Researches on propagation characteristics of wireless channel in cropland environments will lay the foundation for network deployments of wireless sensor network （WSN） for agricultural information *** this study,cropland with corn in maturity stage was selected as the representative of worst-case scenarios for radio propagation within cropland,and the propagation mechanisms and the impact factors on the propagation characteristics of wireless channel in this environment were *** addition,the power strength Radio Signal Strength Indicator （RSSI） and Packet Loss Rate （PLR） were measured in cornfields,and the node’s coverage was further *** experimental results were analyzed to provide the guidance and suggestion for the WSN *** the engineering practice,the nodes shall be placed in open area such as wide walkways when it is possible in order to minimize propagation loss and increase the node’s coverage *** the antenna height of 1.4m to 1.6m is a good option,which will be more economic and ***,experimental results also verified that rainfall doesn’t have much effect on the propagation of 2.4GHz wireless *** although raising the transmitted power can increase the transmission range significantly,both the power usage of battery and the radio surveillance regulations have to be taken into account.

This paper designed a synthesized rural E-government system for use at the municipal to village levels. All the everyday information management functions are included in the system, such as social and public affairs, resources, financial transactions and so on. Because of the integration of office automation and geographical information system, the system can query the information in detail and provide an easy-to-use management platform for data management and external publicity. The three-tier software structure and some unique design skills are used in the system to improve the development efficiency and the system robustness.

Fresh fruits and vegetables has become a public concern from the food security aspect. And the prediction of shelf-life loss under the fluctuated temperature becomes one of the key problems in food supply chain operation. So this paper identifies the impact aspects of produce decaying during distribution. For the key temperature factor, the process is divided into three phases: sorting, traveling and door-opening. Based on time-temperature function, a model of shelf-life loss of horticultural produce during distribution is developed by evaluating respiration rate of vegetables and fruits considering both the environment fluctuated temperature and vehicle vibration during traveling. Taking eggplant as an example, the numerical experiment result demonstrates that the average cost for ambient distribution is 2.8 times of the insulation way.

The canopy hyperspectral reflectance of winter wheat infected with yellow rust at different levels of severity were measured by an ASD FieldSpec Pro FR spectrometer in the field and the concentrations of chlorophyll a(Chl a) in the leaves corresponding to the spectra were determined by biochemical methods in the *** analyses were made between Chl a concentrations and canopy hyperspectral data of diseased wheat. Results show that foliar Chl a concentrations are strongly correlated with canopy spectrum in the visible region and the first-order derivative spectrum in blue edge,green edge,and red *** and nonlinear models for estimating Chl a concentrations of the diseased wheat were built based on several spectral *** indicate that SDr/SDg,in which SDr and SDg are the sums of the first derivative within red and green edges,outperformed the other indices in predicting Chl a *** relative estimation errors for Chl a for 12 unseen samples are 17.5..It is concluded that derivative spectra in red edge and green edge have strong prediction power for foliar Chl a concentrations of diseased winter *** hyperspectral remote sensing data to monitor crop disease and nutrition status is very promising.

A new design proposal of real-time power quality monitoring and analysis platform based on virtual instruments technology is proposed that aims at the key issues that affecting the quality of rural power network. From steady-state to transient-state, this article discusses the typical algorithms of harmonic analysis, voltage deviation and unbalance in three-phase, voltage swells and dips, voltage fluctuation, transient oscillation and the theory of power quality disturbances detection based on Hilbert phase-shifting. Completing the software design of power quality monitoring and analysis platform based on NI （National Instruments）-LabVIEW, which including visual design algorithm of the monitoring and analysis, graphical display of the calculation, analysis and display of the results, auxiliary we also use the FLUKE standard power source. The actual results show that the test results of our platform are accurate, the interfaces are friendly and the performances are steady and practical.

In this paper, a dynamic lighting control system for balancing light and shade in a full-scale private office is discussed. This system was developed to control the amount of indoor light by automatically adjusting the blinds and artificial lighting. Compared with previous work, the innovation of this system is the application of a fuzzy neural network and the feedback control of blinds turning. The fuzzy neural network is used to forecast the venetian blind turning angle. The angle feedback control is used to achieve the blind position with self-adaptive adjusting. The system was tested and verified in three different types of weather. The conclusion presented that the optimal angle of venetian blind operation and providing indoor visual comfort can be effectively controlled.

