一种雾天视觉图像增强新算法

通过对基于移动模板的雾天图像增强算法研究,针对其难以匹配模板内景物深度突变信息问题,提出了一种基于幂函数的自适应加权部分重叠直方图均衡(POSHE)改进算法.该方法首先设定移动模板大小,利用幂函数构造相应维数的自适应权矩阵,并引入子块直方图均衡得到变换函数,最后将邻域内子块变换函数加权求和,得到当前子块的变换函数,实验结果表明,该方法能有效增强雾天图像局部纹理细节,同时抑制噪声,具有较好的通用性和实用性.

The problem of fault estimation for a class of non-uniformly sampled-data systems is investigated from the time delay point of view in this paper.Firstly,the output delay approach is employed to model the sampled-data system as a continuous-time one with time-varying delay output.Then,based on the analysis of the inapplicability of the adaptive fault diagnosis observer in such class of time-delay systems,a novel augmented fault estimation observer design method is proposed to guarantee the exponential convergence of the estimation errors.Furthermore,an extension to the case of time varying fault estimation for the noisy sampled-data systems is studied.Finally,simulation results of a flight control system are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust stabilization for uncertain stochastic delay systems with interconnections via decentralized sliding mode control.Some less restrictive sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized sliding surfaces are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities,by which the decentralized sliding mode controllers ensuring the reachability of the specified decentralized sliding surfaces are designed.A numerical example is included to verify the validity of the developed controller.

This paper is concerned with the problem of H control for stochastic systems with limited communication capacity. The communication limitations include state quantization,signal transmission delay and data packet dropouts.The purpose is to design a state feedback controller which ensures the exponential stability in the mean square of the closed-loop system.The controller gain is characterized in terms of the solution to a linear matrix inequality,which can be easily solved by using standard software packages.Finally,a numerical simulation example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The paper studies the parameter fitting problems of a typical nonlinear system.Two equation converted methods are used to convert the nonlinear fitting problem to the linear fitting one which is easy to solve.Then using the negative gradient searching and Newton iteration theory,we derive the gradient and Newton estimation algorithms to determine the parameters of the nonlinear system.Furthermore,the performances of the proposed approaches are analyzed and compared using a numerical example.
