This paper establishes a framework for candidate controller design and bumpless transfer compensator synthesis of uncertain controller switched *** dividing the design into two steps,a sufficient condition is firstly given for the existence of a robust multivariable proportional-integral(PI) *** a novel bumpless transfer method is introduced based on exact model matching and H control *** method is especially well-suited to situations in which transfer is occurred in dynamic *** conditions for a bumpless transfer compensator are derived in the form of an linear matrix inequality(LMI) and several linear matrix *** results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

＜正＞This paper is concerned with the problem of sliding mode control（SMC） of a class of Takagi-Sugeno（T-S） fuzzy descriptor system with *** integral-type sliding surface function is designed by taking the descriptor matrix into account,thus the resulting sliding mode dynamics is a full-order uncertain T-S fuzzy descriptor time-delay *** use of the delay partitioning technique,a delay-dependent criterion is established,which ensures the sliding mode dynamics to be regular,impulse-free and ***,a SMC law is synthesized to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system,and the proposed SMC law can drive the dynamics of controlled system into a designated sliding surface in a finite ***,a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theories.

As the increasing use of HLA, the need for VV&A techniques specific to HLA simulations also increases. This paper discusses the unique challenges of model verification presented by distributed simulations in general and HLA federations in particular. The verification process consists of simulation programs verification, simulation support systems verification and simulation infrastructure verification, which are all different from the stand-alone simulation. Our research is just focused on these differences. Issues and approaches are proposed for each type of verification. The HLA systems' Object-Oriented characteristic and RTI verification are also analyzed in details. Finally, the lessons learned from our federation verification and the directions come to the conclusion.

针对在轨服务航天器相对椭圆轨道目标器任务要求,提出了追踪器相对目标器进行绕飞的初始条件及考虑各种摄动情况下轨道保持的最优控制算法。通过对椭圆轨道时变相对线性化方程及解析解的详细分析,给出了追踪器进行绕飞的必要条件。进一步考虑到安全问题,给出了使目标器位于绕飞轨迹中心的条件,同时还进行了给定追踪器形状和距离的绕飞轨迹设计。考虑到实际绕飞中受到各种摄动的影响,结合最优控制理论设计了控制向量受限的离散LQR最优控制器,将追踪器控制在预定的绕飞轨迹中。文中设计了三个控制误差区域,将控制器作用在合理的偏差范围内,避免了因控制测量误差而消耗大量燃料。最后进行了仿真验证,结果表明,文中的设计方法和控制算法合理有效。

Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology has become an important research method. To maximize the performance of simulation system, this paper addresses the stochastic nature of the volumetric error of 6-DOF simulation system, and proposes a new model helping the prediction of the simulation accuracy caused by uncertainties of a simulation system without going through very costly and time-consuming accuracy evaluation. Using multi-body kinematics and homogeneous transformation, each axis of the 6-DOF simulation system, which constitutes a large portion of the total simulation system error during simulating, is modeled. By synthesizing the system's parametric errors, an expression for the volumetric errors is developed. The probability of the volumetric error within the prescribed tolerance in the case of 6-DOF simulation system is analyzed and the beta distribution is adopted to obtain a distribution that can better approximate the real distribution of the sum of the variables.

针对基于Unscented卡尔曼滤波(UKF)的神经网络训练学习方法存在的计算量大,实时性差的问题,提出了一种基于Kalman/UKF组合滤波原理的神经网络学习方法,该方法综合了Kalman滤波对线性系统和UKF对非线性系统的最优估计的优势,在保证神经网络权值估计精度的同时,有效降低了神经网络权值学习的计算量,提高了神经网络训练的实时性。最后将该利用方法训练的神经网络应用于惯性导航系统的非线性初始对准过程中,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明利用提出的算法训练的神经网络与基于UKF训练的神经网络具有相同的对准精度和实时性,而提出的算法的有效降低了神经网络训练的计算量,提高了训练的运行效率,是解决惯性导航系统初始对准的一种有效和实用的方法。

This paper have made a systematic study of the superconducting Bi-2212 phase transition temperature, which has a transition temperature (Tc) around 80-93 K, and depends on precise control of synthesis conditions, mainly including heat treatment parameters, oxygen partial pressure, and annealing temperature. Partial melting of the sample during preparation helps to raise its Tc. To elucidate the origin of this strong effect, the samples were heated with different melting process. The rapid changes in Tc value are associated with small changes in oxygen content, which depends on the annealing temperature and the oxygen partial pressure. We have optimized the above mentioned parameters for Bi-2212 film, and Tconset was improved to 93 K.

The cDNA of the metallothionein-like (MT-like) gene from Festuca rubra cv. Merlin was optimized with bias codon of Chlamydomonous reinhardtii chloroplast genome. The optimized MT-like gene was de-livered into C. reinhardtii chloroplast and the transgenic strains expressing MT-like gene was obtained. PCR-Southern blot and RT-PCR-Southern blot analysis demonstrated that the MT-like gene was inte-grated into chloroplast genome of C. reinhardtii and expressed at the transcriptional level. The cad-mium binding capacity of the transgenic C. reinhardtii was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) and the binding properties were analyzed. Results showed that the transgenic C. reinhardtii expressing the MT-like gene exhibited remarkably higher Cd2+ binding capacity and grew to higher densities at toxic Cd2+ concentrations (40-100 μmol/L) than the wild type strain, and that the IC50 of Cd2+ (3-d treating ) to algal cell growth of transgenic strain was 55.43% higher than that of the wild type strain, indicating that the Cd2+ binding capacity and Cd2+ tolerance of C. reinhardtii was enhanced through the expression of the foreign MT-like gene in chloroplast.
