Eight transects including sixteen stations were established in the Fugong mangrove (117°54′-117°55′E,24°22′-24°24′N) of the Jiulong River Estuary,Fujian,china.A physical, chemical and microbiological evaluation of sediments was made using measurements of routine physical and chemical properties,and bacterial *** distribution pattern of bacterial α-glucosidase and β-glucosidase activities was investigated using a fluorogenic model substrate (FMS) technique with modification in order to allow better understanding of in situ enzyme activities,as well as their relation to bacterial biomass,metabolic activity and environmental factors in mangrove *** results showed that the enzyme activities of α-glucosidase (10.83～100.86μmol/L/h) and β-glucosidase (39.60～222.75μmol/L/h) varied among the different stations,and the enzyme activities of β-glucosidase were higher than those of α-glucosidase at all *** extracellular enzyme activities were positively related to organic C,organic matter and bacterial *** results also suggest that,based on the activities of α-glucosidase and β-glucosidase,they may be the most important extracellular enzymes in mangrove *** addition,the use of the FMS technique to measure extracellular enzyme activities of mangrove sediments could help us to evaluate their catabolic behavior in situ and so lead to a better understanding of the polluted status of mangrove swamp ecosystems.

The complex oxide Dy_(10)W_2O_(21) was synthesized by a solid-state reactionand isolated in cubic symmetry by an X-ray diffractometry (XRD) method. Differential scanningcalorimetry (DSC) measurements show that the compound is thermodynamically stable. The intrinsicthermal expansion coefficients were determined by extra-power powder X-ray diffractometry from roomtemperature to 1000 deg C: linear coefficient alpha-bar = 1.07 X 10^(-5) deg C^(-1) and bulkcoefficient beta-bar = 3.20 X 10^(-5) deg C^(-1). Dilatometry was used to measure the extrinsicthermal expansion coefficient (9.2 X 10^(-6) deg C^(-1)).

比较了四种固定菌体的方法。结果以聚乙烯醇—海藻酸钠包埋地衣芽孢杆菌 (Bacil luslicheniformis)R0 8菌体 ,制成直径约 2mm的颗粒 ,然后用磷酸缓冲液处理 ,5 %戊二醛溶液交联 ,制得的固定化R0 8菌体 (PIRB)对Pd2 + 的吸附率最高。PIRB吸附Pd2 + 的最适pH值为3 5。吸附作用是一种迅速的过程。在 5℃～ 6 0℃范围内 ,吸附作用不受温度的影响。溶液中的PIRB含量和Pd2 + 起始浓度影响吸附作用 ,在 0 5gPIRB L、2 0 0mgPd2 + L、pH3 5和 3 0℃条件下 ,吸附 6 0min ,吸附量达 94 7mg g干重。吸附过程符合Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温式。Au3 + 等离子抑制PIRB对Pd2 + 的吸附。用lmol LHCl洗脱PIRB所吸附的Pd2 + ,解吸率为83 6 %。在填充床反应器中 ,在流速 2mL min、1 0 0mgPd2 + L、2 5gPIRB(干重 )、pH3 .5和 3 0℃条件下 ,反复吸附 -解吸附 ,最初 5批的饱和吸附量、吸附率和解吸率分别平均为 44 3mgPd2 + g干重、89 4%和 82 5 %。在与上述相同的条件下 ,PIRB对废钯催化剂处理液中的Pd2 + 的吸附量为 41 3mg g ,吸附率为 88 6 %。
