With the background of the satellite module layout design, the circular packing problem with equilibrium behavioral constraints is a layout optimization problem and NP-hard problem in math. For lack of a powerful optimization method, this problem is hard to solve. The energy landscape paving (ELP) method is a class of stochastic global optimization algorithms based on the Monte Carlo sampling. Based on the quasiphysical strategy and the penalty function method, the problem is converted into an unconstrained optimization problem. Here by combining the improved ELP method, the gradient method based on local search and the heuristic configuration update mechanism, a new global search algorithm, basin filling algorithm, is put forward. The numerical results show that the proposed algorithm is effective to solving the circular packing problem with equilibrium behavioral constraints, and is easy to be popularized to other layout optimization problems.

To identify the aggregates causing the alkali-silica reaction, and the reactivity of rocks in different parts of China, the mineral and texture characteristics of some typical coarse ag gregates and the alkali reactivity of these aggregates were systematically investigated. On one hand, petrographic examination of aggregates, combined with X-ray diffraction analysis, chemical analysis, scanning electron microscopy, was conducted for analyzing their mineralogy and texture. It was found that not only mineral characteristics, but also their interior structure would affect their potential alkali-silica reactivity. Furthermore, the alkali-silica reactivity of aggregates is due to their mineral compositions, such as containing different alkali-reactive minerals, while, different stuctures of those aggregates with similar minerals affect their reactivity to some extent. There are some amount of micro-aperture and cracks across the quartz in the aggregate, which may become the natural accesses for Na^＋, K^＋, and OH^- ions to intrude in the mortar or concrete during the process of alkali-silica reaction. Alkali-silica reactivity of the aggregates was detected by the accelerated mortar bars test. It was revealed that all the aggregates tested were alkali-silica reactive and the results were also in accordance with their mineral and structure analysis.

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and levels of anti-HEV IgG in the population of jiangsu {1., ***:A series of quantitative linear reference,which was calibrated with WHO anti-HEV IgG standard,were ***-HEV antibody was qualitatively and quantitatively detected by using ELISA kits,and the established references were used for the quantitative ***:The positive rates of anti-HEV IgG in male and female were 68.01.,55.08%and 52.81.,37.33%in Qindong and Anfeng region,*** average positive rate of anti-HEV IgG in Qindong region was significant higher than that of Anfeng *** mean of anti-HEV IgG titer among 6 age groups were 0.94,0.92.1.07,1.46,1.2.,1.1. and 1.31.1.08,1.1.,1.31.1.68 IU/mL,in Qindong and Anfeng region,*** positive rate of anti-HEV IgG tended to increase with age and the titer of anti-HEV IgG was associated with age very ***:HEV was widely prevalent in both Qindong and Anfeng regions of Jiansu *** prevalence and the anti-HEV IgG titer were associated with gender and age.

Let （v, u × c,λ）-splitting BIBD denote a （v, u × c,λ）-splitting balanced incomplete block design of order v with block size u × c and index A. The necessary conditions for the existence of a （v, u × c,λ）-splitting BIBD are v ≥ uc, λ（v- 1. -- 0 0 mod （c（u- 1.） and Av（v- 1. - 0 mod （c^2.（u- 1.）. In this paper, for 2.≤λ≤ 9 the necessary conditions for the existence of a （v, 3 × 3, λ）-splitting BIBD are also sufficient with one possible exception for （v, λ） = （39, 9）.

The circular packing problem with equilibrium constraints is an optimization problem about simplified satellite module layout design.A heuristic algorithm based on tabu search is put forward for solving this *** algorithm begins from a random initial configuration and applies the gradient method with an adaptive step length to search for the minimum energy *** jump out of the local minima and avoid the search doing repeated work,the algorithm adopts the strategy of tabu *** the process of tabu search,we improve the traditional neighboring solutions,tabu objects and the acceptance criteria of the current solution *** test two sets of benchmarks consisting of 1. representative instances from the current *** numerical results show that the proposed algorithm breaks the records in seven out of 1. instances,and obtains the optimal solutions for the other four instances.

The precipitation behavior of V（C, N） in steels microalloyed with vanadium was researched using a thermal simulator during single-pass deformation at 800-750 ℃. The V（C, N） precipitates and its nucleation effect on ferrite were investigated by TEM and EDS. The experimental results show that there are two remarkable heterogeneous nucleation effects of V（C, N） particles precipitated before γ →/ α phase change： primary reason is that high coherency between V（C, N） and ferrite promotes V（C, N） to become a nucleating center of intragranular ferrite; secondary reason is that the coarsening of V（C, N） causes locally solute-poor region in austenite, thus expedites the nucleation of intragranular ferrites further. Furthermore, the relationship between the size and shape of V（C, N） was studied, and identification method was provided for distinguishing interphase precipitation and general precipitation to avoid erroneous judgment and misguide.

AIM: To determine whether morroniside, a compound in Cornus officinalis Sieb et Zucc can prevent cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) from damage by high ambient glucose. METHODS: HUVEC was incubated in glucose, 5 or 30 mmol/L, either alone or in the presence of morroniside (final concentration 1.0, 1., and 1.μmol/L, respectively) for 48 h. The proliferation of HUVEC was quantified by MTT method; its cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry; morphological change was observed with fluorescence microscopy. RESULTS: Survival of HUVEC cultured in high ambient glucose was significantly decreased when compared to that in normal concentration of glucose (P1.. High ambient glucose also lowered the rate of cells entering into S-phase, along with severe morphological damage. With the intervention of morroniside (final concentration 1.0 and 1. μmol/L), the cell survival was significantly recovered (P1. P<0.05, respectively), accompanied with increased S-phase rate and less extent of morphological damage. CONCLUSION: Morroniside protected HUVEC against high ambi- ent glucose induced injury, which suggested that morroniside could exert a beneficial effect on preventing diabetic angiopathies.

The complex of Rubisco and Rubisco activase from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach in vivo is induced. SDS-PAGE result shows that the purified proteins from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach have not only large and small subunits (55 kD, 1..4 kD) of Rubisco, but also two large subunits of 45 kD and 41.kD near the large subunits of Rubisco. Native-PAGE shows that the purified proteins from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach have not only a band of Rubisco (560 kD), but also a band of about 1.00 kD, about twice distant from Rubisco, which might be a complex of Rubisco and Rubisco activase. The purified enzyme activities from LaCl3-, CeCl3-treated spinach are 1.8 and 2.8 times that of the control,the intensities of absorption and fluorescence are sig- nificantly higher than that of the purified Rubisco from the control, and the total sulfhydryl groups and available sulfhydryl groups are 36—39 –SH per mol enzyme, 1.—2. –SH per mol enzyme more than those of the purified Rubisco from the control, respectively. The CD spectra show that the secondary structure of the purified enzyme from LaCl3-, CeCl3 -treated spinach is very dif- ferent from the control. The enzyme activities from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach in vivo are 1.5 and 1.9 times those of the control.
