＜正＞BACKGROUND:Microcystin（MC）,a cyclic nonribosomal peptide,is mainly produced by the bloom-forming cyanobacerium Microcystis,which has become an environmental hazard *** in freshwater is known to be very toxic for plants,animals,and *** term consumption of MC-containing water may induce liver damage,liver cancer,and even human ***,in addition to removal or neutralization of MC in drinking water,novel strategies that prevent health damages are urgently ***（SFN）,a natural-occurring isothiocyanate from cruciferous vegetables,has been reported to reduce and eliminate toxicities from xenobiotics and carcinogens.

Aim:To investigate the anticancer activity of dihydroartemisinin （DHA）,a deriva-tive of antimalaria drug artemisinin in a panel of human ovarian cancer cell ***:Cell growth was determined by the MTT viability *** andcell cycle progression were evaluated by a DNA fragmentation gel electro-phoresis,flow cytometry assay,and TUNEL assay;protein and mRNA expression wereanalyzed by Western blotting and RT-PCR ***:Artemisinin and itsderivatives,including artesunate,arteether,artemether,arteannuin,and DHA,exhibit anticancer growth activities in human ovarian cancer *** them,DHA is the most effective in inhibiting cell *** cancer cell lines aremore sensitive （5-10-fold） to DHA treatment compared to normal ovarian *** at micromolar dose levels exhibits a dose-and time-dependent cyto-toxicity in ovarian cancer cell ***,DHA induced apoptosis and G2cell cycle arrest,accompanied by a decrease of Bcl-xLand Bcl-2 and an increase ofBax and ***:The promising results show for the first time that DHAinhibits the growth of human ovarian cancer *** selective inhibition ofovarian cancer cell growth,apoptosis induction,and G2arrest provide in vitroevidence for further studies of DHA as a possible anticancer drug in the clinicaltreatment of ovarian cancer.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 3. members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

A tumor vasculature is highly unstable and immature, characterized by a high proliferation rate of endothelial cells, hyper-permeability, and chaotic blood flow. The dysfunctional vasculature gives rise to continual plasma leakage and hypoxia in the tumor, resulting in constant on-sets of inflammation and angiogenesis. Tumors are thus likened to wounds that will not heal. The lack of functional mural cells, including pericytes and vascular smooth muscle cells, in tumor vascular structure contributes significantly to the abnormality of tumor vessels. Angiopoietin-1 (Ang1) is a physiological angiogenesis promoter during embryonic development. The function of Ang1 is essential to endothelial cell survival, vascular branching, and pericyte recruitment. However, an increasing amount of experimental data suggest that Ang1-stimulated association of mural cells with endothelial cells lead to stabilization of newly formed blood vessels. This in turn may limit the otherwise continuous angiogenesis in the tumor, a