Studies on electrical Activation of Porcine Oocytes Matured in vitro and Embryo Culture Systems

Conditions for electrical parthenogenetic activation of porcine oocytes matured in vitro and in vitro culture systems of porcine embryo were studied. The best results were achieved under the conditions of electrical field strength and the pulse duration at 130Vmm-1/80 us, with a blastocyst development rate of (20.12 ± 8.18) % (P > 0.05.. No significant difference was found between treatments of multiple pulses and a single pulse (P > 0.05.. Parthenogenetic embryos were cultured with different methods and air conditions for 7 days in vitro, blastocyst development rate of embryos with changed culture media [ (26.44 ± 8.35. % ] or changed media with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) [ (17.68 ± 5.39)% ] on the fifth day showing no significant difference from that of embryos without change of culture media [ (25.30 ± 7.5.) % , P > 0.05.], while cell numbers of blastocysts from embryos with changed culture media (15.78 + 5.46 and 14.5. ± 4.81) were significantly lower than number of blastocysts from embryos without change of culture media (18.01 ± 6.79, P5.CO2: 7%O2:88%N2) also showed no significant difference from those in high O2(5.CO2 in air) [(20.78 ± 8. 80)% and 17.0016.12 vs. (25.30 ± 7.5.)% and 18.0116.79, P>0.05.. It is concluded that change of culture media with the same new one or changing over to media with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) on the fifth day and low O2 environment are not necessary for porcine embryos development.

Based on WSN（Wireless Sensor Network）technology, this article designed a wireless sensor network node for vegetation parameter’s measurement, which can be used at large space scale and in long temporal series measurement activity. Preliminary validation of the wireless sensor network node’s algorithm and performance are presented in this article. The results indicated that the algorithm can estimate the vegetation parameters accurately from the measurement of transmittance of radiance through the canopy. The relative error of estimated LAI（Leaf Area Index） is 5., and the LIDF（Leaf Inclination Distribution Function）agree with that of real vegetation structure basically. The sensitivity of designed wireless sensor network node is tested by measuring transmitted light intensity of projected direct LED light to leaves which have been punched with different density hole. The results indicted that the measured transmittance of leaves has high correlation with the holes density though it was also found that value of the former was slightly lower than that of the latter.

The conformation is the main parameter in dairy cow appraisal;hence, it is necessary for the measuring and evaluating of dairy conformation to use machine vision technology in 3D reconstruction. The feature points detecting and matching are the pivotal steps in 3D reconstruction. The conventional SIFT feature points matching algorithm has shortcomings of too large search area and low efficiency, An improved SIFT feature points matching algorithm is proposed to reduce the search range from both row and column directions based on binocular vision principle. 2.7 times of in speed by the improved algorithm has been shown in the experiments compared with that of the conventional algorithm with the same matching precision.

The Digital Wireless Monitoring System for water quality continuous measurement in aquaculture was developed based on IEEE802.15.4 standard and ZigBee. Multi-parameter water quality node, temperature chain node, routing node and an on-site monitoring center were designed and implemented. Multi-parameter water quality node was created for measurement of DO, EC, Water Lever and temperature in sea cucumber ponds. A temperature chain node is designed to monitor temperature profile change especially. Three types of energy supply were adopted to achieve demand of indoor and outdoor application in aquaculture farm. Both multi-parameter water quality node and temperature chain node are reduced funcition devices, which send measurement data to routing node. The Routing node used to extend the range of continuous monitoring in aquaculture farm. The DWMS with six multi-parameter water quality nodes, two temperature chain nodes, three routing nodes and one on-site monitoring center was integrated and evaluated in Marine Aquaculture Demonstration Center, Dongying, Shangdong, ***. Continuous monitoring data revealed that the system based on WSN was cost effective, easy- to-use, and reliable.
