Pyridine(Py)-modified Keggin-type vanadium-substituted heteropoly acids(PynPMo1.V2.40,n=1.to 5) were prepared by a precipitation method as organic/inorganic hybrid catalysts for direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol in a pressured batch reactor and their structures were detected by *** various catalysts,Py3PMo1.V2.40 exhibits the highest catalytic activity(yield of phenol,1..5%),without observing the formation of catechol,hydroquinone and benzoquinone in the reaction with 80 vol% aqueous acetic acid,molecular oxygen and ascorbic acid used as the solvent,oxidant and reducing reagent,*** of reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen pressure,amount of ascorbic acid and catalyst on yield of phenol were investigated to obtain the optimal reaction conditions for phenol *** can greatly promote the catalytic activity of the Py-free catalyst(H5PMo1.V2.40),mostly because the organic π electrons in the hybrid catalyst may extend their conjugation to the inorganic framework of heteropoly acid and dramatically modify the redox properties,at the same time,pyridine adsorbed on heteropoly acids can promote the effect of "pseudo-liquid phase",thus accounting for the enhancement of phenol yield.

The aim of this article was to provide a systematic method to perform molecular dynamics simulotion or evaluation for nano-scale interfacial friction behavior between two kinds of materials in MEMS design. Friction is an important factor affecting the performance and reliability of MEMS. The model of the nano-scale interracial friction behavior between two kinds of materials was presented based on the Newton＇ s equations of motion. The Morse potential function was selected for the model. The improved Verlet algorithm was employed to resolve the model, the atom trajectories and the law of the interfacial friction behavior. Comparisons with experimental data in other paper confirm the validity of the model. Using the model it is possible to simulate or evaluate the importance of different factors for designing of the nano-scale interfacial friction behavior between two kinds of materials in MEMS.

Earthquake is a complex multi-dimensional excitation. Counter-measures of such multi-dimensional excitation on many critical structures,such as long-span structures and high-rise buildings,must be taken into account to avert the structural failure. Many types of earthquake mitigation or isolation devices for mitigating earthquake-induced effects in the horizontal direction have been proposed and applied to real applications. However,study on multi-dimensional earthquake isolation and mitigation devices for structures has been received much less attention. In this paper,a new multi-dimensional earthquake isolation and mitigation device was developed and tested. Effects of excitation frequency and environmental temperature on horizontal properties of this device were considered. At the same time,fatigue properties of the device under different amplitude horizontal excitations were also studied experimentally. The equivalent standard solid model which can effectively describe the effect of frequency and temperature on the horizontal properties of the device was proposed and verified. From the experimental results,it may be concluded that the multi-dimensional earthquake isolation and mitigation device owns fine energy dissipation and fatigue resistance capabilities.

BACKGROUND: At present, researches on differentiating from human adipose-derived adult stromal cells (hADASC) to neuron-like cells are focus on inducing by artificial-synthetic compound solution; however, hippocampal astrocyte conditioned medium (HCAM) can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells is still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To observe whether HCAM can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells. DESIGN: Randomized control study. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Taixing People's Hospital; Central Laboratory, North China Coal Medical College. MATERIALS: Donor of adipose tissue was donated by female volunteers suffering from caesarean section in the department of obstetrics & gynecology in our hospital and aged 2.-35 years. Adipose tissue was collected from subcutaneous tissue of abdomen during the operation. In addition, 8 male newborn Wistar rats within 2. hours with average body mass of 2. g were provided by Animal Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Rabbit-anti-human Nestin polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human glial fibriliary acidic protein (GFAP) polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human neuro-specific enolase polyclonal antibody and mouse-anti-human microtubal associated protein 2.(MAP-2. polyclonal antibody were provided by Wuhan Boster Company. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Central Laboratory of North China Coal Medical College from October 2.04 to June 2.05. hADASC was cultured with HCAM and its growth and morphological changes were observed under inverted phase contrast microscope. Immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and Western blotting were used to evaluate the expressions of Nestin, which was a specific sign of nerve precursor, neuro-specific enolase and MAP-2. which was a specific sign of nerve cell, and GFAP, which was a specific sign of neuroglial cells. The interactions between the new organometallic complexes, ferrocenesubstituted dithioocarborane conjugates （denoted as FcSB1. FcSB2.and FcSBCO） and hemoglobin （Hb） are investigated by electrochemistry, fluorescence and UVvis absorption spectroscopy. The results demonstrate that FcSB1. FcSB2.and FcSBCO can bind to the heme iron center through the replacement of the weakly bound H2./02.in the distal heme pocket of Hb by their sulfur donor atoms, inducing the allosteric change from the R state （oxygenated conformation, relax） to T state （deoxygenated conformation, tense）. The binding affinity is in the order of FcSBCO〉FeSB2.FeSB1. Moreover, the fluorescence study illustrates that the three ferrocenecarborane conjugates differently affect the quarterly and tertiary structures as well as the polarity in the surrounding of the Trp and Tyr residues in Hb. Typically, FcSB2.mainly induces alterations of the microenvironment around the 1.37Trp residue which is located on the cql32.interface of Hb. Such distinct influences are attributed to the structural features of FcSB1. FcSB2.and FcSBCO containing hydrophobic ferrocenyl and carboranyl units as well as C=O group. Screening the proteinbinding behavior can signify the potential bioactivity of such molecules and may be helpful in the future development of promising multifunctional metallodrugs.

By analysis of the basic properties of entanglement swapping of high-dimensional Bell states,a universal and general deterministic secure quantum communication(DSQC)protocol is proposed,in which unitary operation is not *** making use of the results of high-dimensional Bell measurement,the sender and the receiver can encode and decode the message respectively by performing the modular addition and *** mutually complementary bases are constructed;and according to the property of mutual complement,a method for checking security of the high-dimensional quantum channel is put *** common attack strategies are analyzed,and the corresponding error rates are *** the upper bound of the threshold of error rate is deduced.

Aim:To investigate the role of hypothalamus nociceptin/orphanin FQ（OFQ）andits endogenous receptor,the opioid receptor-likel receptor（ORL1.receptor）in theestrus cycle of female ***:Radioimmunoassay was used to detect theeffect of the intracerebroventricular（icy）administration of OFQ and/or the ORL1.eceptor antagonist[Nphe1.Nociceptin（1.1.）NH2.that is,NC1. on luteinizinghormone（LH）levels of estrogen- and progesterone（EBP）-primed,ovariectomized（OVX）rats（EBP-primed OVX rats）.RT-PCR,Western blotting,and immunohis-tochemistry techniques were adopted to observe the changes of OFQ and theORL1.receptor in the pre-optic area（POA）and the medial basal hypothalamus（MBH）of the estrus cycle of female ***:Pre-ovulatory LH surges in EBP-primed,OVX rats were significantly reduced by icv administration of 2. and 2.0nmol OFQ（P2. nmol OFQ could be abolished by pretreat-merit with 2. nmol *** OFQ mRNA level in the POA on pro-estrus waslowered markedly compared to diestrus and estrus（P1.receptor showed no significant changes in the POAand MBH across the estrus ***,the number of OFQ-immunoreac-tive neurons in the medial POA,ventromedial hypothalamus,and the arcuatenucleus on pro-estrus was significantly decreased compared to diestrus and es-tins（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The inhibitory effect of OFQ on the LH surge of EBP-primed,OVX rats and its downregulation in POA and MBH on pro-estrus sug-gests that it might play a negative modulatory role in the estrus cycle.
