Suitability evaluation plays an important role in land reclamation because the choice of evaluation methods affects the accuracy and objectivity of the suitability evaluation results. Furthermore, it influences the decision-making related to land reclamation. An improved method, which is called limit comprehensive conditions method, was developed after different suitability evaluation methods were studied. Based on this method, the reclaimed land of the Gaoqiao bauxite mining area was evaluated. The Gaoqiao mining area was divided into seven evaluation units that were evaluated respectively by selecting evaluation factors and establishing grade standards. The results show that the proposed method is more applicable and easier to handle. Moreover, its evaluation results are more scientific compared with the traditional evaluation methods. The improved method can be beneficial to the rapid monitoring and the effective management of reclaimed land in the opencast mine area.

A protocol of quantum secret sharing between multiparty and multiparty with four states was presented. It was shown that this protocol can nullify the Trojan horse attack with a multi-photon signal, the fake-signal attack with Einstein-Podolsky- Rosen pairs, the attack with single photons, and the attack with invisible photons. In addition, the upper bounds of the average success probabilities were given for dishonest agent eavesdropping encryption using the fake-signal attack with any two-particle entangled states.

A family (X, B1), (X, B2., . . . , (X, Bq) of q STS(v)s is a λ-fold large set of STS(v) and denoted by LSTSλ(v) if every 3-subset of X is contained in exactly λ STS(v)s of the collection. It is indecomposable and denoted by IDLSTSλ(v) if there exists no LSTSλ (v) contained in the collection for any λ 1 and orders v ≡ 1, 3 (mod 6) do there exist IDLSTSλ(v)? In this paper, we use partitionable candelabra systems (PCSs) and holey λ-fold large set of STS(v) (HLSTSλ(v)) as auxiliary designs to establish a recursive construction for IDLSTSλ(v) and show that there exists an IDLSTSλ(v) for λ = 2. 3, 4 and v ≡ 1, 3 (mod 6).

Using the methods of dynamical systems for two generalized Boussinesq systems, the existence of all possible solitary wave solutions and many uncountably infinite periodic wave solutions is obtained. Exact explicit parametric representations of the travelling solutions are given. To guarantee the existence of the above solutions, all parameter conditions are determined.
