全面注册制下跟投制度完善研究——基于新股定价、后市表现及解禁效应的视角

本文以注册制改革为背景,深入探究跟投制度对新股定价、新股后市表现的影响以及跟投制度的解禁效应。研究发现:(1)跟投制度会显著降低新股定价,跟投比例越高,新股上市首日收益率和IPO抑价率越高;(2)跟投制度能显著提高IPO公司上市后业绩,跟投比例越高,新股后市表现越好;(3)跟投比例越高,越可能吸引有博彩倾向的散户投资者,形成投机泡沫,而随着解禁期到来,可交易股票供给增加,投机泡沫破裂,累积异常收益率、异常波动率和异常交易量都将降低。本研究为全面注册制背景下进一步优化跟投制度提供了经验证据。

Let G be a finite p-solvable group and k be an algebraic closed field of characteristic p. It is proved that any projective indecomposable module of a G-graded k-algebra is an induced module of a module of the subalgebra graded by a Hall p′-subgroup. A necessary and sufficient condition for the indecomposability of an induced module from a Hall p′-subgroup is obtained.

In this paper, using capacity theory and extension theorem of Lipschitz functions we first discuss the uniqueness of weak solution of nonhomogeneous quasilinear elliptic equationsin space W(θ,p)(Ω), which is bigger than W1,p(Ω). Next, using revise reverse Holder inequality we prove that if ωc is uniformly p-think, then there exists a neighborhood U of p, such that for all t ∈U, the weak solutions of equation corresponding t are bounded uniformly. Finally, we get the stability of weak solutions on exponent p.

An evaluation model of an international venture investment project on the basis of fuzzy matter-element and combined weight methods is introduced. First, the compound fuzzy matter-element of optimal subordinate degree is constructed on the principle of the bigger-more-optimal or the less-more-optimal depending on the actual evaluation indicators, and combined with standard fuzzy matter-element to form a difference-square fuzzy matter-element. Secondly, a combined weight is calculated by both information entropy and the expert grading method. Finally, the compound fuzzy matter-element of Euclidian approach degree by M(·,+)method is constituted and used to classify venture investment projects. Based on the model above, six venture investment projects in a company are evaluated, and the results show that the projects are all good, which is demonstrated by the good income of the projects. Therefore, the coincidence of evaluation results and actual operation status indicates that the model is of great value in practical application.

Let ：T2k＋1 be the set of trees on 2k＋ 1 vertices with nearly perfect matchings, and let S2k＋2 be the set of trees on 2k ＋ 2 vertices with perfect matchings. The largest Laplacian spectral radii of trees in ：T2k＋l and S2k＋2 and the corresponding trees were given by Guo （2003）. In this paper, the authors determine the second to the sixth largest Laplacian spectral radii among all trees in T2k＋1 and give the corresponding trees.

Bifurcations of periodic orbits of three-well Duffing system with a phase shift are investigated in detail. The conditions of the existence and bifurcations for harmonics, subharmonics （2-order, 3- order and m-order） and superharmonics under small perturbations are given by using second-order averaging method and Melnikov＇s method. The influence of the phase shift on the dynamics is also obtained.
