＜正＞The pathwise convergence of a distributed, asynchronous stochastic approximation（SA） scheme is analyzed. The conditions imposed on the step size and noise are the weakest in comparison with the existing ones. The step sizes in different processors are allowed to be different, and the time-delays between processors are also allowed to be different and even time-varying.

Identification of a marine agarolytic bacterium Agarivorans albus QM38 and cloning and sequencing its beta-agarase genes

A total of 117 agar-decomposing cultures were isolated from coastal seawater around Qingdao, china. The phenotypic and agarolytic features of an agarolytic isolate, QM38, were investigated. The strain was gram negative, strictly aerobic, curved rod and polar flagellum. On the basis of several phenotypic characters, biochemical and morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis of the gene coding for the 16S rRNA, the strain was identified as Agarivorans albus strain QM38. This strain can liquefy the agar on the solid agar plate. An excellular agarase activity was determined in liquid culture. The enzyme exhibited maximal activity at 40 ℃, pH 7.6. Its activity was greatly affected by different concentrations of agarose. The highest activity 32 U/ml was achieved in the culture supernatant. The hydrolytic product was analyzed by fluorophore-assisted carbohydrate electrophoresis （FACE）. After complete hydrolysis of agarose, a series of agaro-oligosaccharides were produced. The main products of the enzymes were oligosaccharides in the degree of polymerization （DP） of 2, 4, 6 and 8. Three genes agaD01, agaD02 and agaD03, encodingβ-agarases, had been cloned from genomic DNA of Agarivorans albus strain QM38. The open reading frame of agaDOl, consisted of 2 988 bp, and shared 95.5%-98.9% identity to the β-agarase genes of some strains of Vibrio and Agarivorans. Gene agaD02 comprised 2 868 bp and encoded a 955- amino-acid protein. It showed 97.4% and 98.7~0 identity to the β-agarase genes of strain Vibrio sp. PO-303 and strain Vibrio sp. JT0107, respectively. Only partial sequence of agaD03 gene has been cloned. It showed 96.5% identity to β-agarase gene （agaB） of Pseudoalteromonas sp. CY24, and shared 96.8% identity to β-agarase-c gene of Vibrio sp. PO-303.

The Mu Us Sandland is characterized by water shortage and *** mechanical perturbation(MP) induced by wind is ubiquitous in this area,the interactions between water and MP are *** studies have revealed that soil water and MP have different,even opposite effects on *** we hypothesized that the MP effects on perennial grasses might be suppressed by increased soil water in inland dune *** seedlings of Psammochloa villosa were subjected to two levels of MP(non-MP versus MP 60 s d-1) and two levels of water supply(200 ml d-1 versus 400 ml d-1).MP significantly decreased plant height, leaves,total biomass,and root/shoot ratio;increased soil water significantly enhanced leaves,total biomass,and root/shoot *** interactions between MP and water on the height and root/shoot ratio were *** findings indicate:(1) that MP is a stressful factor for plant growth in terms of biomass,and its effects on *** can be partially suppressed by increased soil water;(2) that changes in height and root/shoot ratio may facilitate plants to cope with arid and windy environments.

The implementation of frequency and angle measurements of L-Array based on designed FPGA+DS P system is studied in this *** proposed processing methods is discussed with real data,the peak searching MUS IC algorithm and the unitary transformation root MUS IC algorithm are both implemented in DS P,and the processing results show that the time of unitary transformation root MUS IC algorithm is faster than that of peak searching MUS IC algorithm by 62.6% at the same precision *** unitary transformation root MUS IC algorithm can also find the wideband signal in the experimentation.

＜正＞ Both the cold and the heat shock induce significant synthesis changes of the HSP70 （Heat Shock Protein 70 family） in the locust. The synthesis changes with the insect development stages. HSP73 is expressed primarily in the cold and the heat shocked embryos. In the embryo stage 1, the expression of HSP73 is just observed in the Beidagang population. The synthesis of the HSP73increases extensively with the proceeding of the embryo in all the three populations. The highest synthesis occurred in the stage 111 embryo of the Heshuo population. Temperature acclimation can also induce the increase expression of several proteins. Kinds of protein synthesis activity reduced to a very low degree due to heat acclimation. At cold acclimation , protein of 70kD and some low molecular weight proteins increased synthesis. At high temperature acclimation, proteins of 87kD and 60kD synthesized more actively. The proteins of 37kD and 3 1 kD increased synthesis both at cold and heat acclimation. The same kinds of protein expressed at various temperature acclimations give the sign of cross - adaptation indeed occurred .

Calculation of radiation acoustical fields from phased arrays with nonparaxial multi-Gaussian beam model

A nonparaxial multi-Gaussian beam model based on the rectangular aperture is proposed in order to overcome the limitation of paraxial Gaussian beam model which losing accuracy in off-axis beam fields. With the method, acoustical field generated by an ultrasonic linear phased array transducer is calculated and compared with the corresponding field obtained by Rayleigh-Sommerfeld integral, paraxial multi-Gaussian beam model, and Fraunhoffer approximation method. Simulation examples show that nonparaxial multi-Gaussian beam model is not limited by the paraxial approximation condition and can predict efficiently and accurately the acoustical field radiated by a linear phased array transducer over a wide range of steering angles.

Cancer cells are resistant to apoptosis and show a shift in energy production from mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation to cytosolic *** observe the metabolic reprogramming of esophageal cancer,8 pairs of tissue specimens of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) were separated and identified via 2-DE-MALDI-TOF-MS strategy.A total of 37 differentially expressed proteins were recognized as an exclusive profile that could distinguish ESCC from normal esophagus tissues,including 23 up-regulated and 14 down-regulated proteins. In which,five key proteins of glycolytic pathway were identified overexpressed in ESCC with lymph node *** glucose metabolism and lactate production of ESCC cells were found more active than that of the normal epithelia *** migration of esophageal cancer cells KYSE410 was found more effective than that of KYSE30 ***,it was also found KYSE410 with higher aerobic glycolysis and invasion capability than that of KYSE30 ***,the oligomycin,a respiration suppressor through suppressing the ATPase-F1 subunit, was enhanced glycolysis of KYSE30 cells,whereas it was no effect on KYSE410 *** may be energy supportment of KYSE30 partially depended on oxygen respiration and KYSE410 was more depending on *** data suggested that the Warburg effect may also exist in esophageal cancer and cancer cell movement was correlated with aerobic glycolysis.
