A new approach based on potential control was firstly used for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the model protein. The self-assembly monolayer (SAM) was prepared with 2.aminoethanethiol (AET) on the gold electrode. The charge on HRP was adjusted by means of the acidity of the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for dissolving the HRP. The in-fluence of electric potential on HRP immobilization was investigated by means of colorimetric immunoassay of enzyme-substrate interaction (CIESI) using an automatic plate reader. The HRP modified electrodes were characterized with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) as well as atomic force microscope (AFM) on template-stripped gold surface. The potential for maximum immobilization of HRP was near the zero charge potential. The result indicates that controlled potential can affect the course of HRP immobilization without the loss of enzymic activity. It is of great significance for the control of biomolecular self-assembly and the intrinsic electric device.

The effect of surface structure and coating on tribological properties of 45^# carbon steel disc was analyzed. A Nd：YAG laser was used to generate rnicrodirnples on steel surfaces. Dimples with diameter of 150 rn and depth of 50 rn were distributed in an orbicular array on disc surface. Then the alloying element Mo was sputtered to 45# carbon steel disc surface by means of double glow plasma technology. Diffusion Mo alloying layer with 30min thickness and high hardness up to 0.02. was formed on the disc surface. Tribological experiments of three types samples （smooth, texturing and texturing＋alloying） were conducted with a pin-on-disc tribometer. It is found that the dimpled-samples are most effective for reducing friction in comparison with smooth steel surthces, improving the lubricating state from boundary to hydrodynamic region.

The double loop network(DLN)is a circulant digraph with n nodes and outdegree *** is an important topological structure of computer interconnection networks and has been widely used in the designing of local area networks and distributed *** the number n of nodes,how to construct a DLN which has minimum diameter?This problem has attracted great attention.A related and longtime unsolved problem is:for any given non-negative integer k,is there an infinite family of k-tight optimal DLN?In this paper,two main results are obtained:(1)for any k≥0,the infinite families of k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed,where the number n(k,e,c)of their nodes is a polynomial of degree 2.in e with integral coefficients containing a parameter c.(2.for any k≥0, an infinite family of singular k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed.

An experiment of producing high density polyethylene (HDPE) nano-composite filled with 4wt.% talc was presented. Acting as filler and a reinforcing agent in the HDPE, talc powder, sized at around 5 μm, was surface-treated with aluminum diethylene glycol dinitrate coupling agent before adding to the HDPE. Analyses of the reinforced HDPE nano-composite show significant improvement in its mechanical properties including, tensile strength (>2. MPa), break elongation (2. MPa), and friction coefficients<0.11. The results demonstrate that, after surface-treated, talc can be used as a promising filling material and a reinforcing agent in making HDPE nano-composite.

Gallium atoms have been introduced into the framework of Y zeolite by treating the zeolite with an aqueous solution of ammonium hexafluoro *** of various model fuels containing about 500 μg/g sulfur has been studied over the synthesized Y zeolite(GaAlY).The sulfur adsorption capacity is 7.0,17.4,14.5,16.9,6.9 and 5.8 mg(S)/g adsorbent for thiophene,tetrahydrothiophene(THT),4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT),dibenzophiophene(DBT),benzothiophene(BT) and 4-methyldibenzothiophene(4-MDBT),*** charges on the S atom in thiophene,THT,4,6DMDBT,DBT,BT and 4-MDBT,calculated using the density functional theory(DFT),are-0.159,-0.2.8,-0.2.4,-0.2.1,-0.193 and-0.188,respectively,implying that the S-M bond between the adsorption sites and thiophene is much weaker than that between the adsorption sites and THT,4,6-DMDBT or *** sulfur removal of FCC gasoline on GaAlY is 68%.

With the social development and higher education reform, students of Anhui PE University have the complex ideas. They brought new management challenges, the traditional management concepts, methods and systems that were not suited to the current student management. To explore new method of management, this paper does a research through literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics, comparative analysis and other methods for some students in physical education of 5 Anhui universities. This paper highlights "people-oriented" advancing with the times. In this paper, people-oriented management principles and details of the management combination with management are analyzed and summarized.

The features of nuclear stopping power and multi-hadron production systematically are studied by making an analysis of rapidity distributions of pion and proton at AGS, SPS and RHIC in this work. It is found that nuclear stopping power increases linearly with project rapidity yp at AGS and SPS, but that is not liner at RHIC. It is argued that the average rapidity loss is saturated at central rapidity region at RHIC. For pion distribution, it is found that the phase space of pion distribution distributes uniformly in the longitudinal direction,and a linear relationship of L with log s is given at AGS and SPS. Non-uniform flow model may explain the features of the distribution at AGS and SPS, but may not ex- plain those of at RHIC.
