＜正＞The effects of selenium and fatty acid supplementation on fatty acid composition and antioxidant status of erythrocyte membrane in lambs were *** two lambs with average body weight of 26±1 kg were divided into 4 groups and each was fed basal diet+5% linseed oil（LO）,or LO+2 mg Se/ kg DM（as sodium selenite）（LOSe）,or basal diet+5% sunflower oil（SO）,or SO+2 mg Se/kg DM（SOSe）. Selenium supplementation increased the concentration of C 18:2t-10,c-12,and also the concentration of C20:5n-3 of erythrocyte membrane of the lambs fed the sunflower oil *** fed the linseed oil diet had higher concentrations of C 18:2t-10,c-12,C 18:*** C20:5n-3 in erythrocyte membrane. Erythrocyte membrane of the lambs fed sunflower oil diet had higher concentrations of C 18:lt-11. C18:2n-6,C18:2c-9,t-11 and C22:*** status increased with selenium supplementation, and lambs fed sunflower oil diet had higher total antioxidative capability.

A total of 480 nursery pigs （Duroc x Landrace x Large White） were utilized in two experiments conducted to determine the effects of different ratios of standardized ileal digestible lysine （SID- Lys） to metabolizable energy （ME） ratio on the performance, nutrient digestibility, plasma urea nitrogen （PUN） ,and plasma free amino acids of 10 to 28 kg pigs. In Exp. 1, 192 pigs （ 10.58 kg） were assigned to one of four treatments. The treatments consisted of diets with a ME content of 3.2, 3.25, 3.3, or 3.35 Mcal/kg with a constant SID-Lys：ME ratio of 3.7 g/Mcal. The experiment lasted 28 days. Pigs which were fed the diets containing 3.3 and 3.35 Mcal/kg ME had lower feed intakes （ P 〈 0.05）than those fed 3.2 Mcal/kg. Feed efficiency was linearly improved with increasing dietary ME （ P 〈0.05）. Increasing the dietary ME level also increased （P 〈0.05 ） dry matter and energy digestibility. Therefore,3.3 Mcal/kg ME was selected for Exp. 2 in which 288 pigs （ 10.60 kg） were assigned to one of six treatments. Treatments consisted of SID-Lys： ME ratios of 3.1,3.3,3.5,3.7,3.9, or 4.1 g/Mcal with all diets providing 3.3 Mcal of ME/kg. Weight gain and feed efficiency were increased （P 〈0.05 ） as the SID-Lys：ME ratio in diet increased. Based on a straight broken-line model ,the estimated SID-Lys：ME ratio to maximize weight gain was 3.74.

Two experiments were conducted to in- vestigate the effects of net energy （NE） level on the performance and carcass traits of finishing pigs fed low crude protein （CP） diets supplemented with crystalline amino acids （CAA）. A total of 216 （Exp. 1） and 360 （Exp. 2 ） barrows （ Yorkshire × Landrace× Duroc ） were allotted to one of six treatments （n =6）. The experimental diets were based on corn and soybean meal, and consisted of a high-CP diet that contained approximately 16% CP and 2.50 Mcal/kg of NE as well as five low-CP diets in which the CP level of the diet was reduced by approximately four percentage units but was supplemented with crystalline lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan. The low CP diets provided 2.64, 2.58, 2.50, 2.42, or 2.36 Mcal/kg in Exp. 1 as well as 2.45, 2.40, 2.35, 2.30, or 2.25 Mcai/kg in Exp.2. In Exp. 1, a linear （P=0.03） increase in weight gain was observed with decreasing NE level while the ratio of gain to feed was unaffect- ed （P 〉 0.05） by NE level. There was a linear in-crease （P = 0.01 ） in the percentage of fat-free lean and a linear decrease （ P = 0.03 ） in the percentage of total fat with decreasing NE levels. In Exp. 2, a sig- nificant quadratic （ P = 0.03 ） effect of NE level was observed for weight gain. The ratio of gain to feed demonstrated a significant （P 〈0.01 ） quadratic effect with pigs fed 2.35 and 2.40 Mcal/kg of NE, Pigs fed the diet containing 2.40 Mcal/kg of NE had the lowest percentage of total fat （36. 95% ） and the highest percentage of fat-free lean （49.36%）. The overall results of these experiments indicate that feed- ing either a surplus or a deficiency of NE is detrimen- tal to both pig performance and carcass composition when low CP diets supplemented with CAA are fed. Our results indicate that when the CP content of the diet is reduced by four percentage units and the diet is properly supplemented with CAA, maximum per- formance and carcass quality will be obtained if the diet provides approximately

