Improvements on radiation-hardened performance of static induction transistor

The radiation-hardened performances of static induction transistor (SIT) have been studied in depth in this paper. The effects of radiation of electron beam on the I-V characteristics, carrier distribution and potential distribution in the channel of SIT have been represented. A large number of electron-hole pairs are generated in the depletion region of reversely biased gate-channel PN junction. The radiation-generated electrons drift towards the drain region at high positive potential, while generated holes flow into gate region biased to the lowest potential. With the accumulation of holes in gate region, the gate potential is boosted, resulting in a decrease in the height of potential barrier in channel, and an increase in drain current. I-V characteristics of SIT in the presence of radiation have been theoretically derived, and compared with experimental results. With the increase in thickness of epitaxial layer, the radiation-hardened capability of SIT is continuously improved until the optimum thickness of 26 μm is reached. The optimum matching relationship among geometric, material and technological parameters has been represented to acquire excellent radiation-hardened performances of SIT.

In order to assess the differences between the human body thermal sensation in naturally ventilated space and that in air-conditioned space,the fuzzy evaluation model was adopted in the research of thermal sensation in naturally ventilated *** on the questionnaires and field measurements,the membership functions were presented by the statistic of the covering frequency to the fuzzy ***-bulb temperature was taken as the only independent variable for membership *** maximum values of membership grades are all at 0.5 or so,which is a distinction character on thermal comfort of naturally ventilated *** the calculating results of membership grades value to different fuzzy evaluation subsets,the Predicted Mean Vote(PMV)was ***,energy coefficient(Ea)was introduced to calculate the energy consumption,and the prediction methods of residential building energy consumption were also ***,the importance of evaluation model of thermal sense is shown through the energy consumption prediction in a specific residential building.

For the problem of the original direct anonymous attestation （DAA） scheme＇s complexity and great time consumption, a new DAA scheme based on symmetric bilinear pairings is presented, which gives a practical solution to ECC-based TPM in protecting the privacy of the TPM. The scheme still includes five procedures or algorithms： Setup, Join, Sign, Verify and Rogue tagging, but gets rid of zero-knowledge proof and takes on a new process and framework, of which the main operations are addition, scalar multiplication and bilinear maps on supersingular elliptic curve systems. Moreover, the scheme adequately utilizes the properties of bilinear maps as well as the signature and verification of the ecliptic curve system itself. Compared with other schemes, the new DAA scheme not only satis- fies the same properties, and shows better simplicity and high effi- ciency. This paper gives not only a detailed security proof of the proposed scheme, but also a careful performance analysis by comparing with the existing DAA schemes.

The equal circle packing problem is a well-known challenge in *** is also a natural,clear and fair test system for global *** paper presents a quasi-physical global optimization algorithm for solving the equal circle packing *** algorithm simulates two kinds of movements of N elastic disks: smooth movement driven by elastic pressures and violent movement driven by strong repulsive forces and attractive *** smooth movement makes the disks reach a locally optimal configuration,while the violent movement makes them jump out of the local optimum trap and reach a more promising *** algorithm is tested on the widely studied instances of N = 1,2,...,*** find better packings than the reported best-known ones on 37 instances and reproduce the best-known results on the remaining 113 instances.

Fast parallel algorithms for discrete Gabor expansion and transform based on multirate filtering

The Gabor transform has long been recognized as a very useful tool for the joint time and frequency analysis in signal *** real time applications,however,were limited due to the high computational complexity of the Gabor transform *** this paper,some novel and fast parallel algorithms for the finite discrete Gabor expansion and transform are presented based on multirate *** analysis filter bank is designed for the finite discrete Gabor transform(DGT)and a synthesis filter bank is designed for the finite discrete Gabor expansion(DGE).Each of the parallel channels in the two filter banks has a unified structure and can apply the FFT and the IFFT to reduce its computational *** computational complexity of each parallel channel does not change as the oversampling rate *** fact,it is very low and depends only on the length of the input discrete signal and the number of the Gabor frequency sampling *** computational complexity of the proposed parallel algorithms is analyzed and compared with that of the major existing parallel algorithms for the finite DGT and *** results indicate that the proposed parallel algorithms for the finite DGT and DGE based on multirate filtering are very attractive for real time signal processing.

Effect of the Sputtering Parameters on the Structure and Properties of Cu_3N Thin Film Materials

Copper nitride （Cu3N） thin films were successfully deposited on glass substrates by reactive radio frequency magnetron *** effects of sputtering parameters on the structure and properties of the films were *** experimental results show that with increasing of RF power and nitrogen partial pressure,the preferential crystalline orientation of Cu3N film is changed from （111） to （100）.With increasing of substrate temperature from 70 ℃ to 200 ℃,the film phase is changed from Cu3N phase to *** increasing sputtering power from 80 W to 120 W,the optical energy decreases from 1.85 eV to 1.41 eV while the electrical resistivity increases from 1.45 ×102 Ω·cm to 2.99×103 Ω·cm,respectively.

Focusing transform-based direction-of-arrival method exploiting multi-cycle frequencies

When single cycle frequency is employed, the existing spectral correlation-signal subspace fitting (SC-SSF) algorithms usually contain two disadvantages: those single-cycle estimators cannot reach the best performance; it is inconvenient to be applied in practice since the right cycle frequency has to be selected. Based on the Jacobi-Anger expansion and the idea of focusing transform, a new approach exploiting multi-cycle frequencies of cyclostationary signal is discussed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method.

Two multiparty simultaneous quantum identity authentication (MSQIA) protocols based on secret sharing are presented. All the users can be authenticated by a trusted third party (TTP) simultaneously. In the first protocol,the TTP shares a random key K with all the users using quantum secret sharing. The ith share acts as the authentication key of the ith user. When it is necessary to perform MSQIA,the TTP generates a random number R secretly and sends a sequence of single photons encoded with K and R to all the users. According to his share,each user performs the corresponding unitary operations on the single photon sequence sequentially. At last,the TTP can judge whether the impersonator exists. The sec-ond protocol is a modified version with a circular structure. The two protocols can be efficiently used for MSQIA in a network. They are feasible with current technol-ogy.

Surface Nanocrystallization of Magnesium Alloy AZ91D by High-Energy Shot Peening

High-energy shot peening （HESP）, a method to produce severe plastic deformation by high velocity flying balls, was applied on die cast magnesium alloy AZ91D. Effects of surface nanocrystallization by HESP and heat treatment at different temperatures were investigated. The mi- crostructure evolution was conducted using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and field emission scanning electronic microscopy （FESEM）. The hardness was measured by microhardness tester. The experimental results show that surface nanocrystrallization of AZ91D obtained by HESP would lead to the increase of microhardness. Low temperature heated at 100℃ for 1 h do not change the property obviously. However, both the microstructure and microhardness vary greatly after heat treatment at 400℃ for 1 h.
