characteristic, then there exists an additive covariant functor G from the category of abelian sheaves on SpecR to the category of abelian groups such that id_R(G(R))>dimG(R). This result shows that the answer to the question 3.8 (ii) in [3] may be negative.

Sika deer (Cervus nippon) is a cervid endemic to mainland and insular Asia and endan-gered. We analyzed variation in the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region for four subspecies to understand the genetic diversity, population structure and evolutionary history in china. 335 bp were se-quenced and eight haplotypes were identified based on 2. variable sites among the populations. Sika deer in china showed lower genetic diversity, sug-gesting a small effective population size due to habi-tat fragmentation, a low number of founder individu-als, or the narrow breeding program. AMOVA analy-sis indicated that there was significant genetic subdi-vision among the four populations, but no correlation between the genetic and geographic distance. Phy-logenetic analyses also revealed that Chinese sika deer may be divided into three genetic clades, but the genetic structure among Chinese populations was inconsistent with subspecies designations and pre-sent geographic distribution. Including the sequence data of Japanese sika deer, the results indicated that Chinese populations were more closely related to {2.ern Japanese populations than to the Northern Japanese one, and the Taiwan population was closer to populations of Northeastern china and Sichuan than to those of {2.ern china.

Plague,caused by the gram-negative bacterium Yersinia pestis,is a serious and rapidly progressing illness in humans that can be fatal if not treated *** Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the largest area of natural Himalayan marmot(Marmota himalayana) plague foci in china and covers more than 630000 *** County in Gansu Province is a part of this natural focus of plague and was chosen as a study *** study used an ecological niche modeling(ENM) approach to predict the potential distribution of the Himalayan *** and Disaster Monitor Satellite(HJ-1) data was used to investigate environment factors that affect plague host animal *** animal point data from active surveillance was combined with environmental variables from the HJ-1 satellite and other databases,and the models of the potential distribution of Himalayan marmot were produced with the Genetic Algorithm for Rule-Set Production(GARP).The probability of marmot presence was divided into 0-5%,5%-2.%,2.%-40%,40%-80%,and 80%-100% *** with 80%-100% probability exhibited the greatest potential for the presence of Himalayan *** to the predicted potential distribution of Himalayan marmot in the study area,active surveillance of plague hosts and plague control and prevention could be more efficient.

Based on the simulative exposure experiments of nitrobenzene to two small experimental fishes, Medaka (Oryzias latipes) and Chinese Rare Minnow (Gobiocypris rarus), it was found that nitrobenzene could decrease in a linear way in the static aquatic system. Both fishes could accumulate dose-related levels of nitrobenzene quickly and eliminate the compound rapidly when they were transferred to clean water. The Chinese rare minnow showed more sensitivity to the acute toxicity exposure of nitrobenzene than Medaka. Typical molecular biomarkers in oxidative defense system including superoxide dismu- tase (SOD), catalase (CAT) showed the chemical induced alterations. The changes of acetylcholi- nesterase (AChE) activities indicated that nitrobenzene might affect the normal neural function. Nitro- benzene exposure could also lead to obvious damaging effects on the target organs, such as gill and liver by hitopathological studies.

As a particular genre,Abstract is a growing field of study in linguistics. Move analysis is one aspect that has conducted to describe RA abstract. This article analyzed the particular genre with the purpose of helping them work out good abstracts for academic writing to improve their ability of doing research. One hundred abstracts were selected randomly from all the 450 graduation papers written by Eng lish-major pre-service teachers in 2.10 in Hunan First normal university in{2.. These informative abstracts were analyzed with the framework of Hyland's 2.00 Model. The results revealed that these English-major pre-service teachers haven't done well in the abstract writing for their graduation paper, most of whom have no good understanding about the move model and move sequence, which impli cates that explicit introduction of terms of genre, move and move sequence etc., and training on how to write good abstracts in future study are really needed.

This paper proposes a new global fixed-time sliding mode control strategy for the trajectory tracking control of uncertain robotic ***,a fixed-time disturbance observer(FTDO) is designed to deal with the adverse effects of model uncertainties and external disturbances in the manipulator *** an adaptive scheme is used and the adaptive FTDO(AFTDO) is developed,so that the priori knowledge of the lumped disturbance is not ***,a new non-singular fast terminal sliding mode(NFTSM) surface is designed by using an arctan function,which helps to overcome the singularity problem and enhance the robustness of the *** on the estimation of the lumped disturbance by the AFTDO,a fixed-time non-singular fast terminal sliding mode controller(FTNFTSMC)is developed to guarantee the trajectory tracking errors converge to zero within a fixed *** settling time is independent of the initial state of the *** addition,the stability of the AFTDO and FTNFTSMC is strictly proved by using Lyapunov ***,the fixed-time NFESM(FTNFTSM) algorithm is validated on a 2.link manipulator and comparisons with other existing sliding mode controllers(SMCs) are *** comparative results confirm that the FTNFTSMC has superior control performance.
