The cDNA of the metallothionein-like (MT-like) gene from Festuca rubra cv. Merlin was optimized with bias codon of Chlamydomonous reinhardtii chloroplast genome. The optimized MT-like gene was de-livered into C. reinhardtii chloroplast and the transgenic strains expressing MT-like gene was obtained. PCR-Southern blot and RT-PCR-Southern blot analysis demonstrated that the MT-like gene was inte-grated into chloroplast genome of C. reinhardtii and expressed at the transcriptional level. The cad-mium binding capacity of the transgenic C. reinhardtii was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) and the binding properties were analyzed. Results showed that the transgenic C. reinhardtii expressing the MT-like gene exhibited remarkably higher Cd2+ binding capacity and grew to higher densities at toxic Cd2+ concentrations (40-100 μmol/L) than the wild type strain, and that the IC50 of Cd2+ (3-d treating ) to algal cell growth of transgenic strain was 55.43% higher than that of the wild type strain, indicating that the Cd2+ binding capacity and Cd2+ tolerance of C. reinhardtii was enhanced through the expression of the foreign MT-like gene in chloroplast.

Objective To explore the inhibition of juglone in Qinglongyi on A-549 cells in *** MTT assay was *** confocal scanning microscope was used to observe apoptotic *** of cell cycle are studied by flow cytometry *** MTT assay showed that juglone had a marked growth inhibition in A-549 cells and the IC50 is respectively 3.4×10-5 mol·L-1,1.8×10-5 mol·L-1 and 2.6×10-6 mol·L-1 after treatment for 24,48 and 72 h by *** Laser confocal scanning microscope,we can see that juglone can induce the *** cycle changes are analyzed by flow cytometry with cells at G1 phase significantly less than those of control and cells at G2 phase significantly more than those of *** It suggests that juglone could apoptosis of A-549 cells with the cell cycle arrest on G2 phase in distinct dose-dependent manner.

＜正＞This paper is concerned with problem of non-fragile generalized H2 control for linear time-delay systems. The state feedback gains are with norm-bounded controller uncertainties. For both the cases with additive and multiplicative controller uncertainties, it is addressed to design memoryless state feedback controllers such that, for all admissible uncertainties, the resulting closed-loop system is stable and has the given generalized H2 level. Sufficient conditions for the existence of desired controllers are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. When these LMIs are feasible, the expected memoryless state feedback controllers can be easily constructed via convex optimization. The result provided in this paper can be extended to dealing with uncertain time-delay systems. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed approach.

This paper is concerned with stability analysis and stabilization of Itö stochastic systems with Markovian switching.A couple of eigenvalue sets for some positive operator associated with the stochastic system under study are defined to characterize its stability in the mean square *** for these eigenvalue sets are established based on which we show that the spectral abscissa of these eigenvalues sets are the same and thus these eigenvalue sets are equivalent in the sense of characterizing the stability of the ***,it is shown that the guaranteed convergence rate of the Markovian jump Itö stochastic systems can be determined by some eigenvalue ***,a linear matrix inequality based approach is proposed to design controllers such that the closed-loop system has guaranteed convergence *** numerical examples are carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed *** research in this paper opens several perspectives for future work stated as some open problems.