In order to develop a novel dietary additive for the potential application in domestic animals and human,one fraction of chinese Yam(CY) polysaccharide was *** study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementing CY polysaccharide on the immune response and health growth in weaned *** supplementing CY polysaccharide increased the average daily feed intake and average daily gain,while decreased the feed-gain ratio overall after the supplementation compared with the non-additive *** polysaccharide also significantly increased the serum contents of IL-2 and TNF,as well as proliferation activity of peripheral lymphocytes,but decreased the serum contents of low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride compared with the non- supplemented *** increase in cellular immunity in the CY polysaccharide- supplemented weaned rats, conferring an important protective role in the non- specific defense against *** herbal polysaccharide,as a natural green dietary additive for promoting the immune response and healthy growth,may offer an effective alternative to antibiotics for weaned animals.

This experiment was conducted to diagnose Peste des Petits Ruminants based on the eukaryotically-expressed PPRV nucleoprotein through an indirect ELISA. The full-length PPRV nucleoprotein gene was obtained from viral genome RNA by RT-PCR. The amplified fragments were cloned into baculovirus donor vectors pFastHTA of the Bac-to-Bac system. These recombinant plasmids, pFastHTA-PPRV-N, were transformed into DH10Bac host bacteria to obtain recombinant shuttle plasmids, pBacmid-PPRV-N. Recombinant baculovirus, Bacmid-PPRV-N, was generated for expression of the PPRV nucleoprotein by transfecting recombinant pBacmid-PPRV-N with Lipofectamine 2000 into Sf21 insect cells. The efficient expression of PPRV Nucleoprotein by baculovirus in Sf21 cells was verified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. An indirect ELISA was developed using recombinant PPRV nucleoprotein as the coating antigen. 37 goat sera from an epidemic area in Tibet and 92 goat sera from a non-infected area in Qinghai Province were simultaneously detected by the indirect ELISA, developed here, and the international standard cELISA kit. The sensitivity and specificity of the indirect ELISA was 100% and 96.2% compared with the cELISA kit. The coincidence rate of the two methods was 96.9%. The results demonstrated that the indirect ELISA established in this study works well for diagnosis of PPR.

本试验旨在研究L-茶氨酸对过氧化氢(H_2O_2)诱导山羊瘤胃上皮细胞凋亡的保护作用。采集42日龄的湘东黑山羊的瘤胃组织进行原代细胞分离、培养、纯化。对照组采用完全培养基,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在完全培养基中添加800μmol/L H_2O_2、4 mmol/L L-茶氨酸+800μmol/L H_2O_2、8 mmol/L L-茶氨酸+800μmol/L H_2O_2和16 mmol/L L-茶氨酸+800μmol/L H_2O_2,每组3个重复。培养12 h后,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞存活率,采用流式细胞术检测细胞周期,采用实时定量PCR法和蛋白质印迹(Western blot)法检测Bax和Bcl-2基因及其蛋白的表达。结果表明:L-茶氨酸能显著提高H_2O_2损伤的瘤胃上皮细胞存活率(P2基因和蛋白表达量(P2和Bax基因和蛋白表达量的比值(P2O_2导致的瘤胃上皮细胞损伤;体外条件下,培养液中添加的L-茶氨酸浓度高于8 mm/L时能有效发挥抗凋亡作用。对瘤胃上皮细胞损伤有一定的治疗和保护作用。
