Web search engines are very useful information service tools in the Internet. The current web search engines produce search results relating to the search terms and the actual information collected by them. Since the selections of the search results cannot affect the future ones, they may not cover most people’s interests. In this paper, feedback information produced by the user’s accessing lists will be represented by the rough set and can reconstruct the query string and influence the search results. And thus the search engines can provide self-adaptability. This paper discusses efficient estimation for the additive hazards regression model when only bivariate current status data are available. Current status data occur in many fields including demographical studies and tumorigenicity experiments （Keiding, 1991; Sun, 2006） and several approaches have been proposed for the additive hazards model with univariate current status data （Linet M., 1998; Martinussen and Scheike, 2002）. For bivariate data, in addition to facing the same problems as those with univariate data, one needs to deal with the association or correlation between two related failure time variables of interest. For this, we employ the copula model and an efficient estimation procedure is developed for inference. Simulation studies are performed to evaluate the proposed estimates and suggest that the approach works well in practical situations. An illustrative example is provided.

Aim:Insulin exerts anti-apoptotic effects in both cardiomyocytes and coronaryendothelial cells following ischemia/reperfusion（I/R）via the Akt-endothelial ni-tric oxide synthase survival signal *** important insulin signalingmight further contribute to the improvement of cardiac function after *** this study,we tested the hypothesis that sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-AT-Pase（SERCA2a）is involved in the insulin-induced improvement of cardiac con-tractile function following I/***:Ventricular myocytes were enzymaticallyisolated from adult SD *** I/R was induced by perfusing cells withchemical anoxic solution for 15 min followed by reperfusion with Tyrode's solu-tion with or without insulin for 30 *** shortening and intracellularcalcium transients were assessed and underlying mechanisms were ***:Reperfusion with insulin(10-7mol/L)significantly improved the recoveryof contractile function（n=15-20 myocytes from 6-8 hearts,P2+)fluorescenceratio,shortened time to peak Ca2+and time to 50% diastolic Ca2+,compared withthose in cells reperfused with vehicle（P2a activity were both increased in insulin-treated I/R cardiomyocytes,which were markedly inhibited by pretreatment of cells with a specific Akt ***,inhibition of Akt activity abolished insulin-induced positive contrac-tile and calcium transients responses in I/R ***:Thesedata demonstrated for the first time that insulin improves the recovery of contrac-tile function in simulated I/R cardiomyocytes in an Akt-dependent and SERCA2a-mediated fashion.

A condition for local moment formation in metals derived by Stoddart and March (Ann. Phys. NY 1972 64. 174. is first used to discuss the ferromagnetism of body-centred-cubic Fe. A less detailed discussion is also added on Ni and Co. This leads into a treatment of the non- linear response of such 3d ferromagnets to dilute substitutional impurities. Antiferromagnets responding to local changes in the exchange field caused by such impurities are also studied, Mn in Cr being one such system discussed. The paper concludes with a brief summary of clusters of transition metal atoms, with most attention devoted to Cr and to Mn.
