强降水过程中垂直螺旋度和散度通量及其拓展形式的诊断分析

在垂直螺旋度的基础上,定义了散度通量,水汽垂直螺旋度和水汽散度通量三个宏观物理量.针对两次强降水过程,利用NCEP/NCAR实时分析资料对这些物理量进行诊断分析,结果表明,这些物理量能够比较准确地综合表征强降水系统所共有的典型动力场垂直结构,进而与降水系统的发展演变密切相关.这些物理量垂直积分的异常值区与观测的6h累积地面降水具有良好的对应关系,表明它们对强降水的落区和降水系统的发展移动具有良好的指示预测意义.NCEP-GFS每日四次6h预报场资料的计算表明,垂直螺旋度和散度通量及其拓展形式(水汽垂直螺旋度和水汽散度通量)对强降水系统的发展演变具有一定的预报能力,并且水汽散度通量是比较突出的对暴雨具有指示预报意义的动力预报因子.

中国抗癌协会理事长樊代明院士在国际上率先提出“整合医学”理念并付诸实践,被誉为“整合医学”全球第一人,他首次提出“肿瘤防治,赢在整合”。“整合医学”理念提出后,得到了国家高度重视和世界医学界的关注。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步完善医疗卫生服务体系的意见》指出,到2035年,形成与基本实现社会主义现代化相适应,体系完整、分工明确、功能互补、连续协同、运行高效、富有韧性的整合型医疗卫生服务体系。通过13年来的不懈努力,樊代明院士领衔逐步建立起适合我国国情的《中国肿瘤整合诊治指南(CACA)》体系,并通过CACA精读巡讲、进校园、指导科研等方式,解决“医教、医研”脱节问题,推动相关领域改革,为国家卫生服务体系建设贡献出CACA智慧与力量。2024年6月22日,在中国成都第3届“人民医学传播大会”现场,在樊代明、黄荷凤、王琦、陈士林等院士和3 000名专家学者的见证下,《整合医学宣言》重磅发布。这一宣言由百余位两院院士和百余位医科大学校长/院长联名签署,其发布为人类医学的发展起到积极的推动作用。由此,人类医学将迈向一个新的发展历史时期。

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in china,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for china,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

In an effort to study the severe rainfall event of 4—5th July 2000 in beijing (with 24h accumulated precipitation of 240 mm), we perform numerical simulations to investigate this event using the MM5v3.6 model. The model is initialized with the MM5/WRF 3DVAR analysis, which incorporates the ground-based GPS precipitable water vapor, automatic and conventional meteorological observations in its assimilation step. For 24 h accumulated precipitation forecast, the threat scores are 0.72, 0.76, 0.67 and 0.63, for thresholds of 1, 5, 10, and 20 mm, respectively. Holding other factors unchanged, sensitivity experiments were conducted with different topographic resolutions of 110, 50 and 3.7 km to investigate the topographic effects on precipitation over the beijing area. In these sensitivity experiments, we attempt to preserve the realistic orographic distribution in the model topography under the condition of keeping the dynamic-thermodynamic consistency of the initial model atmosphere to the extent possible. Results indicate that the unique topographic distribution and variations in the beijing area play an important role in determining the location, distribution and intensity of heavy precipitation.

2012-2013年，北京市考古研究院（时为北京市文物研究所）对位于北京市通州区永顺镇皇木厂村的运河核心区5号地项目进行了考古发掘，此次发掘共发现唐代墓葬四座，这四座唐墓遭到严重的破坏，但大体保留了墓葬的基本形制。根据墓葬弧方形的墓室特征以及M76墓室内的仿木结构特征，大体可以判断这四座墓葬的建造年代当属于唐代中晚期。唐代幽州是朝廷经营辽东的前沿阵地，隋炀帝时期开凿的永济渠是经略辽东运送军用物资和军队的重要交通通道，这四座墓葬所在位置恰好在永济渠附近，为研究唐代通州地区人民的物质生活以及社会发展情况提供了重要的物质资料。

An integrated index which can be used to indicate the advance of subtropical summer monsoon in East Asia has been proposed in this *** index was comhined by three variables including precipitation,wind and pseudo-equivalent potential tempera- *** northernmost summer monsoon location(NSML)was identified by using this index *** was found that the NSML ex- perienced an interdecadal shift in the period 1977—1979 based on the annual index analysis from 1961 to 2001.A comparison of the NSML with other four summer monsoon indices has also been *** result showed that the NSML could well represent the interan- nual and interdecadal variability of summer monsoon precipitation in North china(beyond 35°N),while other four indices could well indi- cate the precipitation anomalies of East Asian summer monsoon along the Yangtze River valley(around 30°N).
